About: Hi! My name is Katie and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, we always had cats in the house and when I was 12, I got my first dog. When I was little, I ran a small pet sitting service in my neighborhood and had so much fun taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I recently moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University but I try to visit my furbabies at home as much as possible. My roommate, Jimme, and I love animals and spend as much time with them as we can, whether it's visiting pets we know, spending an afternoon in pet shops, or volunteering for various animal organizations. We are both active people and love going on long walks through our neighborhood. I am a very responsible, attentive sitter and treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. One of my favorite things to do when caring for a pet is to take lots of pictures! You can be sure that I will keep you updated on all the activities we do so you never have to worry about your pet while you are away. You can expect your dog to be spoiled with treats, cuddles, and lots of playtime while visiting! I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I often work remotely here in Wichita, so I am available to care for your pet all day! I am extremely flexible and can usually modify repeat bookings as requested. One of the first things I like to do with the pets in my care is gain their trust by feeding and playing with them. Then, we go on walks around the neighborhood to get some exercise and explore. Dogs are usually ready for a treat and a nap when we get back home so I let them relax before we do it all again!

About: After a weekend touring some well intentioned "pet ranches" for an upcoming trip, we were disheartened as the places smelled of urine, were very noisy, & seemed over-crowded. We felt that our dog would just be a number in their system & we figured there had to be a better way to care for our favorite four legged family member when we left town and that is when we discovered Rover. We then thought that becoming sitters ourselves would help the community in finding a loving environment for their furry friends when they needed a place to stay too! We offer a clean, large, pet-friendly, living space with a gated-in back yard. We have one dog, Hadley (lab retriever mix), that loves to play with other dogs. Also in the house, is Kyra, our teen daughter who loves all animals equally, and our teen son, Kaleb, who loves to play ball & tug-o-war with your pet. I work out of the home so I am around to meet your pet's needs and my wife loves to snuggle with furry friends after a long day's work. We only accept one family's dog(s) at a time so that we can give your pet the attention it so desperately needs. We are your perfect answer to finding a loving and caring place for 4 legged family member when you can't take her with you.

About: I’ve worked in a vet hospital for over 9 years in a wide range of positions/duties. Working with dogs is a pleasure of mine and I know how much more comfortable they can be at home! I work full-time but can make visits at least 3x/day during the week! Of course over the weekends, your babies will get much more attention!! About: I have always had animals growing up and currently have a lab of my own. I love being around animals and getting to meet and take care of them! I am starting surgical tech school and don’t have the time to work full time so I am looking to make some extra money when I can and make money doing something I really enjoy! I have a fenced in yard and currently have a lab of my own and loves playing with every and any dog. Then right now I live with my cousin who has a fenced in yard and two very friendly dogs that love to play as well!

About: I have 4 family dogs i’ve lived with and helped taken care of. I have my own dog I take care and love on daily. I worked at a Cat Hospital where I fed, cleaned, and medicated them daily. I have worked at two doggie day cares, where I made sure their playing was safe, helped board them, and loved on them daily. Last summer, I shadowed a local vet clinic. I am studying Animal Science right now at Kansas State. I am taking one online class right now, but other than that I am very flexible throughout the day to care for your pets. I love taking dogs on walks anytime of the day! I have a friendly, crazy, cute bernese mountain dog that loves to snuggle, run around, and play. I would love to give your fur pups the same attention as I do my dogs, take the energy out of them, fed and give fresh water, and take them on walks.

About: I am Jessica I’m 14 and I will be a freshman at Bishop Carroll High School in the fall. I’ve loved dogs and animals for a very long time, and hope to one day become a zookeeper. About: I have an adorable dog named Callie. I got her at 8 weeks old. She is the love of my life! We do everything together. I will take care of your pet like it is my own! I love helping people with their pet by providing whatever they need help with. Dogs are part of my everyday life. I have 4 days off a week to be with your pet! And when I am not working, I train Callie and walk her and teach her to be a good behaved dog in public. Callie is a certified therapy dog. I will help train your pet to be a well behaved dog citizen in public. I work 3 days a week and am off 4 days. So on the days I am off I will have all day to care for your pet! That could be dog walking, house sitting, check ins, etc. I live in a nice big apartment with my one year old goldendoodle. My dog is able to run freely around the house with lots of walk and potty breaks. There’s trails nearby and we go to dog parks and spend a lot of time outdoors.

About: I have been caring for all kinds of animals for 7+ years. Including dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and more! I am responsible for a variety of tasks including replenishing food and water, grooming, taking pets to vet appointments, administering medicine, taking dogs out for a walk, and most importantly.. providing companionship. I am very flexible during the day-time to take care of your pets and even can even offer overnight care, while they are in the comfort of your home! I love taking dogs on walks anytime of the day. Typically, the owner will explain the feeding schedule to me before hand or if comfortable, just simply leaving a detailed schedule for their dog(s). I am responsible for following the given schedule and giving plenty of time for potty breaks, feedings, playing..etc. This also may include cleaning up any accidents that possibly could occur.

About: I have grown up owning and caring for animals for my whole life, and therefore have a love for all types of animals. While in high school I worked at a vet clinic which has given me a variety of experiences caring for dogs and cats.
