Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. I recent had a tough situation with my dog, Dex, coming down with a horrendous allergic reaction just in time for a business trip i had to make. And Karen stepped in, took care of him for the whole week, sent me pictures of him recovering. She was so enthusiastic to take care of him and also administer his medication on my behalf. I could not have left him with anyone else other than Karen, not even my friends, with the confidence that he will be well looked after. About: You can count on me to treat your pet like another member of my family. Growing up on a farm exposed me to animals of all sizes from an early age and gave me a deep love for them. We always had dogs and cats, plus other animals. Because of this, I am comfortable administering medications to your pets and ensuring they get the love and attention you are looking for. I've had my rescue Pit, Rusty, for the past 5 years, and I love being a dog dad. I am a bit of a runner, so I am happy to take on high-energy dogs, whether that is for a longer walk or a good run. I am looking forward to helping you with your pet's needs and working toward being their new best friend! I currently work remotely as a freelancer and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule both during the day and evenings. I can host most weekends and live down from Eden Park. I'll do my best to work around your pet's needs and routine to meet you where you are! I believe in following what works best for your pet and reinforcing any behaviors/training you are currently working on with them. I also believe every pet should be loved and spoiled just like any family member. My day job is communications and marketing, so you can expect regular and consistent updates from me.

“Dana was so good with my little dog. My dog is 10yrs old and very shy and timid. Dana took her out for a walk every couple of hours for a walk or let her out in yard. She didn't have any peeing accidents. She was so good to her. Dana also updated me everyday and sent me pictures of my dog during her stay. Sugar my dog was comfortable. I knew Sugar wouldn't eat much while I was gone that's the way she is. I came home a day early yet I let Dana keep the whole amount as tip. I would definitely use Dana again.”
