About: I have spent my entire life around animals. My home has been shared with cats, dogs, snakes, birds, a rabbit, an iguana. I was also a veterinarian assistant for over a year. I took care of any and every animal that walked through our doors; cats, dogs, ferrets, birds, rabbits. Animals of all sizes. I walked, fed, bathed and cleaned up after them. I cared for them as if they were my own and will continue to do so with every animal entrusted to my care! I am currently working from home but my schedule can be flexible. I daily job and walk times work around each other so please notify me at least 2 days in advance of your booking date and I will try my best to make it work for you! As stated on my profile, I have a strict 7 day cancellation policy applied and it is automatically enforced by the Rover app. This is due to the nature of my day job as I may need to adjust those hours when scheduling a booking of any kind. Please be mindful of this, thank you. I always make sure their sleeping area is clean and tidy and I always make sure there is available fresh water. Food is given at a schedule dependent on the individuals needs. I give plenty of time for play/attention to ensure that they always feel loved and never lonely. Sometimes they want to be left alone and I respect that as well.

“I trust her wholehearly with my senior dog who has specific needs. I'm so beyond happy to have found Heather. Right off the bat she gives off this vibe that she's truly going to take care of your fur baby really well. And I really appreciate how I always get pictures and updates about my little one:)”

About: While I’ve never had a cat or dog (parental allergies), I’ve always loved them! My neighbors had cats and dogs so growing up I spent a lot of time around them and helped take care of them. I especially enjoy long walks :) I work from home two days a week so my schedule is pretty flexible. I would love to spend my free time with furry friends! Your pets’ safety and comfort are my top priorities! I’ll be attentive to your pets’ needs and ensure they always feel happy, safe, and loved.

About: I had a maltipoo who I cared for for 13 years so I am confident in caring for pups like her. I’ve also had to dog-sit some friends’ dogs who’d I bring for walks, play in the yard, and fill food and water bowls for them while gone! I generally work 3 days a week so I am looking to care and walk dogs for a couple other days during my week to fill my days. I will make sure to close all doors that I have entered and make sure the dog is back in the house before leaving. I will make sure I put everything back to where they were and fill any bowls that I am instructed to make sure the dogs are comfortable until their owners or next person comes to see them!

“Taylor did an excellent job with our dogs! They seemed to really like her, and she was very communicative before and during the job. We will definitely be requesting her again the next time we travel.”

I will make sure your pet is safe and comfortable during my drop in visit and during walk time. Pictures can also be sent for further assurance.

As a student on break and working part-time, I’m looking flexible pet care work I can do on the side! I make sure pets feel safe and loved. Whether it’s overnight stays or daily drop-ins, I make treating every pet like family the priority.

About: I've owned dogs since I was 10 years old and had three (2 pitbull mixes and 1 doberman) while being teenager. I assisted with feeding, toileting, walking, and bathing them. I am now 33 years old and I own two cats who I care for (feeding, entertaining, cleaning up after, etc.). Cats arguably have different needs :P One of my hobbies is to watch dog training videos and I don't know if I can put that to good use on your pets, but maybe you'll come back and find your pooch knows some new tricks (or manners)! At the moment, I am not working at a job, so my availability is quite open to the needs of my clients and their pets. I will not be able to bring your furbabies to my home, but given the tools at your home, I will be able to care for them to the best of my ability there! I will ensure your pets have the food and water they need, have a clean litterbox (or take them out), and ensure that the home is safe for the pet in question. I would do a sweep of the house and ensure nothing is out of place or has been messed with (by your pet) before continuing with the duties you've requested me for!

About: Hello! I've had cats my whole life and have had my dog Jack for the past 8 years since he was only a few months old. To this day, I treat him like he is my 8 year old child. I get nervous when I have to leave Jack alone with someone other then myself and have decided to join Rover to give fellow dog owners the opportunity to have a real pet lover care for their pets as their own and put their minds at ease. I would be happy to drop-in and feed & play with your dog in your home or go for a walk around the town. I am available in Hoboken after 5pm M-F and flexible on the weekends as I do have a full-time job. I am very active in my daughters life and drop her off and pick her up from school and dance. Other than that I work two nights a week. I respect the home of other people and I also respect their wishes for their pets. Pets aren’t a “one size fits all” so I adjust accordingly.
