About: I’m an experienced animal caretaker comfortable with pets of all species, ages, temperaments, and care needs. My background includes training challenging dogs, caring for neonatal kittens, mucking stalls, administering IV fluids, raising poultry and small animals, and over 20 years of experience with dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I’m confident with special-needs pets, unusual animals, and complicated routines—and I’ll care for every animal with patience, attentiveness, and kindness. I work a standard 8 am - 4 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I am available to care for boarded animals in the morning before I leave and in the evenings when I return from work in those days, with the same diligence and love I give my own animals. For all other days, I am either off or working from home and I am generally available to provide care. If I am visiting your home, I would like to have a meet and greet with you and your animals before you head out of town to establish their normal schedules and routines. During appointments, I will give your animals the same love and care that I give my own. If you are scheduling to have an animal boarded, your animal(s) will be given their own room separate from other animals in the house, with direct access to a large, fenced-in yard, their own beds and towels, and constant access to water. Walks, treats, meals, and medications will be given on an agreed upon schedule. Potty breaks will occur no less than once in the morning, once before and after dinner, and once before bedtime. I do not accept outside bedding and all guests must be up to date on vaccines and treated for fleas and ticks prior to boarding.

About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover and grew up with dogs, so being around them has always been a big part of my life. I’ve dog sat and house sat for friends and family for years, and I’ve also helped friends who foster dogs take care of their puppies. I currently have two dogs of my own that we rescued from Saint Martin in 2023, and I absolutely adore them. They’re a huge part of my life, and I’m so thankful we were able to give them a loving home. I know every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to adjust to whatever makes yours happiest and most comfortable. Whether that means walks, playing outside, lots of attention and belly rubs, or just hanging out on the couch, I’m there for it! I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in between careers, which gives me a pretty flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. I do have a few other small jobs and am occasionally away on weekends, but my schedule varies and I’m generally pretty open. I’m happy to work with you to find days and times that fit your needs, and I’ll always be upfront about my availability! I will do everything needed to ensure your pets get the care that they deserve and make sure they are as safe, happy and loved as possible!

Every baby that I've nannied usually has a furry frind with them. The fur baby came first then the actually baby. When caring for the baby I often took a liking to the furry friend too. That meant playing and feeding the dog whenever I wasn't taking care of the baby. Often times I would let the dog out to do his buisness. About: I was an obedience instructor in high school, and took my Sheltie, Mistie, to earn our CD at dog shows. I’ve had dogs my entire life, and feel like I trust them more than people. I’ve never met a dog I was afraid of - bring on your “terrifying” pittie, we’ll be besties within an hour. I’m also great with the teeny, tiny dogs - I’m calm and soothing which puts them at ease. Cat play Cats enjoy one to two dedicated play sessions each day to keep them stimulated and engaged. My home is a pet-friendly, well-organized space designed with animal comfort and safety in mind. Here's what you can expect: Resident dogs Two friendly small dogs — a Pomeranian and a Chihuahua — live in the home and are great companions for visiting dogs. They've spent time at doggy daycare themselves and are comfortable and experienced around other dogs, which helps guests settle in faster. Cats in the home There are cats in the household. Baby gates are in place throughout the home to create separated zones as needed, keeping cats and dogs comfortable and giving everyone their own space to decompress. Yard & outdoor time My yard is not fenced, so all outdoor time is leashed. With 6 to 7 walks a day, dogs get more than enough fresh air and exercise — and they're never left unattended outside. Crating A small dog crate is available if a pet is crate-trained or needs a quiet retreat. I'm also happy to use a crate provided by the owner if your dog is more comfortable in their own space.
