About: Hello, I'm Tammy. I may be new to the Rover pack, but I sure know a thing or two about loving dogs full heartedly. I have years of experience with obedience training with dogs at any age. I am also able to care for senior dogs with love and compassion. I'm willing to work with you and your schedule as much as possible. I feel it's important that you can trust and know that your pet will be safe with me as a person and in my home. Your pet will be loved as if they were my own. I recently lost my dog (Amazing Grace) that was a rescue from Louisiana who was brutally tortured. I saw her on Fox 9 News, and yes, I was the lucky one out of hundreds of applicants to adopt her and have her in my life. She was the sweetest girl who brought joy to my life every day! Unfortunately, Grace was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and the chemo treatments were unsuccessful. It was the hardest thing to let her go, but it was the most selfless act of love, and I know she is free from pain. I can share a YouTube video of our rescue, which was also aired on Fox 9 News. I currently am working remote 2-3 days per week, and I have flexibility on days I am in office. Additionally, I am available on weekends and Holidays. I have a secure 6-foot privacy fence that will ensure your pets safety. I will go outside with your fur baby during potty breaks and playtime. I want to assure you that your pet(s) will always be supervised in my yard. Your pet is allowed on furniture in my home. I also have a large kennel that can be used if your pet is shy and wants to feel secure that way. I won't close the door so they can gain confidence in my presence.

“Michael, is fantastic. He was very communicative and even offered to grab packages while we were out of town. He sent photos from all visits and was diligent about cleaning the cat boys box and ensuring that they were fed separately due to dietary requirements. We will absolutely be working with him again A+. Thank you for an awesome experience!”

“Heather (and her daughter) do a great job with our dogs! We accidentally left the door locked and she couldn’t get to the food, but she very promptly notified us and Rover to follow up!”

“Samantha did an amazing job taking care of our cat, Molly! She was so friendly and really cared about Molly’s well-being. She sent us updates with pictures, which made us feel so much better while we were away. When we got back, Molly was happy and relaxed, which shows how great Samantha is. We’re super grateful and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

“Tiffany and her daughter came into our home to watch Alex. They both did a wonderful job with Alex. He can be quite the challenge at times due to his anxiety issues. She kept us well informed and we also received pictures. Any questions that we had regarding Alex's well-being, she answered promptly. I would absolutely not hesitate to have Tiffany and her daughter to come back in our home to watch Alex in the future.”

“Thanks Lisa for responding to my request so quickly and being available last minute on a holiday weekend. Molly was well cared for and it was nice knowing she was taken care of.”

“Kayla is the best! She was very accommodating to the needs of our dogs and made me feel comfortable leaving my younger dog for the first time. The smiles on my dogs faces said it all. We will definitely be asking her to watch our boys again!”

About: Hey I’m Meah! Dogsitting and house sitting for three years. I love senior dogs and cats, but also enjoy energetic pups who love to play! I am a sophomore at community college so I am only gone two days a week. I love to do dog walks or drop ins, but I have also dogs at for as much as four weeks. I love to get my exercise in so walking dogs is an excellent add in for me. I have a fenced in backyard, with a front porch that is also fenced. I have two crates for dogs who need. I follow the house rules firmly when instructors are left, and will ask questions if need be.

About: I provide a safe and comfortable environment pets, dogs deserve so much respect and love and I’m willing to give them so much attention! I also love the outdoors so I would love having a little walking partner. My dogs have been through training and therefore I am aware of the do’s and donts of proper training. I have ONE lab at home, she is a female 1 y/o lab. I currently work from home Wednesday - Friday. I work in the office Monday and Tuesday. This is subject to change week to week as my schedule varies. I use my back yard which has a leash hooked to the deck. Half of my yard is fenced in. I am open to using a shocker as well, we use one on our pup and strictly use the tone button which just sounds like a beep.

About: I have two cats, Lionel and Stella, both are my absolute world. I fully understand how much our pets mean to us, they are our family, and we want them in the best care. I will love and care for your pet like they are my own 🤍 I work full time, Monday through Friday, but can check-in on your pet after work and available on the weekends. I can provide a safe comfortable place for your pet to stay while you are away. Your pet will have my full attention, they will be well fed and will receive plenty of love and care. I can provide proof of life photos upon requests.

About: I grew up in an animal loving family and now want to offer my services to other animal lovers! We have had many foster dogs and puppies. I have gone through the potty/leash training phase many times. I also have experience with farm animals as well as kitties! Typically I walk our dogs every other day. I have a fenced yard for playtime and potty breaks during the day. I am going back to school in the Fall and will have a much more flexible schedule during the week and weekends. In our home, the dogs are allowed on the furniture. They sleep in the bed, but our female is crated during the day as she has liked to chew on more than toys in the past. I have a fenced yard and a nice neighborhood for walks. My fiancé lives with me, but it would be just me that is in care of the animals.

