About: Hello! Thanks for reading! My husband and I own a farm on a back road. I am a horse trainer, I also teach riding lessons. We have a lot of land to roam and ponds if you wish your pup to swim. We have smaller fences for playing but we mostly leash (long leash or off leash if applicable) walk 3/4 times per day with additional potty breaks as needed. I own an amazing senior pit bull, a young blue heeler , horses, goats, of course a few cats. I specialize in working with troubled horses & dogs. I have a lot of experience with working dogs (Shepards, heelers, etc) & bully breeds. I work from home 95% of the time. I truly enjoy meeting new pets and to spend quality with your fur babies. I have an outstanding amount of experience with many different animals and behaviors. I have worked in a dog grooming facility & along side vets. It was an amazing experience. We are willing to work with all your pets needs. We have our house set up so that the dogs do not have to interact if they don’t desire but are welcome to play and interact should they wish. About: Hello! I’m Jess, and I provide specialized walking and drop-in visits across the Catskill, Hudson, and greater Columbia/Greene County area. I don’t just walk dogs; I use every visit as an opportunity to build confidence, improve focus, and reinforce leash manners. My approach is built entirely on modern, science based Positive Reinforcement and LIMA (Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive) principles. I believe in rewarding behaviors we want to see, helping dogs learn safely, without the use of intimidation or aversive tools. I am currently completing dog training and behavior studies through the CATCH Academy curriculum. This ongoing education ensures your dog is in the hands of an informed and committed professional. I currently work part time on Sundays and Wednesdays, so I have plenty of time during the week to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care. About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was five years old and continued to get more dogs. I have dog sat for multiple friends and family rating from dogs and cats. As far as training animals, I did grow up with having to train them so I do have some experience. I am currently working part time and go to community college but will be able to manage and work out a schedule that will be accommodating. I have 3 dogs that have invisible fences outside so they can roam free without getting lost, going to the road, running off. I have a big yard surrounding my house so they are used to running around freely. When it gets too cold they come in to the house or garage with my father. I am used to walking dogs as they do get walked on occasion at home or if we have them out of the house. I do not off offer services that welcome pets into my house but I am accommodating as necessary and will offer services at your residency.

About: I had a dog in my family for around 10 years. He was really the best. It was so fun to watch him grow up and take care of him through it all. I absolutely adore animals and love to give them attention, play with them and learn with them. I work full time but have different hours and sometimes will be available in the mornings, sometimes the middle of the day, and sometimes weekends! I will always have time for animals. About: Growing up on farms in Vermont, I have been around animals my entire life and I love them all. I have taken care of animals through all stages of life birth through passing. I am not only a pet lover I am a pet owner. Your fur baby will get nothing but the best care possible. About: I adore animals. I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. When I did not have a pet of my own I always have asked friends and family to take care of their pets when in need. People have always relied on me with their animals as they know I show love and I am very attentive. I have mostly trained my young puppy who has a lot of energy, with the help of a few wonderful sitters. I understand behavioral training, being kind but firm. Teaching with kindness and showing the animals the way rather than teaching in fear. I give a lot of attention and am able to read their body language well. I work freelance so I am available intermittently. But when I am available for sitting I am present to give the animal full time care, so if you have an animal who has separation anxiety and doesn't I take the dogs out first thing in the morning for an hour sometimes even 2 hour run in the park. a few small walks in the day and another longer walk or run in the afternoon. I also love to take the dogs on hikes. I do not have a crate as I did not do crate training with my dog but if you want to provide one I am happy to. My apartment is puppy/dog proof. I have a big yard although it is not fenced on one side so I always watch the dogs when I am out there. I have a nice big dog park near my place. I really enjoy animals company and I work in the city so this is something I like to do when I am home in Hudson and not working.
