About: I have been passionate about animals, big and small, my entire life! I have volunteered at humane societies, fostered animals in need, cared for the pets of family members and friends, interned at AZA-accredited zoos, and worked at wildlife sanctuaries. Currently I am a full-time licensed wildlife rehabilitator caring for injured and orphaned Wisconsin wildlife with the goal of releasing them back into the wild, but I have previously worked with a variety of domestic animals both in my personal and in my professional life. I am well versed in animal behavior, body language, and positive reinforcement. I promise to treat (and spoil) your pets like they are my own! At the moment I have 3 sweet cats, a high-energy dog, a mischievous chinchilla, and a gentleman of a ball python! Please do not hesitate to reach out and get to know me more! I currently work 4 days of the week at my full time job so I am only available select days. About: I've been taking care of my friends, family and neighbors dogs for as long as I can remember. Anything from daily to week long periods I have fed, walked, and cared for those animals, as well as overnight stays at either my home or theirs. Pet care fits extremely well into my routine, I am an online college student with a majority of free time and flexibility. I am typically up early and readily available most of the time. I remain especially cleanly in my own home and clients, making sure to clean/ tidy up after the pet as well as stay attentive to their needs. Another way I care for pets is by enjoying their company, talking, playing and interacting with them on walks and at home to make sure they are safe, happy and attended to.

About: Hello, and thank you for looking at my profile! As a dog owner myself I completely understand how hard it is to know where to turn for dog sitting. You have come to the right spot. I will make sure that while you’re out of town the only thing you need to worry about, is what drink to order. I have had cats since I was about 7 years old. I learned from a young age to be responsible for feeding them, cleaning the litter box and giving them all the love they required. I’ve also had dogs including a pup with special needs so I’ve had plenty of experience administering medicine and shots if your pup needs some extra care. I love giving dog walks, playing fetch and snuggling with them. I love and care for all animals and will treat your fur baby as my own. I’m very excited to meet your pup and make sure they are loved as if they were at home. I am currently a full time student taking classes on line so I am home nearly all day. I also live with my husband and one middle aged American bulldog named Zoe. This allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I have a medium sized fenced back yard. I live in a neighborhood next to a great walking path and three schools that have parks for playtime and sidewalks for safety. We have a room where pups can play and mess around without hurting them selves and they are welcome to the entire house unless you prefer they not be. There are no kids or cats and lots of fun toys and balls to chew on and couches to lay on.

“April took care of my dog, Apollo, for three days and did a great job. Apollo can be a bit of a challenge—he’s protective in certain situations, especially during walks when we encounter other dogs or squirrels. I gave April a demonstration and specific instructions on how to properly handle and stay in control of him, and she followed them very well. Apollo is a bit of a Velcro dog—he likes to be near people but also values his space. April was respectful, attentive, and mindful of his boundaries, which I really appreciated. She kept me updated daily on how things were going and was honest if any hiccups came up. I also appreciated that she wasn’t afraid to ask for clarification when needed. She even took Apollo to the park and made sure he stayed hydrated by bringing his water bottle, refilling it as needed, and treating him to a pup cup from Starbucks. Overall, I felt very comfortable leaving Apollo in her care and would absolutely trust her to watch him again.”

“I’ve known Crystal for 11 years and she has always been a responsible pet owner and would be a great pet sitter. Crystal has had both cats and dogs during the time I’ve known here as well as a turtle! She loved them all. When she lived in Panama she started a meet up group of dog owners so her puppies would have a group of dogs to play with that would meet almost daily. They would even have pet birthday parties! One of Crystals dogs was a stray that she took in and it turned out he had some health issues. Crystal didn’t shy away or surrender the dog, instead she rose to the challenge. She made sure that dog had everything it needed to live as long and as loved as it possibly could. I know she would give him medicine on a daily basis and even administered IV fluids. Crystal is a an animal lover! She makes bandanas for all the neighborhood dogs and sets up play dates for her current dog to play and run around with other dogs. She walks her dog almost religiously, every day, sometimes twice a day. She even started an Instagram for her dog. Her and her husband built an amazing dog house for their dogs with a doggy door, windows and even a deck! She is as loving, caring and responsible of a person as you will find and would make an excellent pet sitter. I’d definitely let her take care of my pets and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy caring pet sitter.”
