About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: I've owned and cared for dogs and cats my whole life and this is the first time I'm without my own. I'm very good at feeling animals needs out and staying connected with them so that they feel as comfortable as possible in a new space. About: Hi! I'm Elijah and I'd love to care for your dog(s) whether you're going on vacation or simply need a sitter for the day. I'm a nursing student in my final semester and I'm returning to Rover after six years! I have one dog of my own, a 9-year-old mini schnauzer named Winston, along with two rabbits and a leopard gecko. My partner has two dogs of his own as well, a labrador named Nina and a shih-tzu mix named Lucky—both of them being seniors at ages 13 and 15! We live in a 2 bedroom house with a medium sized, fenced in backyard. I have gates and areas of the house that can easily be secluded if your pet would do better with limited access to other animals. Our dogs are all easy-going, surprisingly playful for their ages, and get along with other animals very well (although I'll still do introductions slowly and safely!). Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are the 3 days I have classes and I'm always home after that! Tuesday and Thursday I have a 2-hour class, and Saturday is my long day with a 10 hour clinical so my bookings will be closed for that specific day. The animals in my home are left alone for very little time each week. If guest animals have to be left alone, I have gates along with two rooms I can secure the guest pet in if need be! If you utilize a crate for your animal, you can bring that as well for me to use if I must leave for a short time.

Let me bring that experience to carrying for your best friend's when you need a set of extra hands. I have loved and cared for pets my entire life! Growing up we had cats, dogs, birds and lizards. Currently I have two Great Pyrenees and one cat of great personaity. They have been my guides in the wonderful world of clicker training. Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. “I needed a place to board my dog for a night while my husband and I went to a wedding. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. Thank you so much for watching her!”
