“Malek is a dog whisperer! He was wonderful with our Australian shepherd puppy - who has a lot of energy and love to give! Malek took her on some great walks, and she was actually tired after! Thank you so much, Malek!”

“I cannot recommend Ambar enough! She took incredible care of my 6-month-old pup, Chewy, walking him twice on both Saturday and Sunday. Her kindness, reliability, and love for dogs truly shine through, and Chewy absolutely adored his time with her. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and caring, she's the perfect choice!”

About: Hi, I'm Marissa - I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, but especially the big goofy ones (I recently lost my Great Dane to cardiomyopathy). Further, if your border collie needs a running buddy, I'm your person! Helping get dogs physically and mentally fulfilled so they can be their best selves is something I've spent years researching and learning about. I can't wait to meet your pup! I'm currently working part time, and able to take in drop-in visits with fairly short notice. I'm also training for a 10k, so having a four-pawed running buddy would make my runs even better! While I don't offer in-home services, understanding your dogs "vibe" is incredibly important. I know how to take cues from their energy and build up our relationship from there.

About: I have 3 dogs, two 14 year old Labrador retrievers and a 5 year old Labrador retriever. I have trained and taken care of my younger dog and continue to provide senior care for my older dogs. This has given me experience with all ages and a diverse range of doggy needs. I currently have an internship from 9-5 but am willing to do any work after 5 including dog walking, delivering care, and dog sitting. I already take care of my three dogs and would happy to accommodate any other dogs into my schedule. In my home, my dogs are walked twice daily and fed twice a day. They are treated with love and respect, helping them to enjoy their all too short life. I will treat my clients with that same respect and hopefully be able to interact with your furry friends!

“Mariana has walked our dog Suki on several occasions and is always attentive to Suki, responsive, and flexible. We will continue to ask Mariana to walk Suki when we’re in need of help!”

“Fran took very good care of my puppy. She is a very reliable person.I could see at the end of the weekend that my puppy was very comfortable with her.I will not hesitate to request her services in the future. You can trust Fran!”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and love animals. I’m highly responsible and always give lots of love and attention to the pets in my care. I work in the legal field and work from my home office Monday through Friday. I’m available during the week and some weekends. Your pet will always receive great care in my home. I have a private dog park at my condo that is rarely busy. Your pets can be crated or roam free in my home. They are also allowed to lounge on my large sectional.

“Claire was absolutely wonderful with Max! They had a great walk and she was able to share pictures from the walk. It was super reassuring to know Max was in good hands. Would absolutely recommend!”

About: I am from the Bethesda area and have spent my whole life around dogs. I raised and helped to train a Labrador Retriever with strong hunting instincts and lots of energy. I also raised and socialized a very anxious shelter puppy whose temperament has vastly improved. I am patient with animals and know how to adjust to different pet personalities. I am comfortable with being active with your dog, or just being a companion to them. I know how to give dogs medicine, and have had senior dogs who I helped to take care of. I am flexible and can follow specific instructions if needed. My first priority is making sure you are comfortable and making sure your pet is well cared for. I look forward to working with you and your pet! I am working for the summer while on break from college. I am flexible to most days and hours to work, and can walk, feed, or even just keep your dogs or cats company throughout most of the day. I have a socially anxious dog who I feed, walk, and throw the ball for. I also currently live with my roommates little dog who has temperament issues and I feed her and give her walks as well as help socialize her. I also had a big lab who I helped to raise from a puppy into his senior years!

About: I've taken care of dogs throughout my whole life. I don't just sit dogs, I engage with them, play with them, communicate with them, and treat them with as much care as they get in their home. I'm currently working remote, with a flexible schedule, and ample time and space to care indoors and outdoors. I begin and end my day with exercise and I take joy in being active throughout the day. I care for pets by communicating with them, assessing their needs, and making sure they're comfortable and happy. I live in a very pet friendly neighborhood, so they will get plenty of fresh air and walks. I can easily crate your dog if needed.
