About: Your pets next favorite getaway might just be my 1-acre mini-farm! Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up with dogs, cats, goats, and just about every creature in between, I learned early on how to connect with all kinds of personalities. Now, I live on a fully-fenced property filled with pigs, sheep, chickens, and my joyful and very social pup, Hoku. Visiting pups love the space to explore and Hoku absolutely loves making new friends! (And no worries if your dog doesn’t do well with farm animals, all livestock areas are securely fenced off.) I have a pretty flexible schedule and can also be available for dog walking or pet drop-ins! Friends and family have trusted me with their pets for years, as I am dependable, very attentive, and calm. I’ve fostered dogs through the Humane Society and genuinely enjoy understanding what each animal needs to feel at home. It brings me so much happiness to provide a safe, loving place for every pup in my care. I am currently a PhD student with classes online from home, so I have plenty of time to keep your pup company and play! :) I have a fully fenced-in yard on my 1-acre farm property. About: Aloha! I’ve grown up with pets all my life and I enjoy the joy they bring to my life. I had a pet of my own that I cared for for 15 years. I have a backyard and I am home throughout the entire day. I care for a friend’s dog often, and I like to give the pup the option of indoor or outdoor so that they can walk in and out at their own convenience. I am currently retired so I am regularly home and usually available every day. I typically stay at home throughout the day, so you can rely on me to keep your pet company and cared for! My house is completely fenced so they will not be able to get out. I currently don’t have any pets of my own. I enjoy keeping my sliding door open so that the dogs have the freedom to go in and out of the house at their convenience

About: I was a Horse trainer and have cared for Dogs all my life. I love to walk feed and play with them. I also have a fenced in yard where they are safe to play without getting loose. I currently have a part time job and have a safe environment for your pets to play under my care. I have plenty of time on my hands to care for your pets. About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs and cats growing up and also have had dogs and cats of my own. They truly are the most innocent creatures who deserve all the love we humans have to offer them I am not currently working and have a 2 year old who also loves all animals, she would not come with me for walks or daycare in your home. About: Your pup will be exposed to an active lifestyle. We walk an average of 5 miles per day and typically do so in green, natural and shady spaces like the makawao forest We walk before the sun is high near the coast line, makawao forest midday and beach at sunset This helps keeps us active safe and clean :) We play various games that keep mental stimulation. Pups sleep on their furniture pieces. But nap time is nap time. And by the time the morning or midday adventures are through they’re ready to nap.

About: We’ve had dogs for 30+ years and understand it’s hard when you need to leave your pet with someone. Trustworthy, reliable and here to help fellow dog owners. We only take one to two dogs at a time to provide quality care. Own home with fenced backyard in a planned neighborhood that has nice safe sidewalks for walks. About: My wife and I host a relaxing environment with no competition or bullying by other dogs. We only host one client at a time, so you will get 100% of our attention! (Multiple dogs from the same household are okay) Come and stay with us at our quiet house. There is a nice yard with lots of grass. We like to walk every day on the beautiful grass and watch the people and birds. Our previous clients have had such a great time that many of them did not want to go home! Our guests must be house-trained, be up-to-date on vaccines, have a very friendly temperament and be neutered/spayed. Rates are for a 24 hour period. Additional charges will apply if pick up time is past the 24 hour period. We work from home, so one of us is always around except when we run short errands to pick up more dog treats. We try to keep these trips as short as possible. We only host one dog at a time. Guests are generally allowed on the furniture and to roam around the house if they are well-behaved!

I've worked with: Large and small breeds. High energy dogs that need long walks and enrichment. Senior dogs that require gentle care and medication. Dogs with anxiety who need patience, routine, and reassurance. For example: Last Summer I cared for two dogs in the owner's home for two weeks. It was an in-home stay. They both have a special diet with precooked food that was given twice a day. Chopper is a Terrier mix and very high energy. He likes socializing and playing fetch. Pumpkin is an elderly Dachshund who likes cuddles and short walks. The next job I had was with two dogs, a cat, fish and shrimp tanks. This was also a live-in stay for three weeks. Kevin is a German Shepard mix who doesn't do well on a leash, but listens to commands great. He won't poop at home, so we went on a quick ride in the back of my truck to his favorite park every morning and evening. He loves the beach and is very good around other animals and people. Oliver is a small Dachshund who is scrappy with strangers, so needs to be put on a leash always. He needs help when getting onto high places like the couch, car or the bed. He likes the park, but gets tired quickly so we sit in a nice shady spot. Oscar the cat is very private. He loves to come inside in the morning to eat and have some cuddles. He lounges by the TV until it gets too hot and hides under the house until the evening, when he graces us with his presence again. The shrimp only need to be fed once a week and they even had babies while I was there! The fish pond was daily basic cleaning, and feeding. They were very beautiful. I absolutely LOVED all of them and the experiences we had together. The owners are very willing to give you their experience as well. Morning: Fresh food and water, a morning walk for dogs or calm playtime for cats, medication if needed, a quick home check (doors, windows, thermostat, plants) Midday: Walks, potty breaks, or litter box maintenance. Playtime, mental stimulation, or quiet companionship. Light home care like bringing in packages, rotating lights, or watering plants. Evening: Dinner and feeding routines, another walk or enrichment session, brushing, cuddles, or simply being nearby (for older or shy pets) Night (for overnight stays): If I'm staying overnight, your pets have company and protection all night long. I lock up, give final cuddles or a bedtime potty break, and maintain your home's nighttime routines so everyone can sleep peacefully. I follow your pet's routine exactly to keep them happy and stress-free while you're away. Your home will always be respected and kept secure.
