âKathy had a very fast turnaround with a previous day booking. She was very understanding and got along with our pups very well. They seem like they had a wonderful walk. Definitely will request her again!â

About: Iâve been watching cats and dogs for the last 5 years. Each of my family and friends have an animal and i absolutely adore them! I love watching them when needed and care for them as my own. Your fur baby will be in amazing hands and my goal would be to have them trust me and feel so loved and comfortable with međŤśđ˝ I work from home 3 days a week so my schedule is very flexible, as I can stop by any time during those work days! I would love to meet your fur baby before watching them so we can form a relationship before hand! This way, when I enter your home, I am not a stranger to them and they will feel safe with me being in their space.
âVanessa has been walking my dog regularly for several weeks now and I couldnât be happier with her help. Sheâs been very patient and loving with my dog, flexible on the schedule, and provides great walk reports and pictures. Thanks, Vanessa!â

âThank you for taking Cody on a much needed walk today! He has so much energy so itâs always helpful when he can get an extra walk in and it was helpful to have such a patient person like you. Thanks again!â

âEmily was quick to respond when I was needing someone to take care of my dogs with very short notice. Throughout the process she has been very communicative, reliable, and my dogs were well taken care of.â

About: Iâve been pet sitting for over 15 years and have taken care of pets twice that long. Iâm a pet owner myself and watch pets for friends and family! Iâm self-employed and have a very flexible schedule to meet your petâs needs! I own a car and am able to make it jobs throughout the week. Iâm happy to play with pets, check in on them, let them out for potty breaks or walk them! I love the different personalities of pets and have a passion for animals (Iâm a Virgo/earth sign and we love animals!).
âSydney was the best!!! She went above and beyond to keep me updated on our pets! And our dog Rigby loved her on their walks together! I definitely will be using Sydney again in the future!!!â

About: I've had multiple dogs over the last 30 years. Mainly Bull Mastiffs, Border Collie Mix, and multiple Pitties. We lately have been adopting older dogs to give them the best end of life possible. For friends I've watched many smaller to larger dogs, comfortable with all. I have experience with all sorts of meds and care, although I prefer to stay away from anything with needles when possible. We've been to the vet more times than I can count, and have gotten good at understanding/reading dog behavior and signs of distress. I have experience with all soft of personalities...shy or alpha, lazy or rambunctious, etc. I like to understand them and work with them where they are at so they enjoy themselves and are happy. I'm a pretty calm presence and in general dogs trust me right away. My wife will joke that I am a dog whisperer as dogs tend to follow my lead easily, but I think it is simply being confident and projecting that you are there to take care of them. I have a very flexible work schedule and am home most of the time. I only have 1 dog right now (Oscar, 82 lb Pitty who loves everything and everyone...he walks around with soft toys like they are his dolls), but will likely be back to 2 in the near future. I walk my pup(s) pretty much every day. We live near Hart Park and the Oak Leaf Trail so getting out to walk along the river/parks is very easy. New to doing this formally rather than just for friends. Normally watch friends dogs at their place. If we take care of your pup in our home, we will always have 1+ pups that will be other-dog friendly. My wife and I have a small Tosa home but fully fenced-in yard to be able to let them out at any time day or night without worry. We have a small main floor but it has 3-4 dog beds and multiple toys (prefer dogs who are ok with soft toys, as our pup(s) don't rip those up. Will likely prefer caring for your pup in your home, it simply mitigates the crowding in the house and any potential conflicts. If I look after any cats, those would be at your house. We no longer have cats and aren't prepped for that in any way.
âI really appreciated Elizabeth's willingness to do a meet and greet before the first walk. She was super patient and understanding with my anxious pup. Would recommend!â

âI felt really comfortable with Erica walking my dog a couple times today while I had a long day at work. She was on time for both walks, and was very mindful of my dogâs needs. She also kept in contact with me all day which helped me relax a little and I felt like my dog was in good hands!â

âShe is fantastic with Rooney!! So at ease knowing she is there to take care of my little sausage! Her attention to detail and the care she takes with him is very comforting! So very thrilled to be working with her!â

âMy dog loves Jeremy. She spins in circles and wags her tail when I ask if she wants to play with Jeremy. Plus, for the people side of the equation, he is reliable and prompt. Couldn't ask for a better walker.â
âMonsserath does great with my shy and anxious dog. She is very patient and understanding and has so much love to give my pup. She is super reliable and I can tell looks forward to seeing my pup every week! I am so lucky to have connected with her and look forward to working with her again in the future.â

Johnson's Woods dog parents share their Rover experiences
She has been such an amazing person! I can tell she cares about my dog and she is always easy to reach. When an issue came up, she was able to quickly solve the problem. Always willing to go above and beyond. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone that is searching for someone to care for their pet.

Selena is so amazing! She is super reliable and takes such good care of my puppy. She treats him like her own and he loves her so much. She always send me pictures while theyâre out walking and I love to get updates like that. It brings me a lot of peace of mind to know heâs in such good hands when heâs with her.

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a dog walker for our two dogs. I reached out to Bella, did a meet and greet, and then she walked them three days this week. She is FANTASTIC! Excellent communication, and she provides several pictures. It's clear she loves dogs and I love that. She was also very understanding when we had to cancel the fourth day due to my husband staying home because he was sick. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Alexandra is the best!! Sheâs been coming to walk and play with my two pups weekly for a few months now. Besides my babies having a great time with her, she has great communication with me, and she really enjoys teaching them new things. She helped give medication and walking my girl pup with a sling after she had a TPLO knee surgery. I am very thankful for Alexandra.
