It was our first time leaving one of the cats home alone, so we were a little nervous. Sophie kept us updated and gave us much needed peace of mind. Our two cats are still getting to know each other so have to be kept separate, and one of them has a minor health condition that we needed to keep an eye on. Despite these challenging circumstances (and an unexpected power outage), Sophie took incredible care of our girls. “tl;dr: Julia is the GREATEST. She was super communicative and my cat loved her + very much appreciated the care he needed post-dental procedure! Our sweet kitty, Leo, had a dental issue that meant that he had to get some teeth extracted and I got pulled on a work trip the day of the procedure so we needed someone to hang out with our little guy for a couple days. Julia swooped in and hung out with Leo while he was recovering. She clearly is experienced with giving meds to cats and reading kitty behavior. Would 100000% work with Julia again.”

Two years ago we had the great luck of coming across Dina here on the Rover app. I’ve lost track as to how many times we have worked with her at this point but she has been absolutely amazing! We have a large breed dog with a high separation anxiety that has gotten better with extensive training but due to these issues, we could not utilize a kennel and are oddly glad at this point that we don’t! Our dog hates crates, is very strong willed, and we quickly learned that crates could not adequately contain him. We realized that a sitter was the best and only remaining option with him so here we are. Our dog is friendly but can be a bit stand-offish to people. This has not been the case with Dina and the warm caring relationship she immediately established with him! The pictures of him snuggling and resting peacefully while we are away are amazing! Dina is prompt in her service. She communicates clearly and takes care of our lug as if he was her own. Thank you for being a true professional, Dina! The peace of mind you provide is far better than we’d hoped for! You are the BEST!! 10/10!!!
Haylie was hands down the best sitter we have every worked with! She was extremely thorough, professional, and so loving to our beagle, border collie, and three parrots. She followed every instruction to a T and even went above and beyond to take the trash out / clean up the place before we came back from our vacation. We were so worried after moving away from Providence that it would be harder to find good sitters, but Haylie is a god-send! She sent us many updates about each of the pets daily and we had no worries in the slightest while on our vacation! Will definitely book with her again.
