“Kate was excellent! We booked her for an overnight stay for our (in our house) - to keep him company since he has a little separation anxiety. She was very responsive in our communication and with the our pups needs. Our boy is sometimes shy with new people but he took to her right away and he even hung next to her while we did our initial meet up. She catered to him (walks, waters, and lots of cuddles) while she stayed and she left the house as she found it and was very respectful! Highly recommended!”

He responded promptly and was more than willing to come by for a meet and greet, which immediately put us at ease. From the moment he walked in the door, our cats were comfortable with him which is not always the case. Ronny took his time answering all of our questions and asked thoughtful questions of his own. Even though we admittedly have a very detailed list of instructions, he did an amazing job remembering all the little things and checking in regularly with messages and photos throughout his stay. It was clear that Ronny genuinely cared about making sure our cats were happy, comfortable, and well loved while we were away. He was also incredibly respectful of our home, leaving everything exactly as we left it. He even went above and beyond by offering to clear our driveway after an unexpected snowfall. Upon meeting our 2 dogs (Mini Australian Shepherd & Shar Pei mix) and 1 parakeet she was calm and mindful of respecting the animal’s willingness to say hello. By the end of our meet and greet both dogs were really comfortable and acting normal around her. We felt positively about the decision to work with Alex instead of sending the dogs to a kennel. She did not disappoint. Each day we got photos and updates of her time at our house with the dogs. We could tell our pups had plenty of company, play, and walks. Alex cares, she communicates consistently and openly, and is reliable. She exceeded any expectations we had as first time Rover users.
