“Max has been so happy to have Bethany stay with while I'm on vacation. He's a spoiled boy when she's around, that's for sure! He gets so many walks and adventures and attention and I come home to happy dog and a clean house. I will absolutely use Bethany again next time we're in town!!”

“Excellent Dogsitter-watched our two dogs in our home. Very responsive and sent updates regarding the dogs while we were away. Made sure the dogs got plenty of exercise. Will be a repeat customer!”

“Kathleen was amazing!! She took great care of Charlie and sent me pictures and updates to ease my mind! Would definitely recommend and plan on using her from now on”

“Andrea did a great job supporting my cat while I traveled. He seemed just as happy as he would be had I never left. Andrea is thoughtful and intentional about her care of pets!”

“Suzanne was great with my new puppy. She arrived on time and was here from 6 am - 4:00. She sent text and photos of my 13 week old puppy. She walked and played all day”

“If you want to go on vacation and not have to worry about your dog, Brendan is the dog sitter for you. He took great care of our dogs with plenty of updates with pictures. We were so worried about leaving our boys for a week, but Brendan was in constant contact. When we travel in the future, we will definitely be checking to see if Brendan is available first. We would give him 6 stars, if we could.”

“Lydia was amazing looking after our dogs in our home. Communication was great both before and during, and it was obvious that she took great care of them. If we need a sitter in the future we will definitely see if she can look after them again!”

About: You can count on me to treat your pet like another member of my family. Growing up on a farm exposed me to animals of all sizes from an early age and gave me a deep love for them. We always had dogs and cats, plus other animals. Because of this, I am comfortable administering medications to your pets and ensuring they get the love and attention you are looking for. I've had my rescue Pit, Rusty, for the past 5 years, and I love being a dog dad. I am a bit of a runner, so I am happy to take on high-energy dogs, whether that is for a longer walk or a good run. I am looking forward to helping you with your pet's needs and working toward being their new best friend! I currently work remotely as a freelancer and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule both during the day and evenings. I can host most weekends and live down from Eden Park. I'll do my best to work around your pet's needs and routine to meet you where you are! I believe in following what works best for your pet and reinforcing any behaviors/training you are currently working on with them. I also believe every pet should be loved and spoiled just like any family member. My day job is communications and marketing, so you can expect regular and consistent updates from me.
About: I am a very passionate, attentive, and empathetic person when it comes to any and all animals! For many years I have taken sole care of both dogs and cats of all different breeds, and am well experienced in all general pet care to include special needs pets. All of the dogs I ever had as a kid were trained as puppies almost solely by myself and my brothers. My mom used to make me read books and do online research about the breed of dog we had, different training techniques, K9 first-aid, and so much more. Being as passionate as I am about animals, those studies were well retained, and while I don't have professional experience, the knowledge gained from doing it on my own with 9 different dogs over my lifetime have graced me with at the very least, an in depth knowledge of all different stages of dog ownership. This knowledge was also accentuated professionally as I worked alongside military police K9 handlers during my time in the Air Force. Not to worry though, I mix structure, routine, and discipline with plenty of tender loving care, and know how to tune my approach to dogs of all temperaments. In regards to puppies: I have experience potty training, leash training, crate training, and what I would call experienced but moderate obedience training skills. I know how to deal with things like food aggression, how to properly establish the "hierarchy" or "pack mentality" and other conditioning behaviors. As well as handling young puppies, I've even assisted a momma in giving birth to a new litter, and taking special care of a brand new litter of 7 pups! So my experience with all dogs truly does begin at birth and goes all the way to end of life care. For the old timers: The couch potatoes in our lives need just as much, and sometimes even more care than their energetic and young counterparts. I have experience with things like giving medication and shots, managing specialty diets, and a number of other age specific needs. I'm very patient and am willing to take the time to get to know your pet and what they need. Every animal has a different personality and needs attention in different ways, and I'm very attentive to that! I will always treat your pet as if they were my own, and will to the best of my ability make sure that your pet is well taken care of at all times. I'm a full-time nomad and side gigs are my primary source of income. Pet care IS my weekly routine. I'm available and more than happy to abide by the normal 9-5 schedule for daytime pet care, but I can also easily adjust to fit any alternate schedule; whether you need overnight pet care, or any other odd schedule constraints met, I am available. I have lived with my own dog in a variety of different conditions. From being on our own in both houses and apartments, to having a full house of dogs and cats. I am well versed in any additional responsibilities and special care based on living situations, and have no trouble go up and down a few flights of stairs for potty breaks/walks, etc.
“Rowan was absolutely fantastic for house sitting my 2 dogs and 4 cat mad house. Felt 100% secure in the care she provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of care.”

