About: I have had pets since childhood and currently own a two-year-old German Shepherd who is both affectionate and energetic. Caring for her has given me hands-on experience in handling, training, and providing attentive care for large dogs. I am passionate about working with dogs and would be delighted to provide the same level of care and attention to yours. I currently work during the day; however, I maintain a flexible remote schedule that allows me to accommodate pet care needs, including walks and outdoor breaks, at various times throughout the day. About: I have always had family dogs and animals growing up and treat them like family. I have had dogs that needed extra care and always made sure they get that care. About: I grew up with dogs all my life and nothing excites me more than looking over your fur babies. I'm very responsible in assuring that your pets are well taken care of and their necessities are being met. I am employed Full-time but as most people, I do have the weekends off. My fiancé and I have opposite schedules so someone is always home! My schedule coordinates just well with our fur babies because if I'm not home, my significant other is. We have a fenced yard where your fur babies can enjoy the outdoors or run around. We have two Australian shepherds that are very energetic and love to play! “Jessie is a wonderful care taker for my dogs. I have one old boy Rosco and a 5 year old girl Delta. Jessie has watched my dogs and when I can home there were in perfect shape. Sometimes Delta is a little difficult to walk but Jessie handles it with kindness and compassion. Since Rosco is an older dog his bladder is not as good as it once was so I have pee pads out. Jessie replaced them when Rosco had an accident. She came in twice a day at times that were very close to the dogs normal schedule. Based on my experience I'd recommend her. I plan to engage her in the future. You cannot go wrong.”

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
