Pucca was so happy to see her that I'm convinced she was treated well and with love and affection. I was away for 8 days. Toni arrived on time and I was able to get an early visit start so that I could make it to the airport on time. She even said she didn't mind taking Pucca to my Vet to get her Citopoint shot and glands done. (I was going to get an appointment when I got home, now I don't have to). With my permission, she took Pucca along with her to her place when she went home to do laundry. When I asked for a Video Chat here and there, I was accommodated. Deana gave my reactive dog a chance back when I told her his challenging history. She started walking him with no issues. He loved her! At some point, she couldn’t walk him anymore, but I’ve called upon her several times for dog sits. The more recent one went longer than anticipated due to some travel delays and she was able to move things around to accommodate. I feel very fortunate that she was able to be flexible with that, because I know she’s usually pretty booked up. She went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for her professionalism and willingness to look after our complicated dog. Definitely would recommend!
Damon watched our pups over the Christmas holidays. This was our second time using him, and it was a great experience. Communication was good, got cute pictures, and the house was in great shape when we came back. Our older dog is slow to warm up to men, and after this second time, she seemed much more comfortable with him. I will gladly use him again as a sitter. I felt secure with him here as we were gone a long time, and the dogs seemed very well cared for when we returned. He was great about doing the medication Gypsy required while we were gone.
