“Brooke is the best! She set up a meet and greet with me and my dog (who can be a little fearful of bigger pups) to make sure that everyone was comfortable before booking. Brooke is extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior and her own dogs are very well trained. She allowed my dog to come for a brief daycare visit as a first test, and everything went perfect! Brooke is very attentive to the animals in her care, took tons of cute photos, and let me know how everything went at pick up. I highly recommend Brooke for pet care needs!!”

I initially had some concerns as my dog is a Siberian Husky who are known for their big personality and who sometimes find trouble when their needs arent met. Thankfully Lisa has experience with the breed, and my pup got plenty of play, walks, and mental stimulation through the day.”

“Tonia's life is surrounded by animals. She has rescued and/or nursed back to health dogs, cats, chipmunks, birds, turtles, you name it. She has watched my 2 pitbulls and 2 cats. Helped me with Vet visits when I'm stuck at work. I even call her when I think my dog is sick because she is knowledgeable of the typical things that go on with animals such as an abscess tooth or a tick on my dog. You can 1000% trust her to take the best care of your animals. 10/10 recommend.”

“Kristin is a joy! She has a lovely home with partly fenced in yard. She has 2 frenchies that are sweet and cute and my dogs bffs. The dogs even have their own room with a couch, beds, toys, and more bones than I can count. She works from home so my babies and her two get all the attention and all the potty breaks. My babie love her! And it gives me peace of mind when she has them because she loves them like her own. They are safe there and have a great time. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter for my babies. Whenever we see Rishi out around town they are both so excited to see each other which shows me what great care he takes of her when I'm out of town. He takes her on adventures, he buys her treats and he takes her to all of our normal stomping grounds so she can see all of her human friends. Sugar can be reactive around other dogs and Rishi takes that into account wherever they go to ensure she is comfortable and there are no issues. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I love pets, but unfortunately do not have any of my own currently due to travel in the past years while I was working as a nutritionist globally. I have special experience with elderly dogs. I currently work from home with a flexible schedule, which allows more time with your furry friends! I am available week days and weekends, day and evening. I am not open to caring for your pet in my home currently, but am open to overnight stays at your home or drop-ins with a flexible schedule.

About: New to river, not new to caring for animals. I’ve had dogs and cats in my household my entire life. Most of them started as puppies, so I have experience with all ages from potty training, teaching commands, training to walk on and off leash. I am very easy going, patient, and can accommodate to any of your or your fur babies needs. I currently work full time from 8-5 Monday through Friday. I will provide care in the morning and evenings during the week. I am available for all day care on weekends. I also have an hour for lunch during the week which I will go provide care if needed. My dog unfortunately passed somewhat recently which is why I’m trying to get involved in more pups lives. I currently live in an apartment in northside which allows dogs 25 lbs and under. If house trained, they can have their freedom to roam and sit anywhere they would like(unless you do not allow on furniture) If not, they will be crated while I’m away at work. Northside is a great area with a many dogs around and many safe roads to walk on.

About: I only watch one dog at a time (or multiple dogs from the same household) so your pup will get plenty of attention. I've taken care of multiple dogs my entire life. I have two dogs myself and love staying active and playing with them. I've raised and trained multiple dogs. Let me know if you have any questions. I work full time during the week but am off on weekends. I am home full time on the weekends to care for your pups. I have a fenced in backyard with two pups of my own who love to run around and play. I can also crate your dog if needed.

“Rachelle is awesome! She really cares for my dogs needs and knows how to handle her reactivity to other dogs. She read the long list I gave her of info on our dog and sent multiple updates during the day. And she was able to handle my dogs quirky behavior really well (a mini dachshund). I really recommend Rachelle if you want ur dog to have more individualized care than just a boarding kennel. And Rachelle is really nice as well. I’ll be coming back for sure when we go out of town!”

About: I train dogs in behavioral modification and basic obedience. I have a service dog of my own who I trained myself. I have volunteered with shelters since I was 16 and always used to walk dogs for my neighbors when I was young. I am a senior in college and have a really open schedule. I am available during the day, most evenings, and weekends. I can work around most schedules to be as flexible as needed. I have a friendly dog to keep your dogs company and have lots of room to walk dogs around campus if a dog stays with me.
