Currently, I dog walk for the shelter as often as I can as part of their program. Ive also bottle fed rescue kittens and have much experience with baby animals, including wildlife! I am familiar with many species of animals and very passionate about their care. I’ve had rats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, cats, dogs and fish … just to name a few! **PLEASE READ** I do have 3 pet rabbits that a partially free roam. They are all in safe spaces & can be enclosured. They DO get along with other animals. I am available weekends, Saturday and Sunday, all day and weekdays Monday - Friday after 5pm! I do have a full time job but plenty of spare time for your pets care! I do have a fenced in yard but would love to actually walk your fur baby instead! I have beautiful parks near by with plenty of room to play!

About: I've been a cat dad of my own and looked after friends' and family's cats and dogs for 20+ years, including those in good health and those with special healthcare needs, like regular medications, etc. I love playing with them and just hanging out together...Basically just being pals! I'm not working full-time currently, I'm available every day of the week for pet care needs. Right now my main responsibilities are to the beck and call of my own 7-year-old Calico cat Partridge. I am very adept at dealing with feeding cats and dogs, dog walking, cleaning/clearing litter, and socializing with cats and dogs at their own comfort level. I'm currently on break for the summer and have full availability during the week to stop in and take your pet for a walk or play session, or house sit for a longer period. I tend to stick to the instructions provided as to keep a normal routine for your pet. For a first time visit, I will get aquainted with your pet and offer a treat if allowed. I will send photos of your pet when I arrive and leave to offer some peace of mind. For walks, I will take your dog on a stroll around the neighborhood so they can let out some energy and use the restroom, followed by a treat after returning home. Drop-ins are similar where the pet will be taken outside for the restroom if needed and have some playtime to let out some energy. For pet sitting jobs, I tend to ask more questions about your pet to get a better understanding of their needs as well as anything else that will need taken care of such as collecting the mail, or watering plants. No matter the species, each visit will include playing, treats, and lots of pets! When entering or leaving your home, I ensure that the key is placed in the correct spot (to prevent lockouts!) after locking to keep your pet and home safe.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a little girl, including my special needs diabetic schnauzer, helping with insulin injections and pills. Now I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own. We love to walk by the outer harbor and play outside when the weather is nice! I’m a 4th year medical student, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I am also proficient in caring for senior cats as I have rescued two from the street. My kitties are quite independent and have an auto kibble feeder and they are fed wet dinner in the evenings to support urinary health.
