About: I have been a dog/cat/house sitter for my family and friends for over 20 yrs. I will take care of your pets like my own I currently have a lot of time on my hands. I had to say goodbye to my dog last year and wanted to help other owners with theirs until I’m ready to adopt one of my own. That’s going to take some time. I’m I will have a lot of fun with pet(s). I enjoy going to the park or a hiking trail or staying in the backyard. They will be cared for and receive many hags and kisses. I understand the importance of a routine for some pets and will do whatever I can to keep them safe and happy.
About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have also grown up raising birds, cats, and rabbits. I had my first pet-sitting business when I was just 11 years old. I am a current dog and cat mom. I aspire to be a dog trainer and have my own business one day. I have successfully trained my own dog in a variety of different skills and I am eager to gain even more knowledge to work towards my career. I have 3+ years experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and all temperaments. I also have experience working with dogs with special needs. I just moved to the area and I am currently looking for a full-time position in the animal care field. I have a pup of my own, for about 6 years now and I try my hardest to make sure he is living his best life ♡ I’ve worked at various animal shelters and boarding facilities working with many animals. All my neighbors, friends and family know my deep love for dogs and every living creature out there. About: I've taken care of pets since I was a teenager. Pets that belonged to my sister to pets that have belonged to my neighbors. I have experience feeding and walking dogs. I'm currently in between jobs at the moment, but that'll change in a little while. So, take advantage while you can. Of course, when I do get a job, I'll still make time to care for your pet! About: Growing up I always had dogs in my life from ones we had to nurse ourselves bc their mom's couldn't or the ones on my great grandpa's farm that I would stay outside all day running in corn fields with or laying outside with. Dogs have always been a big part of my life and always thought of as my equal. I learned a lot about different diets for different breeds we have had and I also worked as dog bathed for a PetSmart years ago. I always had a heart for the older dogs that were having joint problems and health problems. I always created a bond with them and felt for them. I love puppies too and caring for them like a mother.

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
