“We had a great experience with Aimee taking care of our senior husky for a day-care appointment. This was our first time using Rover so we weren't sure what to expect. Aimee met with me promptly for a meet and greet and we talked about any potential issues, since our old boy has some anxiety. Aimee was competent and confident that she could keep him comfortable for the day. Our family was just enjoying the area for the day but our activities didn't accommodate our dog. He had a great day with Aimee and her teenager. She kept me updated on how he was settling in and sent pictures all day! We are so happy that he got to have a good day while we were separated. When he started to have some separation anxiety near the end of the day, we communicated and she was able to do some training interventions with him and he calmed down. If we are ever in the area again, we'd gladly leave our pets in Aimee's care. She was also the most budget friendly sitter in her area and we appreciate that! You will be thrilled with the care Aimee gives your pets.”

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a kid, and my wife and I have always enjoyed helping friends and family with their pets. We’ve walked, fed, and cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities including our own Great Dane, Benji, who is a very sweet and playful boy. I live an active lifestyle and spend a lot of time outside in the yard, going for walks, or heading to the park, so dogs that stay with me will get plenty of playtime and exercise built right into their daily routine. My home is very pet-friendly. I have a big fenced-in yard where dogs can safely run and play, and my Great Dane, Benji, loves having company. He’s a gentle, goofy boy who gets along well with other dogs. About: We’re a work-from-home household, so your pup will always have company! I work from home full-time, and my husband is home two days a week, so someone will always be around to keep your dog happy and cared for. Our dog, Mutty, is very easygoing and tends to match the energy of other dogs. He loves to play, but if your pup isn’t interested (especially if they’re smaller or more low-key) he’s just as happy to relax by the window and watch the world go by. We love getting the dogs out for fresh air and exercise, so you can expect 40–90 minutes of walks each day. While we don’t have a backyard, we do have access to a quiet, usually empty dog park nearby for safe outdoor play if your pup needs to stretch their legs. We rarely need to separate dogs, but if play ever gets a little too rowdy, we’ll give them a short break. One will hang out in the office with me while the other relaxes in the main area, and then we switch. You’ll receive daily photo updates of your pup, and we’re always available to answer questions or provide extra updates while you’re away. We’re very flexible and happy to accommodate your dog’s routine, needs, and quirks to make them feel right at home.
