“This was our second time boarding with Amanda and our little pup was excited to be back, wagging her tail the second she saw Amanda. Great to know she enjoys the stay and is well cared for when we are away!”

“Jess and her daughter were awesome and our doggo had such a great time with them and their doggo!! Definitely if we're out in Los Alamos again would use them! Definitely recommended them to our family who lives out here!!”

“Dawn was fantastic. Took care of our little dog with some medical issues no problem. He was anxious at first, but by night two he was settled and happy. No anxiety and was super happy when we picked him up. Will definitely use her in the future.”

About: I've owned and taken care of dogs since I was 12. Ive helped friends potty train and crate train puppies. I cared for my senior dog for many years before he passed in 2024. Ive fostered animals through animal shelters as well as helped rehome friends and family pets when needed. Ive taken care of friends pets as well as family. If you have any further questions please dont hesitate to ask! (: I am a stay at home mom. We wake up early and I usually stay up late tidying and taking care of our other pets. We only leave for short periods during the day. Your pet and my children will not be left alone at anytime. I have a large fenced back yard. I also have a friendly medium sized dog named Halo who would love to keep your companion company. I can crate over night or during breaks as long as you bring an appropriate sized kennel for them. I may have one on hand if it is a weekly appointment.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 14. I have a lot of family and friends that always call me to pet sit when they go on vacation. Or, to just do simple things like walk or bathe or feed their pets. I have also assisted with grooming and maintenance on pets! I currently do not have a job so I am available full time to care for your fur babies! I live in a house with a fenced in back yard so they have plenty of room to run around! I am currently not working so I have plenty of to play with your pups and kitties! I am pretty much open with my schedule expect for maybe 2 weekends a month. I have a fenced in yard with two lovely dogs. I also have 3 cats and they all get along very well. My pets have free roam of my house at all times. If you prefer any kind of crating, I can do that as well. I am very on top of making sure my animals have what they need as when I am home they always receive my full attention.
“Mayra took care of our dog for our first big trip away from her (7 nights) and did a great job. We felt she was safe and cared for and Mayra made sure to send updates/photos to us to let us know how she was doing while we were gone. Would recommend her for pet care!”

“Kendell was unbelievable with my dog Theo! Theo had such a great time with her and her dog and I loved all of the updates I got. I also had a late flight and she was able to accommodate me picking Theo then which I appreciated. Would definitely use again!”
“Izzy was so happy and had a great time. She met other dogs and played a lot. Angel sent us lots of photos which made us feel very relaxed. We felt she was in excellent hands so we could enjoy our trip so much more relieved.”

“Stephanie was wonderful for our first time using Rover! She was incredibly communicative and sent plenty of photos and updates during the four hours our dog, Fredo, was with her. Fredo has significant vision and hearing deficits along with high anxiety, and Stephanie was so patient in trying to navigate his unique needs. While the environment ultimately wasn’t the right fit for Fredo’s specific anxiety, I could tell he was in caring hands. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone in the Santa Fe area looking for an attentive, responsive, and kind sitter!”

“Jessica has been an absolute lifesaver for our family! We've trusted her multiple times with our four dogs, two of whom have specific medical needs, and she handles everything flawlessly. She’s incredibly attentive, reliable, and caring—our dogs adore her! Administering meds is never a problem for Jessica, and we feel completely at ease knowing they're in her capable hands. We couldn’t recommend her more for anyone needing a responsible and compassionate sitter!”

“Melinda is a wonderful dog sitter! She sent lots of videos of my doggie Elsie playing with her sweet dog Max while I was out of town. I definitely recommend her services. Her dog is a great playmate for other dogs, and her communication is great!”

“Calista and her roommates were amazing! They loved having my pups! With her professional expertise in animal care I felt very safe leaving them with her. She kept me updated everyday and whenever I asked with pics and videos! I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended 100%”

“We were lucky to find Lily when our regular sitter was unavailable. When we picked Tyson up I think he would gladly have stayed longer. We would be very comfortable booking with Lily again.”
“Ziggy had a great time with Rachel! He quickly made himself at home and loved cuddling, playing ball, and going on walks with her. Rachel made it easy to coordinate around my travel plans and kept me updated on how Ziggy was doing.”

About: I offer thoughtful, detail oriented pet care with a strong focus on consistency, safety, and communication. I’m comfortable caring for senior pets, managing routines, and providing a calm presence for animals that may be anxious or sensitive to change. I am also comfortable with medication management. I take the responsibility of being in someone’s home seriously and aim to create a seamless experience both for pets and their owners. You can expect clear communication, reliability, and a high level of respect for your space. My dog, Tessie, is so important to me so I treat your pets with as much love and care that I would want her to have. My work experience includes firefighter/paramedic, ER nurse, clinic work, and am certified in Pet First Aid. I am the Clinical Director at a local free clinic. This allows me to have flexible but predictable hours each week. Because of this I can provide consistent, punctual visits with compassionate care for your pets. For house sitting I can make mid day visits so that your pets are not alone for longer than needed. I cater each experience to the needs of you and your pet. I prefer to have clear communication of your preferences so that I can ensure that you are as happy with the visit as your pets are. For house sitting, I stay in the home so pets can remain in their familiar space with minimal disruption. I follow their usual feeding, walking, and medication schedules, provide companionship throughout the day and evening, and ensure the home is cared for as well (lights, plants, mail, basic tidiness). My goal is to maintain a calm, consistent presence so pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. For in home drop-ins, I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box or yard clean up, medications if needed, and quality time with each pet. I tailor each visit to the pet’s energy level and personality including playtime, short walks, or quiet companionship. I also provide updates after each visit so owners feel connected and reassured. For dog walking, I focus on safe, structured walks that match your dog’s pace and needs. I prioritize leash safety, positive reinforcement, and a calm walking experience. Walks can include neighborhood routes or familiar areas your dog enjoys, or local dog parks, and I always ensure they return home settled, hydrated, and comfortable.
“Allegra and her family took very good care of Ginger. Ginger needs shots every 12hrs and does not always eat right away when she is given food and Allegra adapted to both of these. She also reached out letting me know how Ginger was doing or if there was any questions. Would recommend”

“Lily is an absolute gem! She was always prompt with communication and sent daily photos and updates throughout our dog's stay. Our dog loved her and her two very sweet dogs, Stella and Freccia. We've already booked our next stay and highly recommend her!”
