About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have also grown up raising birds, cats, and rabbits. I had my first pet-sitting business when I was just 11 years old. I am a current dog and cat mom. I aspire to be a dog trainer and have my own business one day. I have successfully trained my own dog in a variety of different skills and I am eager to gain even more knowledge to work towards my career. I have 3+ years experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and all temperaments. I also have experience working with dogs with special needs. I just moved to the area and I am currently looking for a full-time position in the animal care field. In the meantime, I am looking to find work through Rover to stay caught up on finances. I do plan to continue using Rover for side-work after finding a full-time job. I also believe it could help me gain experience towards my career goals. My schedule is very open at the moment. I take my dog on walks every evening and have training sessions for an hour every day. Since I live with other people currently, I can only pet-sit in clients’ homes. I do have a very friendly 5-year old doodle who loves to play with other dogs, so I can always bring him along to keep your pet company. I follow my clients’ instructions to the tee whether regarding potty schedules, feeding schedules, bathing, walking, playing, training, etc. I can also do any additional services if need be while caring for your pet at your home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life and have had the joy of owning and caring for cats for the past 10 years. I have been a trusted dog and house sitter for the past 2+ years for multiple clients outside of Rover. I work remotely and am available most times of the day. I work remotely, so I am available most times of the day. I can be available morning, noon, or night. Just let me know what works best for your fur baby! I follow all directions given to a T. I care for my clients’ pets like I would my own. I have had to provide medication to past clients’ pets and feel comfortable doing so if your fur baby needs. I am very respectful of clients’ home spaces.

About: My whole life I’ve had animals cats dogs farm animals I love them all. I’ve handled big dogs and small dogs and have sitted for friends when they leave for vacation. I currently work full time but still have time on weekends and Wednesday evenings to take care of any pet of all sizes. I am comfortable with all pets My cat has her cat tower and clean litter boxes and she also sleeps in bed too. Lots of play time playing with her toys as well

About: I have been a dog/cat/house sitter for my family and friends for over 20 yrs. I will take care of your pets like my own I currently have a lot of time on my hands. I had to say goodbye to my dog last year and wanted to help other owners with theirs until I’m ready to adopt one of my own. That’s going to take some time. I’m I will have a lot of fun with pet(s). About: I have extensive knowledge, regarding care, medication administration, training - grooming and more! I take passion in helping animals, have worked with them my whole life as well as professionally worked at a surgical vet clinic, enhancing medical - related knowledge. I currently am a full time canine - feline mom! I spend my time through the week, traveling with my dog, training my dogs, and spending enrichment time with my cats. I have plenty of time to spend with your pets, as well as being on - call or short notice available. I will always talk with you first about your pets needs, to assure everyone is comfortable and safe. I take passion in the ability to accommodate to any families and pets needs!

About: I've worked with many different animals over the years, from cats and dogs, and geckos. So I'm not really afraid of too much. On top of that I used to all different types of environments and homes so absolutely no judgement here. I mostly only do this during the summer because I am a full time student, but that being said I then have pretty much open availability and I am very adaptive to any time of day. I personally believe all living creatures are the greatest gift we have and there is no difference between us and our furry friends! As well just understanding every animal is different I am very diligent with following specific instructions per animal.

About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

About: When I had roommates, they have a cat who has wobbly cat syndrome (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) which makes him walk a little funny! He can’t go more than two to three steps without falling over, and eating is quite a challenge. Having cared for him has made me really patient and understanding of animals. I recently just left a data entry job, so I have all the time in the world to care for your pets! I love animals more than people so they are going to fit perfectly into my daily routine. I would spend time with your pet as much as you’d like! I love spending time with animals whether that’s playing with them, giving them pets, going on walks or just being next to them giving them company!
