About: Always lived with dogs, love pets, we have 5 (2 dogs, 3 cats). My pets are my family/kids, typical Millenial here. That means I’ve trained them well, I make sure everyone is properly stimulated and has had the opportunity to play/exercise. I have puzzles for both my dogs and cats. My newest kitten even has a treadmill that she loves. I’ve got kongs..pig ears..dog wipes. I trim my own pets nails. We just ensure we are giving them a fun and loving home. They aren’t just like an accessory. So your pup - will be a member of my family for the time they are here! My dogs are not dangerous at all. They are a choc lab and a pitbull mix. They will love having some friends from time to time at the house too. And we have a great flexible home for it too. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and have a fairly flexible schedule otherwise where we may be home more than that. Ideally, I get a walk in before the day gets too hot, then I often do some sort of yard work where the pups (and cats sometimes) hang out with me outdoors in the evening. Weekends are usually very chill and mostly at home. We may have one social outing but with sitting a dog we would be very mindful of that (and are never gone all day because of our dogs too!) While our yard isn’t fenced, I can leash the pup or just walk out with them leashed. Your dog will be not just be let out and unsupervised during their stay- as the yard is new for them and they won’t know the natural boundaries like our dog does. I’m not in a super busy area, so there aren’t a million cars coming by. As for inside the home, our dogs stay down in the basement where it’s nice and cool and hardwood floors. Banjo has ate a blanket in the past, so he has a fenced off part of the basement near the door that has no fabric in it. Mabel free roams downstairs and can sleep on the couch or several dog beds. We can accommodate your dog as you see fit. If it is crate trained or not. The rest of the downstairs doors are shut or partially locked open for cats. We will also allow the dog to sleep in our bedroom if needed. Our whole thing is the dog will be part of our pack/family. So that includes a safe place and changing the environment based on their needs.

About: Caring for animals has always been close to my heart. Over the past couple of years, my family and I have cared for many foster dogs, provided dog-sitting for family and friends, and cherished the time spent with our own dog, Stewart. We believe that a happy dog thrives with daily walks, ample time to sniff and explore in our fenced-in backyard, and engaging mental stimulation. One of our favorite activities is playing hide-and-seek with dog treats, which keeps the dogs entertained and sharpens their minds. Every dog is unique, with its own personality, needs, and quirks. Pet care requires patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting each dog’s individual needs. Every animal deserves a loving and nurturing environment, and I’m dedicated to being part of that journey by offering care, compassion, and a safe space for animals in need. Being a stay-at-home mom during the week, and my husband being home on weekends allows the time and flexibility to cater to all your pet care needs. In our house, caring for pets is a family thing. It’s me, my husband, our school-aged boys, and our super-friendly dog, and we all love having furry guests around. We’ve got a big backyard with a 6-foot privacy fence, perfect for running around or just hanging out. The boys are great with dogs—kind, respectful, and comfortable around them. We make sure every dog feels right at home, with plenty of love, playtime, and attention.

“First time dropping off our dog with someone new and we had a great experience! We appreciate Jackie for taking photos and keeping us updated throughout the day. Our dog had an amazing day on walks and was well taken care of! Absolutely recommend☺️?”

About: Ever since I was a little girl I have always enjoyed the company of animals especially dogs. I have 1 dog Miley a miniature australian shepherd she is so friendly and such a character. I have a 6 and 1 year old son that are great with animals and have a special bond with Miley. I have always done side work with dogs since I was a young. I live close to a dog park and have tons of trails around me! My animals are treated like my children and yours will be treated the same. I am hoping to make this into something I can do all the time. I cant wait to meet you and your puppy(s) soon! Feel free to ask any questions. :) I’m currently working short hours Monday and Tuesdays but otherwise I am home to let your dog outside and get fresh air along with the attention the deserve. I have a good size backyard in fenced but we have a great walking trail by us. The dogs are allowed throughout the whole house and on furniture.

About: Dogs are my favorite. I have an Australian Cattle Dog named Melody that I am working to train to be the best she can be! My family has had dogs throughout my whole life and have helped with pets at the humane society and fostered dogs with Ruff Start Rescue. I have been helping families on Rover for over 6 years now! I would love to spend time with and walk your dog for you. (I like to get a minimum of 10,000 steps a day for my Fitbit goal.) I will treat your dog(s) as I would treat my own, and I think they will love me as much as I love them! I look forward to meeting your pup! I live in Blaine and work from home- I am somewhat flexible on hours but would love to visit/ walk your dog over lunch or on the weekends! How I care for pets really depends on the pet and service requested! I’d love to take a walk or tire your pup out just playing, but I’m also willing to feed them, administer meds, brush, etc!

About: My name is Danielle, I grew up with a black lab retriever along with other labs, when I got older I had my own Jack Russell pug Mix. For the past 20 years I have been a loyal dog sitter to a close family friend, they have only ever trusted me. I have been around dogs my entire life. There is something about dogs that I just love! In Oct 2022 I decided that I wanted to start fostering puppies, I joined a local animal rescue and have fostered and adopted out more than 16 puppies in the past 2 yrs and have loved watching them come In at 6 wks old and leaving around 12-16 wks old. 2 lucky pups have stayed behind and I adopted them, Tom and Leo! They stole my heart and I couldn't let them go! I also have 1 resident bunny who has his very own Private bedroom dedicated to himself and is free roam and liter box trained. I am also a foster mama to bunnies as well and work with a local Rabbit Rescue, and have 3 additional bunnies under my care as foster buns. I love animals and the unconditional love they give! Every fur baby that enters my home is treated like royalty and gets the best possible care! I work from home, so the pups get to be out all day and get access to the home as if they were a part of my family. My pups Tom and Leo love meeting new friends and love it when they get to have puppy friends over to play with! We look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I work from home Monday through Friday which allows for the fur babies to have free roam all day. We go for longer walk at night after I get done with work. The pups will get let out a few times a day, when I take a break during the work day. They get to take a break when I take breaks. I have a fenced in area outside my sliding glass door that I allow the pups to run out and do their business. Of course, if a pup would do better on a leash each time, I'm happy to do that as well! ultimately, I want to keep your little one safe!
