About: I’ve spent my entire life growing up around many animals and always being taught to treat each one like family. I’ve taken care of many types of animals, owned multiple exotic animals of my own, co-ran a pet sitting business where at one point I was watching 13+ animals at the same time, and am comfortable with every breed, from the never ending energy of a border collie to taking it slow with a senior dog. I am a young, responsible and professional adult, I love the outdoors and taking dogs out into it, I am someone who thrives in an organized environment and am patient and more than willing to work with animals that need to build trust. My top priority is always the safety and happiness of the pets I take care of, always ensuring they are getting the mental stimulation they need as well as knowing their behavior and being able to accordingly keep them in situations they are comfortable and happy in. I work part time as a baker, I have most availability during the week M-Th, but am available most weekend afternoons/evenings. I love getting out into nature and am very willing to work with you to fit dog walks, boarding or whatever else you may need with my schedule! I live in a townhouse with a large shared park/lawn/patio area a few seconds away from my front door. I also have many many walking trails and parks within a few minutes from me that are all off of busy roads/areas and take you through forested areas, marsh, and large fields. I always carry everything I might need in any emergency situation with an animal I’m taking care of, I am always very aware of my surroundings and am very good at catching animals behaviors before any situation has escalated and am able to prevent them, from both my animals and strangers. I have spent lots of time training and many hours learning about animals and the physical warnings they show in discomfort, I have always been able to safely remove or prevent my own pets as well as clients from a stressful situation. I have no trouble standing up for my animal if a stranger isn’t taking proper care of theirs and will always ALWAYS put myself between them and harms way.

“Sierra did a wonderful job caring for our two cats while we were away on vacation for 2 weeks! She did daily drop in visits for us and sent us daily updates and pictures. She was great with our cats and even our super shy cat came around for pets/attention by the end! One of our cats needed a daily pill and Sierra did a great job with him even though he’s a bit grumpy from the medication. She was also super helpful in other aspects including sorting out our finicky litter robot and tidying around the litter boxes as our cats like to leap out the box. Overall, we are very pleased, she was very communicative, and we really appreciate her care! We would definitely recommend Sierra for anyone looking for cat care!”

About: Experience with reactive dogs, large dogs, and dogs working on training programs. Positive reinforcement and prioritizing the comfort of the dogs in my care is a MUST. My schedule allows for ample flexibility to meet your needs! Early morning feedings are never a problem for this early riser, and frequent potty break needs are never a worry! I have a service dog who typically accompanies me in all that I do and he loves to play with new friends, though I do have some capacity to leave him in the event of reactive pups on my schedule! I also have a fenced yard if your dog needs space to run in a safe and controlled environment.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 9am. We have a big fenced yard where your pup can freely safely play, water front home, and a one sweet and very friendly dog to keep your pup company.

About: I grew up on a farm and have always been surrounded by animals of all kinds. I’ve had lifelong experience caring for pets, especially dogs and cats. I provide loving, attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. I handle all care personally. I am recently retired and want to stay active. I have two adult daughters who are active on Rover, walking and boarding dogs in Seattle and Tucson. I live on a 300-acre farm in Custer, WA, where I grew up with dogs of all different breeds. Later in life, I raised a black lab from a pup. Her name was Keela; she was very smart and lovable and lived to be 14 years old. Pets in my care receive constant supervision, regular exercise, and a calm, clean environment. I care for each pet myself and prioritize safety, comfort, and trust.

About: I have plenty of experience with both cats and dogs. Growing up I had two cats and one medium sized dog we rescued. At 16, I started working at a pet boarding facility. I did that for about 3 years in addition to regularly volunteering at my local animal shelters. I have personally worked with my fair share of puppies and sick barn cats. I now have a German Shepherd and I hope to one day run my own mini farm! I currently run my own business (remote) so I have lots of free time to care for people’s pets! I love animals so I figured this is the perfect way to spend my free time and help other pet parents with trustworthy, reliable service. Every pet is different and may have different needs. I always listen to my clients specific needs for their pet and follow their guidance first. That being said; In general, I make sure there is fresh clean drinking water, meals are fed, and medications are administered at the proper time. I also clean up after any messes that may be left behind (potty accidents, messy eaters, etc). Play time, a trip outside, and some snuggles is also always on the agenda. I also love to send photo/video updates so you can see that your pet is happy and healthy.

