About: Since I was 6 years old my family had dogs and cats as pets. All the dogs we had we got as puppies so I handled the potty training, taught tricks and the main obedience training like sit and stay. I've watched family and friends dogs which also included days/nights at a time like when they were out of town working. I have watched and been with tiny dogs to giant dogs. I'm a stay at home mom at the moment so I have plenty of time to care for your pet pretty much at anytime day or night. I have a fenced yard so easy to let in and out as needed, big area take out or let out to play. My house is pretty open with area for them to roam or find good spot to just relax. I have never crated any of my animals but if needed or wanted obviously I could do that. If you have a special diet for your dog I would follow that for you also. My kids and I also love to go on walks and would love your dog to join. I do have three very young kids so your dog must get along with children. My kids love animals, they were very sad after losing our last dog so they'd be very excited to play with others. I am home daily with my kids, I only leave when I need to go to the store or take kids to an activity. So they won't be left alone for long if at all while in my care. I have a fenced in yard for a safe place to run and play while outside. My house is decent size so plenty of area and all open to them so they feel at home. You can bring whatever you think your animal needs to be comfortable.

About: I have been walking dogs for 3 years. The dog I currently walk is a Golden Retriever with a lot of energy! I have also walked other large dogs as well as small dogs. I currently walk a dog every morning Monday through Friday, and 2 small dogs as needed. We enjoy going for walks and to the dog park if requested. We have gone on car rides to different parks for walks as well as walking in the neighborhood. I love the time I get to spend with the dogs. Dog walking is what I do. Every day Monday through Friday I walk a Golden Retriever. After that I am open to taking on more walking or drop in visits. When going to clients homes I am always careful to be sure to lock up the home after our walk. I check to be sure that there is adequate water. I am respectful of others private space and leave things as I find them. I give treats if requested. On hot days we can keep walks shorter if requested. I will also brush your dog if you request this.

About: I am a single mom, who enjoys animals just about as much as I love children. My son loves taking dogs for walks and helping me care for them. It teaches him about responsibility, integrity, and so much more.. Plus we get to play with many different animals and who doesn't love that! I enjoy all breeds of dog whether they are large or small as long as they're friendly with children. I am very professional, and respectful of people, their homes and their pets and have never gotten a bad review from any customer that I've ever had. I always go the extra mile to make the customer and the pet feel as comfortable as possible because it's hard to leave a pet, and also hard for a pet when the owner leaves.

About: We grew up with pets and we have a pet loving family. We have a German wirehair pointer dog, cat and raise rabbits for showing. We also volunteer at a local goat farm and help take care of goats. I work full time out of the home, Monday-Friday, so your dog will be kenneled while we are at work. Unless it’s summer or holiday then my schedule may be different. I will do morning walks and night walks and playtime outside after and before work. We have an unfenced large yard so your pet will be leashed for playtime. We have a nice larger private backyard so plenty of space for exercise.

About: I love animals! I have 3 of my own! I work from home and I can stop by play with your animals and let them out to go potty! I love cats, dogs, and lizards. I can house sit for a few hours but I am unable to provide overnight care due to having my own animals. I can however recommend someone else who has overnight care experience who watched my animals just ask! I work from home so I am able to take my computer with me wherever I go as long as there is internet! Only able to stay for a few hours 2-4 hours for a check in During summer months walks will be under 30minutes and rate of $25 due to buyness of season and it being too hot, i will not walk your dog in hot weather for more than 15minutes and if its 90degrees and will be adjusted for times of morning hours to later in evening due to weather- I can take pictures, I let my dogs sleep on my furniture they have beds of their own, I feed my dogs twice a day.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have always loved caring for them! I currently have pets of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to take care of your animals while you’re away. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning up after pets, giving medications, and keeping up with their daily routines. I also have experience with younger and senior pets, as well as animals that may need a little extra patience or attention. I’m very responsible, reliable, and attentive, and I always want pets to feel as comfortable as possible while their owners are gone. I know every animal has its own personality and needs, so I’m happy to adjust to whatever routine works best for them. I’m also more than happy to send pictures and updates so you know your pets are doing well! I recently graduated from the university of Minnesota. Therefore I currently have a very open schedule. I am able to both wake up early and stay up late if your animal needs. I can provide a safe environment for pets in clients homes by following the schedule that the client has for their dog. Including when they need to go on walks, let out to go to the bathroom, to be feed, and when they need their medication.

About: Ive always loved animals my whole life I’ve had puppy’s,dogs,cats,kittens,hamsters,guinea pigs,bunny’s,chinchillas,horses,chickens,and fish I’ve always loved taking care of animals it’s been something I’ve done since 8 years old I’ve always said I like animals more then people and something about taking care of them just brings me peace I’ve taken care of the animals by always making sure they have food and fresh water and by training them and always making sure they have lots of enrichment and love I do also have experience with taking care of sick animals giving them their medication,applying any needed creams and changing their bandages. About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid and also worked with all different types of dogs while working at a doggy day care. I learned there body language and behaviors I currently work part time and have plenty of time to spare and I just want to do something I love. More open on weekdays then weekends. I treat them as my own. Take them on many walks and make sure they get everything they need. Play with them and keep them company

About: I’ve taken care of many doggies and kitties in my last 10 years. I can walk them, feed them (any allowed treats will be given), I can administer their medication. I also take care of kitties! I clean litter boxes, feed them, play with them and give them premium chin scratches! It fits perfectly. I love to create a routine with regular walks and form bonds with the kitties or puppies! I am not afraid of any breed, they are all puppies in my eyes. I make them as comfortable as possible, I treat them with respect and love. I always follow the directions provided by the owner to the letter!

About: My dogs have always been very high needs growing up, so I have a lot of experience working with different diets, medications, and needs. I'm an athlete, so I can take them out for long periods of time to get exercise as needed, which can be really helpful for hyperactive dogs who have to be cooped up during the day. I'm also entirely capable of caring for senior dogs, I can take things at their pace and make sure they're comfortable and happy. I am currently a full time college student, but I have a lot of open time either between classes or after them. I commute to the Twin Cities from the suburbs, so I can easily travel wherever I am needed to be able to check in on or take care of your furry friends. Being in the cities with my own car I can take dogs out for walks around the lakes or down some of the trails nearby so they (and I) can get some proper exercise before my classes. When caring for pets, I always make sure they are getting plenty of time to move around, especially if I'm just dropping in to check on them, but regardless of the need. I like to keep a checklist of what I need to get done, as well as just having a bit of time to play with or pet them. I can take pets out for walks on foot or with my roller skates, which lets me go longer distances with them. I make sure to clean up any messes I might make, putting everything back as I found it and keeping things nice and tidy for when you get home again. I'm confident staying in new places, and can make sure everything stays safe in your home or space during my time there.

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.

About: I've been taking care of people's cats and dogs alike ever since I was a teenager around the Edina neighborhood. I moved to Woodbury around 2019 where I adopted a cat. I grew up with dogs but I've wanted a cat too so now I'd say I'm proficient with both cats and dogs. I work part-time. I have flexible schedule on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.so I'm pretty much available all day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I'm available to stay overnight if that is a need for the pet. I always make sure to establish trust between myself and the pet and the pet parent. I also understand animals need time to adjust to new people and every animal is different. Some also need more space to adjust and I'm that person that will give the time and space the animal needs.
