I have experience volunteering at the Carroll County Humane Society working in the cat room to socialize kitties, and in the dog area providing them with enrichment activities! As a longtime pet lover and owner I understand that every animal is unique and has their own quirks and personalities, and I’m capable of learning your pet and giving them the best care I can! Our dogs always seek me out for walks because they find walks with me so fun! I have great skill dealing with special needs pets: administering medications (like giving my diabetic cat insulin shots), and reading pet body language to meet their comfort needs. I'm currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to check in and play with your pups and/or kitties! I'm available on weekends at 11am or later. Since our home is already full of cats and a dog, I am only offering services at clients homes or dog walking at this time. About: I’ve been taking care of my dogs ever since I was able to walk. I enjoy spending time with my dog and taking her for walks and adventures. Currently work a part-time job that is very flexible with hours. I normally work mostly evenings and my morning/afternoons are normally opening would be able to work evenings also if needed. I feed my dog every day I take her for walks most days. I take her outside to go play frisbee and to go to the bathroom when needed.

About: Animals have been in my environment since childhood and I have a lot of experience with different kinds of dogs, a little bit of training and pet sitting my parents dogs as well as those around my neighborhood. I love both dogs and cats and have previous experience with house sitting and pet sitting for a co-worker a couple of times the past three summers. I know how important, serious, and complicated it can be to find care for an animal because I have been there with my own dogs and two cats. I have a full time internship but am usually done by 2:30 which gives me plenty of time to get your furry family members the potty break/lunch/attention they need. I am available mid-afternoons (2:30-) through nights Tuesday - Friday and free Saturday and Sunday all day. I am not able to accommodate bringing your furry family to my house due to having three dogs.
