3. Megan R.
“Megan is a kind, compassionate, and loving person whom I am fortunate beyond words to have as my partner. Her cats, Meila and Gluestick, are just about the luckiest two pets in the world — Megan has decked out her space with all sorts of gadgets to keep them engaged and healthy. From automatic litter boxes and food dispensers to the usual assortment of toys and treats, Megan has invested in a top-notch lifestyle for Meila and Gluestick. Megan would be a perfect fit for offering services through Rover!”

4. Kellie H.

“Kellie was so great with our boy, Tyson for a weekend. She communicated clearly before the trip, during our trip (we loved the updates!), and after. She was respectful of our home and a perfect house guest. Tyson was immediately comfortable with her and we were so comforted knowing he was not only being taken care of, but really loved on, while we were gone. We will absolutely use Kellie in the future, if possible.”

5. Angela B.

“My wife and I really adore Angela. She is extremely professional and caring towards our boys. We don’t look at them as pets, they are family members and this is exactly how Angela treated them. We were able to go away with the peace of mind that our boys and home were looked after and in good hands. Thank you Angela and we look forward to seeing you again. Kate & Derek”

6. Zahyra G.
“Zahyra has house sat for my dog and my cats on a number of occasions and they love her! My dog has anxiety and Zahyra has always been really patient and understanding with her. 10/10 would recommend.”

7. Merrick G.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Merrick! From the moment we met, it was clear that Merrick genuinely loves animals and takes the responsibility seriously. Our dog, Luna, can be a bit shy with new people, but she warmed up to Merrick almost immediately, which says everything. While we were away, Merrick kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. Luna looked happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Merrick went above and beyond by sticking to her routine, making sure she got plenty of exercise, and even handling a last minute medication need without hesitation. Coming home to a calm, happy dog and a tidy home was the icing on the cake. We feel so lucky to have found someone as trustworthy, kind, and responsible as Merrick. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and truly caring dog sitter. Thank you, Merrick!”

8. Jonathan S.

9. Madison G.
About: I am very kind, responsible / organized, punctual, and I just love animals, especially dogs. I grew up with dogs of all different sizes. I have taken care of my neighbor’s dogs, family members dogs, and friends who own dogs. I have helped raise puppies. I love being outdoors and enjoy going on walks. I have previous experience with handling medicine with dogs. I will make sure your dog feels comfortable and loved. I have a very flexible schedule. I am available to work full-time hours if needed, and I am available on the weekends if that is needed. I treat all animals with love and respect. For my client’s home, I am willing to crate their dog or do whatever works best for them. I can spend time a lot of time outside with their dogs. If the dogs come to my place, I am willing to accommodate their needs, so they feel comfortable and more at home.

10. Julianna G.
About: i grew up with dogs and cats, so i have handfuls of experience! i also helped my neighbors with dog walking, and cat sitting since i was 12. i love animals, and i want to be able to take care of them for you while you are gone :) i’ve worked with all kinds of dogs and cats, young, old, playful, lazy, ones with basic diets, and ones with special diets. i make it my goal to have you and your pet be comfortable and trust me. i prefer to “live” at your house just so your pet doesn’t feel alone or neglected and so YOU feel better about your pets care. I am currently out of school until the spring, so i am free all day every day, with the exception of weekly appointments, and any family/social events i might have. i will always let you know on what im doing before i care for your pet so you know when im leaving the house. i keep all doors locked when i leave and at night. for dogs, i go outside with them (fenced in yard or not) to make sure they don’t eat anything they shouldn’t, and i check their paws to make sure they didn’t step on anything that could harm them. i monitor cats behaviors and let the owner know if they are acting unusual or they progressively get worse. i will let owners know if their pet isn’t eating, going to the bathroom, or is generally acting off. you and your pets safety is my priority.

11. Taylor S.
“Taylor is the most caring person and biggest animal lover I know! She will go out of her way to help any animal in need. You would be lucky to have her around to help out with your fur babies ♡”

12. Morgan J.
“Morgan took the best care of puppy golden doodle. He was flexible to our timing needed and went above and beyond to even stay at our house for us with her. He had wonderful communication, had true kindness and care for our little puppy and her puppy energy and he took incredible care of our home while we were away. He is trustworthy and absolutely the best choice for anyone needing someone reliable & honest. He gave our puppy the best love and attention. Hands down he’s the best for your family, home and loving pet! There’s no price on peace of mind and Morgan provides that!”

13. Hannah C.
About: My dog have always been apart of my family. These furry friends definitely have a special place in my heart and I love all types of dogs. I have had 4 dogs since I was young and took the responsibility to adopt my own once I moved away from home for school. He is my best friend and we do everything together from going to the beach and the dog park almost every day. I have two year old dog that I take everywhere and I have a 6 month old puppy who permanently lives with my family. They are best friends and your dog can join the party. I give my dogs a bath about one a week after the park or every other week if they do not go anywhere. Your dog can become apart of the fun! I have the summer off so so am available when you need me to be to take care of your pups! My schedule is very flexible which is perfect for your needs. I am in an am apartment, however I live across the street from a park and can take the pups their to give them all the exercise they need.

14. Michael F.
“I met Michael outside of Rover about a year ago, where I’d just dislocated my leg in a working accident and couldn’t properly care for my dog, Soka. Michael was there to care for us both. My dog, while friendly with everyone he meets, does not usually take to strangers quickly. With Michael it was different. He immediately sensed something in him, well before I could, and fell in love with him. Michael cared for Soka, remembered his pills and was patient enough to get him to take those pills, despite my dog’s insistence not to. He tended to Soka’s every need, however, I assume most pet sitters will do those things. The difference with Michael is his unfailing kindness and his obsession with doing the job, any job, well. In a word, he is meticulous. He fell in love with my dog and my dog with him, they play as if they’re brothers, and I’ve watched Michael care for Soka as if he were his own. What’s more impressive, Soka is not merely my pet, but has been my service dog for nearly three years. To say I trust Michael with my dog is to say, truthfully, undramatically, that I trust Michael with my life. It seems such a simply thing—hire a man or woman to watch after your pet when you cannot. But it’s so much more than that. Hire the wrong person and a simple, sloppy walk around the block with an unfocused, phone obsessed stranger could lead to the leash being dropped for a moment, a car backfiring and spooking your pet and them running to the street. Hire the wrong person and it could mean a lost pet, or something worse. These are the scenarios that ran races through my mind when I needed someone to help me care for my dog Soka, and they are the scenarios that were put to bed when I met Michael.”

15. Morgan J.
“Morgan does an amazing job taking care of our 10 year old beagle which can be challenging as our dog occasionally has seizures requiring reassurance and care to get through the crisis. Our beagle is always happy to see her and greets her at the door when she arrives. I highly recommend Morgan to care for your beloved pet.”

16. Ivy S.
About: For about 4-5 years I’ve been on and off taking care of dogs from puppies to elders. I’ve helped raise and train my parent’s puppies for the past three years and have helped all sorts of family, friends and neighbors with all sorts of dogs. I have a cat and have cat-sat others for about 2-3 years as well as helped with reptiles, fish, rodents and birds. I work part time at a bank so whenever I have a free second I’m usually out and about checking in on pets, feeding them or walking dogs. I’m very list orientated so making a good list/schedule for your pet care is my top priority. I make sure I play with all my pets for a little while a few times a day when I’m home and give multiple pets individual attention. If I'm gone for work or something other I’m never out for more than a few hours.
