“Tonia's life is surrounded by animals. She has rescued and/or nursed back to health dogs, cats, chipmunks, birds, turtles, you name it. She has watched my 2 pitbulls and 2 cats. Helped me with Vet visits when I'm stuck at work. I even call her when I think my dog is sick because she is knowledgeable of the typical things that go on with animals such as an abscess tooth or a tick on my dog. You can 1000% trust her to take the best care of your animals. 10/10 recommend.”

About: Hello! I’ve been dog sitting for over a decade and just moved back to Cincinnati from Dayton. I took a couple of years off Rover to care for a neighbor’s dog, but am looking to establish myself now that I’ve relocated and settled. My 11-year-old Boston Terrier, Bela, is very sweet and always excited to make new friends! I also work from home and am able to accommodate services as needed. As a work from home dog mom, I like to keep it interesting and engaging for the pups. I don’t travel much and am very flexible with scheduling. How I care for pets in my home and other homes: Case-by-case basis depending on how the pup is adapting to a new environment (if applicable), and details from the owner. I make sure they feel as at home as possible and provide all the scritches. Visiting at clients’ homes, I’m transparent with care based on the needs of the pup and pup parent. I look forward to meeting you and your pooch! Please note: my yard is mostly fenced with a few feet where my house isn’t connected in my side yard. Breaks outside will be leashed unless you give your permission for roaming while carefully supervised.

The dogs even have their own room with a couch, beds, toys, and more bones than I can count. She works from home so my babies and her two get all the attention and all the potty breaks. My babie love her! And it gives me peace of mind when she has them because she loves them like her own. They are safe there and have a great time. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter for my babies. “Our dog has occasional seizures, and he had one in the middle of the night. Due to that, we needed to find someone to watch him the next morning since we weren’t comfortable leaving him alone after having a seizure. Syd was thankfully able to watch him last minute! Syd was great to work with and was able/willing to give our dog his anti-seizure meds throughout the day. Syd provided our dog a calm environment throughout the day and provided plenty of updates and pictures. We 100% recommend Syd and plan to reschedule again!”

Whenever we see Rishi out around town they are both so excited to see each other which shows me what great care he takes of her when I'm out of town. He takes her on adventures, he buys her treats and he takes her to all of our normal stomping grounds so she can see all of her human friends. Sugar can be reactive around other dogs and Rishi takes that into account wherever they go to ensure she is comfortable and there are no issues. I completely trust him with Sugar and know that he would take the same care with any dog that he watches.”
