“Thank you for taking such good care of Nani! She always looks forward to playing princess with the girls. Now she has a princess kerchief thanks to you. We appreciate the treats and toys. 💕. When we go back to the mainland, Nani and I will both miss Graham, Chelsea and the girls. You all have been wonderful to us. ❤️🥲”

“Ara was fantastic with our little Louie! I felt so good leaving him with her. Not only did she send us pictures & videos throughout the day but constantly assured me of how well he was doing. We picked him up exhausted from his day of play!! Couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you so much!”

About: Beginning as a volunteer and rescuer, I then moved into pet and house sitting. I continue to foster and volunteer with a local animal rescue and treasure my time with all kinds of animals. I am creating this profile to highlight my specialty services such as dog running, homemade pet food, and portraiture.** A lover of all animals and nature, I’m happiest with both. My touch and voice are gentle, and my style is consistent. Having pets of all kinds and sizes growing up and continuing into adulthood has been a sincere source of joy, gratitude, and service. In the last few years, my time spent volunteering at a local rescue has greatly expanded my experience and skill- especially with special needs animals. Special services and care that I offer include: ~applying my professional chef training to prepare specialty pet food for unique needs, allergies, anxiety, or other conditions alleviated with herbs and nutrition ~when house/pet sitting for you, I’m happy to address the refrigerator and pantries to prepare food before it spoils and leaving you a home cooked meal upon your return or storing in your freezer ~professionally cleaned, organized, and stocked kitchen for you while you are at work or away Additionally, I have been trained and actively competing in Colorado roller derby for 7 years. Using this experience, robust padding, and training, I will exercise dogs that need more than a walk to take them at their pace and level on trail runs on my roller skates. In my many years experience of doing this with several clients as well as rescue animals in my foster care, I have observed many benefits such as: ~improved obedience ~naturally filed nails ~increased happiness and smiles ~less scratching, digging, jumping, whining, barking, and other undesirable behavior ~better sleeping ~improved health and well being The majority of my time during the day is spent outdoors hiking, roller skating the bike paths, or in the garden, and I love to have the company of animals for all of it. At night, I cook, dance, and will read aloud to whoever is in the house. I find animals love this too. As a private chef, I have a lot of time outside of scheduled private events and parties. I can build catering quotes, shop online, and write menus from anywhere. This leaves plenty of time and attention for animals in my care. I like to be outdoors as much as possible and having a pet companion makes it all the more enjoyable for me. I live in a clean and cozy townhouse very near multiple parks and paths. I use harnesses and good judgment while on excursions. I am trained in pet care, proper hydration, nutrition, and herbalism for pets. I never raise my voice and use positive reinforcement and fun to enlist cooperation. Furthermore, animals that are food motivated or fun motivated LOVE me. I love to be outdoors and active but can also cuddle inside for the furry friends that prefer one or both. If your dog likes to run, good news! I like to go fast on the bike paths! Caring for your pet(s) is the highest honor and takes priority while in my care. Please let me know about special needs, but otherwise you can trust that my regular routine is to play, be outside, laugh, show kindness, and provide stellar caregiving.
About: With over 40 years of experience caring for animals, my love for pets is a lifelong devotion. I’ve shared my home and heart with dogs and cats throughout my life, and I’ve been a trusted pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors. I have experience with animals of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments—including senior pets and those needing extra tenderness or special care. In addition to hands-on experience, I bring a calm, grounded presence and a deep sensitivity to the emotional needs of animals. I’m trained in energy healing and often incorporate gentle, calming energy into my care when appropriate—helping pets feel safe, seen, and loved while their humans are away. My approach is intuitive, attentive, and heart-centered. I treat each pet as the unique soul they are, and I feel truly honored to care for them. I work from home a lot and I have the freedom to be available and present full-time. I’m devoted to being with your pet providing all their needs. I prefer to provide care in the clients home but I can also bring your pet to my home. I have a big yard and a deck that is fenced. Pets will are welcome.
“Margo was an incredible find! She was so caring and attentive to our little girl from the first second they met. I thought I would be so anxious leaving her with someone I didn’t know, but Margo kept me updated & sent multiple pictures throughout the day. Charlotte came home happy and healthy and sleepy from all their playtime and walks. I honestly wish we’d found her earlier in the trip. 15/10 recommend”

About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember! I have experience with everything from horses and livestock, to birds, reptiles and fish. I am currently working very part time (3 hours a day) at a Kennel. I am usually always home by 11 am and am only away from home for a very short time. I have a large fenced yard, but will crate or kennel pets while unsupervised for a very short amount of time. I spend a majority of my time at home with my own pets and hanging out in the yard.
About: I grew up caring for cats and dogs. I have an innate understanding of the behavior and needs of animals. I truly enjoy caring for animals; almost as much as they enjoy me : giving them all the attention they need, walks, hikes, and/or trail runs. I'm an elementary teacher and available after 3:00 during the weekdays I am available for over night stays any night of the week and free on weekends. I can care for your pet at your home, since I do not have a fenced in yard. I will follow the schedule and instructions for your animals.
About: People that know me tell me I have a way with animals, but I think it just comes from my love of animals and being able to read them and their needs. I love animals, and if I can make them happy and healthy then I’m happy :) My family had a dog since I was 10, but he was really MY dog. He’s still my favorite little shadow, and since him I’ve spend lots of time taking care of friends dogs and cats (and even fish and rabbits and horses). I also have a medical background and some experience medicating animals. At the moment my schedule is very flexible! I’m available almost every day with just a little bit of prior notice and willing to travel I treat every pet like family—making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. In my home or yours, I follow their routine, provide plenty of playtime, and give lots of affection.
About: I’m a young active female who would love to spend more of my free time caring for other loving, furry souls. I specialize in long, disciplined walks as well as frolicking freely wherever the wind takes me. I was a collegiate athlete and studied communications, both which have prepared me with the skills to work interpersonally with my clients and approach adversity in a calm and collected manner. I am well fit for any and all of the exercise needs your dogs (or cats) may have. My experience caring for young children in the comfort of their own home has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to understand what it means to be a guest in the home of my client I’m working for, and preform accordingly. I believe this experience can translate directly into the necessary care needed for in-house dog sitting, and will provide a stress-free environment appreciated by all.
