“I was new to Rover when I booked a weekend with Kathy. I found the app very useful and easy to use. Kathy is a great communicator, and very flexible and I felt immediately at ease about leaving my dog in her care upon our meet and greet. She did not disappoint, and I've already booked with her for another trip. So great not to have to worry about Olivia's care while I'm away.”

“As soon as my dogs met Amber, they were comfortable with her. My Maine coon cat, that is very particular hung by her enjoying continual petting. The photos of our dogs that she sent to us while she had them at her place showed how comfortable they were. I highly recommend Amber. Animals can sense her connection with them.”

“We have used Candice 3 times now, and soon a 4th. She is amazing, loving, our dog just walks right in like he's at home. It's a great feeling to not have to worry about our pet while we are away, and not have to deal with any kennel cough or other maladies upon return! Highly recommend.”

“Visiting town and needed a last minute sitter. Amanda was excellent and Felix had the best time. Got cute photo updates the whole time. Would definitely book with her again!”

“Nathan was great with Remy and she loved staying with him. He was a great communicator, sending videos and photos. I highly recommend him and will be booking him again!”

“Amber and her husband did a phenomenal job taking care of my 2 energetic dogs. They seemed healthy and worn out after a few night stay with them, and seemed to get along with their babies. She sent me great pictures and updates as well. I hope to work with them again when I’m back in town!”

“Dana is awesome! Our pup loves spending time with her while we love knowing she is taken care of! Dana is quick to respond, flexible, and communicates well!”

“This was the first time I had left my five-year-old corgi since adopting him five months ago. Laura gave him all the attention and walks he needed. My only disappointment was that he wasn’t more excited to see me when I got back! He will definitely remember Laura next time.”

“We went out of town for a week leaving our one year old Bulldog with Nef. He came to meet our dog and even accommodated transportation. My dog is very picky on who she likes however it was love from first sight. This was the first time we had to board our dog and now we have our go to person for life. Thanks Nef for the outstanding service!”

About: I have been around animals large and small my whole life. I have had dogs, horses, and many other critters over the years. I do not have experience with cats. I work from home full-time. I have been around animals large and small my whole life. I love walking dogs, playing fetch, and giving pets too many snacks. My back yard has a 6 foot privacy fence, with two doors accessing the back yard. I like to walk dogs around Kirklevington Park or neighborhoods between Nicholasville and Tates Creek Roads.

“Angelee is fantastic! She did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Charlie while we were away on vacation for two weeks. Because Charlie is diabetic and requires daily insulin shots we are always concerned about leaving him. But Angelee was great about sending us bright and happy messages “from Charlie” as well as multiple photos every day to reassure us he was doing well. Knowing he was in good hands was such a relief and made our vacation much more relaxing and enjoyable. We are so glad we found her!”

“Christina was AWESOME! The boys loved her- they were so happy and tired after. She took them on several walks too. Cal can be anxious and he seemed to be very comfortable with her. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I’m currently the owner of three cats; Oliver, Lincoln and Edmond respectively. Can’t forgot our snake named Severus. I am familiar with pets of all ages as we rescued Ellie (our late Norwegian Elkhound) from an elderly owner who could no longer care for her and nursed her back to health. We were lucky to have three more years with her than we expected when we got her in our care. I’m experienced caring for high medical needs animals as well. My cat Lincoln is on a few medications for IBD. And my background as a registered nurse gives me confidence with administration of some medications and also no fear of messes. Familiar and comfortable with pill administration, sub Q insulin, eye drops, ear drops, transdermal applied medications, etc. I’m excited to meet and care for your animals like they are my own. 💚 I work part time as a registered nurse. I usually only work 1-2 days a week, so thankfully I have some flexibility the majority or the week. I currently have a fully fenced in backyard to allow dogs to stretch their legs. I’ve lived in Lexington all of my life so am familiar with getting around town to care for animals in many part of time.

“Miranda is great! She took wonderful care of our dog, taking him on walks and playing with him outside. She sends pictures and updates throughput each day. Highly recommend Miranda.”
