“They're fantastic!!! First time using Rover and they made the process extremely easy. Joe and Tasha took excellent care of my dog and kept me updated with plenty of pictures. They respond to messages very quickly and were very hospitable. I had a trip abroad and my return flight kept getting delayed to the point where I wasn't able to pick up my dog at the scheduled time. They were very understanding and allowed me to pick him up the next day. I can't thank them enough for doing that! Obviously I'd rather have not put them in that situation, but I'm very appreciative that they were so accommodating. I overwhelmingly recommend them and would absolutely have them dog sit again if I'm away.”

Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. “Lauren is always our first choice for dog sitters. She recently took care of our two dogs and had a trip planned of her own, but despite being busy she was able to make time to help us. During their stay, her dog had a health emergency in which she needed to take her to the emergency vet. The timing of the emergency was right as we were coming into town to pick up our dogs, but even so, without mentioning it, she made arrangements to allow for this to still occur. Even in unusual circumstances, she was able to problem solve and accommodate her customer and it saved us 1 hour of driving by still allowing us to pick up our dogs during the previously agreed upon time. We are very thankful for her loving nature with animals, responsibility and communication. These attributes make her a 5-star dog sitter!”
