About: Dogs have always been in my life. I volunteered at Animal Lifeline for 8 years and had a dog daycare of my own for a while. Dogs are everything and I’d be honored to love on yours. I currently work full time from home so doggie day care is definitely doable! My day ends at 3 pm so I can be that late afternoon or evening potty break or walk. Weekends have potential as well with pre-arranged time and notice. Should your dog(s) stay with me during the day, I have a fenced yard and no carpet in case of oopsies! If you request that I come to your house I am very reliable, responsible and respectful. I can guarantee a boat load of scritches and belly rubs as well as time for “business”.

When I'm not working I have most evenings and weekends available to check in when they are at home! I have a Fenced in yard and two dogs to keep your pup company! I also have an XXL crate needed if that helps comfort them, so that they have their own space when needed!

About: I have had pets for my whole life, whether that be hamsters, fish, dogs, cats, bunnies, and even wildlife who need extra support to get back into their habitat. I have tons of experience with different kinds of dogs. I have had my dogs since they were puppies all the way to the end of their lives, which gives me knowledge about each of the stages of pet’s lives. I also have volunteered at a dog shelter for 6+ years, so I have experience working with reactive dogs to dogs who are extremely timid and shy. I can guarantee that I have seen all kinds of personalities between all kinds of animals. I also have worked with cats at the shelter, which also gives me insight on the way cats can be which could range from very sassy (like my cat Benny lol!), to the sweetest cats. Along with those experiences with different personalities, I have lots of experiences with injured animals and have had exposure to treating wounds/minor injuries in animals. I have had to learn how to treat my dog’s diabetes since she was recently diagnosed, and have accommodated my lifestyle to fit her needs as a diabetic. I also have learned how to manage an obese dog’s weight into a healthier weight. Overall, I have grown up surrounded by animals and have seen an abundance of different situations within different kinds of animals!! I currently attend a university in the Des Moines metro and will be commuting from my home to school. This ensures that I have time to go back and forth between my house and school, which will allow me to make frequent trips to check on the pet. I also live with my parents who work from home, so there will always be someone watching the pet and ensuring that everything is going well. I get off from school around noon every day, so that will allow me to go back home and spend the rest of the afternoon with the pet and pay full attention towards them!! In my home, I am responsible for feeding, bathing, cleaning after, and spending time with all of my pets. I have learned how to trim nails, properly bathe a pet, treat one of my dogs that has diabetes, and clean wounds when a pet gets injured. I have been able to experience many situations with pets and stay calm during an accident. I am willing to do anything to accommodate any pet because they deserve to have a life of luxury, just like us! I am also committed to ensuring that any client who has special accommodations for their pets gets those wishes granted and will do everything in my power to make sure the pet has a great time with me!!

About: I absolutely love caring for animals. I have a cat who gets along with just about any animal, I also live in a one bedroom if he would need it be separated. :) I have cared for others pets since I was young and I love taking doggos for long walks and giving lots of pets! I enjoy keeping the owners updated with pictures and provide a safe environment for their pets. I’m currently free quite often during the day. I am a teacher so school doesn’t start until the end of the month. Once school starts I can still watch on weekends! I live in an apartment with a dog park and I love to take dogs for LONG walks. I love giving pets and will make sure your pet is happy and healthy.

About: Just hopping back on here after a couple years and am ready to get back to it for any of your pet care needs. I’ve taken care of many different types of animals growing up on a farm. I have two australian shepherd and two cats myself all of which i’ve raised and trained from babies. I’m currently staying at home so I have a very flexible schedule for drop in visits and all your pet sitting needs. I can be available at most times for walks, potty breaks and other pet needs I have a large fenced in yard and two dogs to provide plenty of playtime for your pets experience. About: Hello! My name is Rachael and I live in Windsor Heights! I’m happy to help take care of your fur babies! I currently own two rescue dogs and a cat (Baloo Galaxy and Amelia)! I’m happy to help with your dog walking and dog boarding needs as I am able! I enjoy running and walking and love exploring new parks. I have a fenced in yard. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible! I was raised with dogs and got my own dog after I graduated college in 2009. My second dog was a foster that I found in 2015. About: I grew up on a farm, caring for pets of all shapes and sizes! I've had many dogs over the years, from young to old and big to small. I am experienced with giving medication, baths, nail trims and love! I am very adaptable to your pets needs. I am currently in college, so I do have classes 4 days a week (Mon- Thurs). I am only away from home 4 hours at the most, and can make stops in to my apartment between classes on longer days. I am able to host pets in my apartment! I live in an upstairs studio apartment and spend much of my time there, when not in school. I have a 360°camera installed to watch your pet if I have to spend any time away. My apartment complex has a spacious lawn that is entirely fenced in. In my clients home, I am extra careful to follow any house rules. In case of overnight caretaking, I am comfortable with any sleeping arrangements (couch etc.). My top priorities are your pup and your preferences!

“This was our first Rover booking for a day of daycare. Our sheepadoodle was pretty anxious when we arrived. Scott did a good job of putting her at ease. His dog Brinley is gentle and did her part in making our dog less nervous too. It wasn’t long after we left that we got a video of her playing with 3 other dogs. That was very reassuring. We chose Scott because we liked that he and Jess were full time dedicated to the care of dogs. We liked that there would be other dogs there because we felt being busy with playmates would be a positive. It’s clear that Scott is serious about providing great care to dogs and it appears he has earned many loyal customers. I don’t think anyone should have any qualms about giving them a try! I am glad we did!”
