About: Chilling with pets is my favorite self-care! I have been taking care of cats and dogs for over 25 years. My speciality is rescue animals and all of my cats over the years have been from shelters. I've taken care of all types of cats and dogs from pugs to German Shepards, from kittens to senior cats. I am very gentle, compassionate, and give great pet back scratches! My goal is to keep your pets happy until their favorite human gets home. 😀 I currently work as a social worker and my schedule is very flexible. This means I am available outside a traditional Monday - Friday 9am-5pm schedule. I follow your instructions like a recipe and am proactive about asking questions related to the care of your pet. In addition, my former roommate is a practicing veterinarian and is on-call for me 24/7. :)

About: My name is Karlyn. I started working in pet care in 2018 at a pet hotel and doggy daycare. I joined Rover in 2019, and I worked at another dog boarding facility/daycare from 2023-2025. I have extensive training in how to properly care for your dogs (and cats!) I have experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have three rescue dogs; a 12 year old Papillon named Archie, a 2 year old Papillon named Zoloft, and a 6 year old Maltipoo named Toaster! Although I absolutely adore all dogs, small dogs will always hold a special place in my heart. A little more about me: I am 31 years old and I am an on-set prop master in television/film. I am located in Cheektowaga, but I have a car so I don’t mind traveling a few extra miles! I work freelance so I have an abundance of free time between films! I have no other responsibilities when I’m off set, so I can focus all of my energy on your furry friend! I do everything in my power to make each pet feel comfortable and loved. I also spend a lot of time exercising and mentally stimulating each pet.

From our very first meet-and-greet, I could tell Ian knew exactly how to handle a rambunctious dog. He was calm, confident, and immediately comfortable managing Archie’s energy. He even offered helpful suggestions for training and recommended calming treats, which I really appreciated. About: I have taken care of my sister dog for 7 months her name was chichi. I had lots of experience with taking her to walks, making sure she used the bathroom on her walks, also bathing her. I am very playful with dogs and make sure they eat and have a clean bowl of water. I work at my other job during the afternoon but I still am available to take care of your pups from 11am - 2:30 pm. I will always keep your pup in company. I love to watch over playful dogs and love to teach them new tricks. I’m a very kind and generous person and comfortable to be around with dogs.

About: My mother had a boarding company so I spent a lot of my childhood helping care for all the doggos. I have also volunteered at numerous shelters & farm sanctuaries & have helped care for even more than just cats & dogs. I also have an 8 year old chocolate lab & 2 five year old kitties myself that I love & care for every day. I am currently working part time, with availability anytime after 4 pm Monday through Thursday! In the next 3 weeks my availability will open up a little bit more! I was raised around both cats & dogs & have a very good understanding of how to read both animals. I have a very soft calm aura as well as a lot of love & patience to build trust with the fur babies.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life, I feel that they are very important members of any family. Taking care of animals and making sure they feel healthy and loved is very important to me. I volunteered at a veterinarian hospital for around 6 months, so I have seen pet care from a more professional perspective. I have also pet sat and walked many dogs for friends and family in my personal life. I am currently working part time and have plenty of time to give the best care to your pet. My schedule varies week to week, but i’ll always keep my calendar up to date as well as letting you know my availability in advance! I make sure pets stay in their normal routine as much as possible. I care for the pets as I would my own, and make sure to follow all specifications owners give to me.

About: I worked at a doggy daycare from 2019-2021 where I not only got to play with dogs of all size but handled cleaning, feeding, medication administration and first aid. From 2021-present I worked at Veterinary Emergency Group learning how to best handle all types of emergencies in all types of animals! I am a current DVM student at St. George’s University where I have learned basic anatomy and pathology during my past year in Grenada! I am available any day any time as I am on break from SGU for my DVM degree! Other than my current externship in Buffalo I have plenty of time for those who need me! I have a backyard and front yard for lots and lots of playing time! I have no issue with however you prefer your pet care!

About: I know I love to have the peace of mind when traveling that someone I trust is caring for my pets while I am away and I want to provide that same service to someone else. We recently lost our beloved Dexter after 14 years, so we are very much missing having a dog around to snuggle and take on walks. We also have a cat named Joey and he pretty much keeps to himself (until it is time to eat of course) and 2 small children. I am available to come to your house and give your dog walks and check-ins or anything else you might need. We will be sure to give your baby all the love and care they deserve while you are away :) During the summer months I am off from my full-time job so I have open availability. When school is back in session I am available anytime Monday-Friday after 3pm and open on the weekends. I will follow all guidance from the owner as to how you do things. It’s important to be consistent for your pet while you’re away.

About: I’m a huge dog lover ever since I was little! Growing up I have had multiple dogs! I’ve had a beagle, boxer, and a dachshund! I’m experienced with all sorts of size dogs. My current pet is a boxer who is very high energy which requires me to give him special attention 24/7. We are either playing ball outside, walking, or playing with toys inside. I’m currently working a part time job so I have a lot of free time on my hand. I would love to be able to spend my free time with dogs. I have a fenced in yard that we always play ball and run around in. My dog also has a crate that is trained for.

Currently, I dog walk for the shelter as often as I can as part of their program. Ive also bottle fed rescue kittens and have much experience with baby animals, including wildlife! I am familiar with many species of animals and very passionate about their care. I’ve had rats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, cats, dogs and fish … just to name a few! **PLEASE READ** I do have 3 pet rabbits that a partially free roam. They are all in safe spaces & can be enclosured. They DO get along with other animals. I am available weekends, Saturday and Sunday, all day and weekdays Monday - Friday after 5pm! I do have a full time job but plenty of spare time for your pets care! I do have a fenced in yard but would love to actually walk your fur baby instead! I have beautiful parks near by with plenty of room to play!

About: I’ve always been around dogs and cats growing up. My grandmother owned an in-home dog grooming business that I assisted with from a young age. I’ve had my own family dogs since the age of 7.  Whenever friends or family have gone out of town, they trusted me to look after their dogs as well as cats. Currently I have a 3-year-old catahoula leopard / lab mix and an 8-year-old brown tabby cat. During the week I work 9-5 from home. I tend to have most of my meetings early in the morning due to time zone differences, meaning I have the majority of the day to look after your dog. On weekends my availability can start as early as 9AM.  I am typically available I don’t ski or snowboard – so you don’t have to worry about me being in the mountains. 1.     There are many outdoor parks near my apartment building, as well as a dog run in the apartment complex itself. My 3-year-old pup is extremely friendly and playful, meaning your furry friend will always have someone to keep them company, should they want a friend.

About: I've been a cat dad of my own and looked after friends' and family's cats and dogs for 20+ years, including those in good health and those with special healthcare needs, like regular medications, etc. I love playing with them and just hanging out together...Basically just being pals! I'm not working full-time currently, I'm available every day of the week for pet care needs. Right now my main responsibilities are to the beck and call of my own 7-year-old Calico cat Partridge. I am very adept at dealing with feeding cats and dogs, dog walking, cleaning/clearing litter, and socializing with cats and dogs at their own comfort level. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that caring for animals has been a lifelong passion, not just a side job. I helped raise a litter of kittens growing up, got a dog when I was 13 and have been his primary caregiver ever since, handling everything from daily walks and playtime to training and making sure he stays happy and healthy. Growing up around animals taught me that every pet has a unique personality and needs individualized attention.
