About: Some things that I've done with all my own dogs as well as when dog sitting/walking for family friends would be; Walking, food/water, playing, potty time, and lots of petting. My own dogs (2 past, 1 present): -My first dog was a beautiful golden retriever named Bo. I taught him some basic commands with sign language when I was little. He taught me a lot about how to act and move around dogs, as well as how sweet they can be. -My second dog was my giant baby, a half english mastiff, half short-haired saint bernard named Scar (aka bunny, aka goober). I held him when he was the size of a potato, and then continued to do so when he grew to 150 lbs. I taught him how to stop, cross the street with me, and slow, all with verbal commands. -My third dog is a half black lab, half golden retriever, full fluffy goofball named Buddy. He loves to join any conversations going on with his barks. His smarts aren't always there, but his heart absolutely is. I'm at home most of the time and with a pretty open schedule. I'll have tons of time to make sure pets are well cared for and happy. My own dog is on the older side, but has plenty of energy to spare and share with your four legged family. I have a decently sized fenced in backyard that's great for all sized dogs to get their energy out.

Since we homeschool our children (ages 10 and 12), we are home all day with the dogs, ensuring they receive ample attention and engagement. Our daily routine includes walks, playtime, puzzle toys, and chew toys. We view training as a fun activity and have jumps, tunnels, hidden toys, and rally signs to make it enjoyable. Every day, we engage in positive training sessions, and the dogs staying with us are always eager for their turn to play. We tailor our activities to each dog's pace and always have plenty of treats on hand. Your dog will have the option to sleep in bedrooms with people, downstairs, or in their crate at night. For your convenience, pick-up and drop-off times are available between 7-9 am or 6-8 To be able to give each client the time and attention they deserve we have chosen to only take one client at a time. For holidays we do have a 4 day booking minimum. I wanted to share a little bit about the setup we have for your furry friends. We have a great fenced yard where they can take potty breaks comfortably. For exercise, we make sure to take them out for walks and have plenty of playtime. For the last ten years, I had two dogs and are recently down to one after the tragic passing of Olive, the brown catahoula you see in our pictures. We're down to Ozzie, the black catahoula who is 11 years old and loves dogs of all sizes and demeanors. Professionally, I'm a software developer with 10 years of experience. I'm taking a break from software development professionally and using my free time to make video games and other apps. After making a couple friends at the dog park, and watching dogs for a day or two, I'm opening myself and my home to you and your dog(s)! I have plenty of time to give your pet daily walks, structured and safe play with my dog and any other dogs being boarded. If you'd like, free of charge, I will ensure your dog maintains or learns for the first time, basic obedience commands with: Food, Hand, Voice, Leash For the following commands Sit, Down/Stay, Place, Recall, Heel. I am extremely meticulous with our dog's feeding schedule and am happy to adapt to your dog's particular routine, if they have any special needs. You can rest assured any meds schedule is followed as closely as you do at home. Im endlessly flexible and only want what's best for your dog! If your dog shows any aggression or antisocial behavior we can also accommodate them with an individual room and crate and attention and potty breaks, etc. I hope you choose me to watch your dog where they'll be treated like family! My home is virtually 100% available unless my wife and I are on vacation. I will watch your dog for as little or as long as you need and ensure your dog is under my full supervision. I'm an early riser so your dog will always get fed on time and let out to go potty frequently. While your dog is here, they will be my highest priority, I currently have no meetings or other commitments. My dog and any dog I'm watching gets a daily walk that is roughly 1-2 miles. I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of space to run and play with my dog Ozzie or any others currently in the pack. My dog is very loving and social and can help scared, anxious, or anti social dogs gain social skills. I have various sized crates to board your dog for any overnights. If you have your own crate that is preferable. I have plenty of dog beds too. Your dog will be under supervision and tended to as a member of the household for their entire stay and will only be technically unsupervised while they're sleeping at night. About: Update: We have adopted 7/7/26 a Shih-tzu 10lb. I raised both a Shih Tzu-Poodle mix and a Tibetan Terrier from puppies into their senior years. They were truly part of our family, and after losing them, I’m not emotionally ready to adopt again. (My daughter got a dog now-7/7/2026) Pet sitting feels like the perfect win-win your pets will be showered with love, attention, and care, while also bringing that special furry companionship back into our home. I’m experienced in daily pet care, including brushing and coat maintenance. Since both of our dogs had coats that matted easily, daily brushing and regular grooming were essential, and I personally maintained and trimmed their coats myself. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve pet sat for friends and family during vacations, often caring for their pets for weeks at a time. I also worked as a nanny for several years, where I regularly cared for a German Shepherd who became one of my favorites. We took daily walks to the park, and I helped maintain his coat, especially during shedding season. My love for animals began growing up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and frequent litters of puppies and kittens. Being able to witness and help care for animals from such a young age gave me a deep appreciation for them and taught me patience, attentiveness, and compassion. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always care for them as if they were part of my own family. My schedule is very flexible, I work from home in the evenings, the timing is perfect for winding down, they can relax in my office while I work or in our living room or room. In my home: Safety is my top priority. I have a large, fully fenced backyard, that connect directly to our lower living area allowing for secure and easy access for potty breaks. For variety i can take them around our neighborhood for walks and can utilize a large park at a nearby school for additional play time. Pet not good on walks, NO PROBLEM: Having owned a Tibetan Terrier who was incredibly loving with family and children, but reactive to other dogs on walks I deeply understand that every dog is different. If a pet is anxious or not good on walks, we can stay withing our private back yard. In the clients home: I follow the owners established routines and instructions to keep the pet safe and comfortable in their familiar environment, including tailored neighborhood walks.

About: I have work for dog vacay for four years. I also use to live with two small dogs I play with all them all the time train them love them I work hard treat like my own always on time I love to take them out playing spending time with them going to dog par. I buy treats take them by the water I have a fench gate surrounding my home we have the dogs spray and they like to be free run around if they get in trouble warning the cage time I can still do this but you need to bring your own cage or dog beds toys snacks food etc