About: Are you going on vacation? Your pet should too! Which is exactly how it will be when they are in my care! I love all kinds of pets and need fluffy babies to spoil, cuddle, and play fetch with! I have had pets all my life, hamster, 5 dogs and 2 cats! 3 birds, but now that I have my 3 year old son I can only commit to the cost of having one cat, and making sure my cat has everything he needs. So please let this single mama and her boy play with your pets, and go on walks with, we love going to the dog park! There’s two close by! And all my neighbours have dogs too so lots of friends to play with! I have a good sized fenced yard. Big patio to sunbathe and to play with the sprinkler on, (maybe take a drink from it too) and an open living area with lots of space to run up and down the stairs, jump on the bed, or lay on the couch. Like high spaces? We have two cat posts here and one of them almost reaches the ceiling! My cat, Fergus, keeps to himself, likes his own space, and mostly stays outside until bedtime. It’s not that he doesn’t get along with other pets? But he’s a cat, so he doesn’t really care about anything except himself and his treats. Anyways, if you’re looking for a home away from home for your fluffy baby, you found it! Rest assured, they will have a great time and would be cared for as my own! And I’d gladly keep you as updated as possible with texts, pictures, and videos! I’m a stay at home mom, let me keep it that way❤️ lol but my life revolves around my son and I’m currently staying at home to raise him so my schedule is very open! If I do return to work, my day job is a standard 8hr shift M-F, but I work 10 minutes away from home so I would still have time to come back for a walk on lunch breaks & even some of my job sites love having dogs come for a visit too. I mean who wouldn’t? There won’t really be a time your pet will ever be alone because if not with me and my son, then with the nanny and my son. I have my own house so plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, and private rooms available which are pre equipped with the bestest dog beds, chew toys, rubber chickens, bones and balls! I have a Jeep and love car rides especially with the window down! I also have a fenced yard that wraps around the house, and plenty of neighbours who love having play dates!

About: Born with a dog-shaped hole in my heart, one that could only be filled by meeting every dog on the planet. Pinocchio, my initial dachshund mentor at the tender age of one, set me on this fateful path. At the ripe old age of 13, I launched a dog-walking empire to fund a 7th-grade DC school escapade! My parents' house and its surrounding sidewalk have seen more tail wags than a dog park. I'm here to bring genuine, doggone love to every woof in Northwest Washington! As a freelance videographer and editor I am in the unique position to have the flexibility in my schedule to fit your every need. My weeks all look different but I can move things around to make things work. While I’m unable to host your delightful fur-babies in my home at this moment I hope that this will be a service that I can offer in the near future.

About: Living out in the county,I have had and been around animals of all kinds since I was 8. I love taking are of animals and with my current nursing school schedule, sitting has become a great way to make money doing something I enjoy. I am currently attending nursing school which consists of hybrid courses. So it has left me with enough time to be able to care for pets before and after classes. Sitting is a great way for me to make money while also allowing me enough time to study and isn’t as time consuming like a part time job. I do work 12 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays though, so I am willing to sit on those days if the owners are okay with them being alone for that long or have other arrangements for them to be let out on those days. I will care for the pets the exact way you want me to. If they need to be crated and let out more frequently, I am willing to make it work. If they can be left out in a fenced in yard and just need to checked on every so often, I can do that too! I’m very flexible as every situation is different!

About: We are a loving, caring, responsible and reliable family who would love the opportunity to help you with tour fur babies. Being away from them is hard to do, and we know that it is hard and stressful for them as well. So we would like to ease some of that worry and anxiety for you and leave you feeling comfortable with them in our care. About: I’ve owned dogs for the last 8 years, and am comfortable with all breeds and sizes. For a number of years I had 6 large breed dogs living with me, raising them as puppies and even delivering a litter. German Shepards, Rottweilers, and mixed breeds, all with different personalities and needs. I’m also certified as an EMT so if an accident does occur, I have the basic knowledge and understanding to provide care while getting them to a veterinary facility. Monday-Fridays from 8:45-3:00 I’m available, and overnight requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis during this time. Weekends are typically available any time/day, and overnight requests will be reviewed case by case as well. I can care for your pet in the comfort and safety of their own home, and take them for walks or appointments. My employment history includes military and law enforcement, so I have a clean background and you can completely trust me in your home.

About: I’ve owned dogs and other pets my whole life, but since opening my own business and having my son I just don’t have time to own a pet full time. So I figured this would be a good way to get to love on other peoples pups when it works for my schedule. I am self employed so my schedule can be semi flexible. I don’t work on the weekends, but I could also potentially bring a dog to my business as well on days that I work, depending on the dog of course. I have a fenced yard, a big field/park right across the street, a dog park a mile away, and a doggy door that could fit a dog up to about 50 lbs. I also own a small salon with accident safe flooring and a space right outside the door for potty breaks if I ever needed to bring a dog to work with me.
