About: I have taken care of my dog since I was in college, living with my brother. My brother has relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe the dog while he’s at work. “Overall, Bianca did a good job dropping in to take care of my cats. Lots of updates and photos which were nice. There were a couple of things I noticed though for future clients to be aware of: 1. She brought two young children with her to the drop-in visits which was not discussed with me prior to the booking or visits. Thankfully, my pets are okay with kids but I know that is not always the case with pets and there are properties that may not be considered “kid friendly”. 2. The drop-in visit care instructions requested the cat litter boxes be cleaned at least once a day. This was not done on 2 of the days we had booked because they “didn’t look bad”. I don’t believe care instructions should be open to Rover sitter interpretation unless specifically stated by the client.”
