About: As a trusted camp counselor at Camp Bow Wow and a doggy mama for 6+ years, caring for pups is second nature to me. I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life, and honestly—I trust them more than most humans! 🐾 With tons of hands-on experience, belly rubs, and treat-giving expertise, I make sure every fur baby feels safe, loved, and right at home. I’m currently working part-time, so that gives me plenty of time to spend with pups. I am available anytime of the day at least 4 days a week. I am also available Sunday-Friday to watch pets overnight. I will take all precautions to keep the pups out of danger (Ex: learning about house rules, keeping cleaning supplies locked away, securing trash cans, putting away small objects, etc). I will also perform some light cleaning duties to keep the space as comfortable as possible for the pups and owners.

In the past, I cared for several cats of my own, including one special kitten I rescued and nursed back to health by syringe-feeding him when he was too weak to eat on his own. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and how to provide gentle, attentive care to pets in all stages. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule and am almost always available to care for your pets. I’m home throughout the day, which means your furry family members will get plenty of attention and company. I also have two sweet boys—ages 9 and 2—who are gentle, and love animals just as much as I do. Pets in my care become part of our little family, and they’re never short on affection, playtime, or cuddles. Pets in my care will be treated like part of the family. I have a large, fully fenced backyard where they can safely explore and play—it’s currently dirt as we’re in a new build, but it’s spacious and secure for outdoor time. Inside, I’m in the process of getting couch covers so pets can relax and lounge comfortably with us. I’m also happy to take dogs on walks as needed to help them burn off energy and stay active. If your pet needs a quiet space or crate time, I have a separate room where they can be kenneled safely and calmly.

I am flexible most mornings and afternoons. I would be happy to run by and let them out, give them fresh water, feed them, or take them for a walk if it’s not too hot.