“Jody was so wonderful. I had to find a pet sitter short notice and she was not only so accommodating but made me feel so comfortable with leaving Fern. She sent so many pictures and kept me constantly updated. Would very highly recommend using Jody as she has lots of love to share with pups :)”

“Lauren was awesome! She spent the day with our puppy and sent us lot of photos of him! She was great at communicating and taking him out for frequent potty breaks because he’s still a puppy. We would definitely recommend Lauren!!”

“Olivia was wonderful with our two dogs. One of them unexpectedly needed medication during the time we were going to be on vacation and Olivia had no problem accommodating us at the last minute. Knowing that she was taking great care not only of our dogs, but of our house as well, gave us the peace of mind to be able to actually enjoy our time away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Christiane was a pleasure to work with during her stay. She was polite and responsive. Our dog, Moe, was well-loved and comfortable in her care. Our house was spotless when she left! We will use her again!”

“Kylie did an awesome job staying with our pups while we were out of town for the weekend. Quick to respond and thorough communication, provided lots of photos and updates. She was fantastic with our almost 16 year old senior dog who wears a diaper and requires more care, and also played fetch in the backyard with our younger dog. She was tidy and left the house spotless. Would book again!”

“Levi was great! My dog, Bella seemed to warm up to him immediately during our meet and greet which helped ease my anxiety as I was leaving the country for 10 days! He was great with communication and I will definitely use Levi again!”

I cannot recommend Jody enough! Jody shared detailed updates about how they were doing, lots of wonderful photos of my dogs happily playing with her and each other, and enjoying walks. It was so reassuring to see how well cared for they were. Jody is professional, reliable, and truly loves animals! Thank you Jody!
Jack took great care of my 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 guinea pigs for almost a week! From the pictures I received I could tell my pets were super happy. The dogs were played with and cuddled, and the cats too. Jack took my outdoor obsessed, indoor only cat out for supervised yard time, even though I said no pressure to do so! The guinea pig cages were really clean, and the girls were not hiding in the pictures so I knew Jack was spending quality time with them and earned their trust. I was able to enjoy my trip with peace of mind that my pets were safe and loved! I’d trust Jack to care for all 7 of my pets again!

We could not have been more at ease with Suzanne’s stay! Even just staying for the weekend, she was so attentive to Norma’s care instructions, any changes in Norma’s behavior, and keeping us informed with updates and photos. It’s clear she loves all animals like her own. We have a 12 y/o dog who takes medication and needs a bit of extra patience which Suzanne provided with ease. We’d love to work with her again!

My boys loved spending time with Karen. She took great care of them and made sure my one boy got all his meds. She sent pictures and they looked very happy. The house looked great when we got home. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be booking with Karen again. Thank you for treating my boys like they were your own.

Jessica was an awesome in-home sitter for my 2 dogs. She sent updates every day with photos, and was available for questions/requests during her stay. She left my house clean and in the way I left it. My time away was stress-free, because I knew my babies were in good hands. My dogs were very happy and not stressed at all. I would highly recommend Jess (as long as it doesn’t interfere with when I need her!😉)