“Amanda provided excellent care for our 2 kitties! She made sure they had enough food and water each time she visited and scooped their box! She even went above and beyond by asking to clean up a puking mess they made. Communication was perfect and the pictures were great! Will for sure use again and recommend to others!”

About: I have always had pets as a part of my life, dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and I raised rabbits for 4H for a number of years. I also pet sit for family and friends when they need help. I have a local park with trials for walking as well as a nice sidewalk for walking. There is also a local dog park about 5mins from my house I can bring your dog to. I work super part time and my husband works from home. So someone is always home to keep an eye on your pet and love them. I have 2 kids that I may run to and from school or local things from time to time. I have an underground fenced yard that I can use one of my dogs collars on your dog. I have 2 dogs to keep your dogs company. I also have an indoor cat.

About: I have three dogs that I have trained since puppyhood. I have trained my Aussie as an avalanche rescue dog when I worked for Search and Rescue. I carry multiple styles of treats for even the pickiest eaters and I have a box of toys. It’s a natural part of my daily routine. My dogs spend a good portion of the day walking through the wooded dog run as well as training daily. Exercise is important but also bonding and learning personality changes that can occur daily is crucial to build my pack. I have multiple style leashes to accommodate multiple dogs and style of walkers. I allow plenty of time for play, whether with toys, people, or other pets, while still monitoring everyone’s attitude with the play. If I have to redirect, I do it with positive reinforcement as well as in home leash training and kennel training to let each dog know they have safe space. I have experience working with dogs with food aggression and requiring their guarding actions.

About: I've been raising animals since I was about 5 years old. We started with hatching toads and leopard geckos, but eventually moved on to chickens and puppies, culminating in my mother becoming a dog groomer when I was about 13 years old. I've been bathing, walking, and grooming dogs ever since. While I currently only have my kitten Sweetie, my grandmother in law is Tibetan Mastiff breeder and has been constantly drilling me on proper puppy care ever chance she gets so we (my spouse and I) are ready to puppy sit her 20+ mastiffs when she needs a day off. My life does, has, and always will in large part revolve around animals. I am available full time through the holidays! Id be happy to walk or play with your animals anytime between 9am and 9pm! We all know its hard to exercise your pets with this bitter cold, but it doesnt have to be anymore! Unfortunately I do not have the space to board any pets at my home, but I am more than happy to house sit around your schedule and needs! Wether you need someone to simply walk your dog and let them out for potty breaks, or someone to keep an anxious dog company while you're away for the holidays, I can work out a plan that works for you!

Tammy S.

“I've known Tammy (and her husband John) for years along with their 2 wonderful dogs that recently passed away in the last couple of years. Both have been avid animal lovers, but you would have to know what they’ve done for one of their dogs to understand the love and attention they give which is unsurpassable to anyone I’ve ever known (and I’ve known a lot of loving pet owners). When I first met Tammy, she had a dog named Chance, who was just a wonderful mellow dog that lived a very happy life. Chance was an older dog and now he had to share his home and life with a new dog. In came Grace (Gracie), an abused smaller young female Pitbull that was used as a bait dog and then left for dead after someone poured burning bleach from her head to tail that left permanent scarring (along with her other scars from being a bait dog), she had to have surgery along her spine to remove as much scar tissue as they possibly could. And I can’t even imagine all the emotional trauma Gracie endured as well. She gobbled up her food faster than any other dog I’ve seen, I imagine as she had to fight for her food before. Grace was also a bit of a bully and tried to hog all the attention from Chance, Chance was a trooper. Grace needed a very loving home that only very specially people could assist her with, Grace hit the jackpot with Tammy and John after they were picked from so many applicants to be Gracie’s new parents. Tammy and John have given Grace the love she needed and the attention she desperately wanted. Tammy and John had lost Chance not too long ago, due to old age, and he lived a very good long life. And then Grace got cancer. Tammy and John did above and beyond to try to get Grace better, even chemo sessions, but Grace’s count was too high, and they finally had to let Grace go. Grace had a very big personality and made an impact on so many people’s lives. Grace was able to live her best life because of Tammy and John, and I don’t think there are very many people on this earth that were equipped to handle Grace, that could and would have done what Tammy and John have done for Grace. Tammy and John are not ready to get a new dog yet and pet-sitting would be a good way to give the love and attention to a pet until they are ready to get another pet. If you need to know about Tammy and John’s character, they are both very hard-working and responsible people that have an immense love of animals. One of them works from home and this helped to assist Grace as much as possible during her illness. I hope that this testimonial above will ease your mind knowing that your pet will be in beyond great and loving hands.”
