“I'm grateful that Linda answered my last-minute request for two drop-in visits. She kept me informed with multiple texts, sent nice pictures, and said she'd love caring for my two little dogs again. Highly recommended.”

“We cannot recommend Gabriela and Sean enough. We had to leave our pup for 3 weeks and we feel so grateful that we never had to worry about how she was doing. Gabriela kept us updated every single day and our pup Phinney seemed to be having the time of her life at their house - going on many walks, playing with other dogs, and cuddling. Gabriela and Sean’s genuine love and understanding of dogs made us feel 100% confident in their ability to care for our pretty high-maintenance herding dog. Will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“Katie and family are the perfect sitters for our two golden retrievers. They have a wonderful, open property for dogs to run and play. And they have children who love to play with the dogs. We couldn’t be happier with the love, care and attention our pups received while we were gone. We will definitely be working with Katie going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with your four-legged family members! Thank you!”

“Esther did a phenomenal job taking care of my high-energy 1 y.o. English Setter. She provided updates based on how often I wanted them. Esther has a great property for dogs to get plenty of exercise. I truly felt like my dog got a vacation while we were on vacation! I’m so glad we chose Esther for our dog’s care and are excited to bring him back when we need to next.”

“Lance was great. He was very communicative and sent plenty of pictures to let us know that Gus was having a great time. We were very appreciative of his willingness to be flexible with pick up and drop off. Gus was a happy boy and we are looking forward to having him with Lance again in the future.”

“Amber was wonderful! Helga had a great time and we loved the pictures we got while she was there. I could tell that she was treated like part of the family and Amber took great care of her!”

“Nari was amazing with our little Hershey. She sent many pictures, which showed how comfortable he was in her home. We are so grateful for the attention Nari gave our pup while we were away!”

“We had an amazing experience with Leslie. She is so professional and caring. She treated our pup like her own by spoiling him with car rides to the park, walks, treats, and toys. She kept us updated with pictures and videos. We felt confident he was receiving attention and care while we were away on vacation for a week. We cannot recommend Leslie enough!!”

“Phillip was so responsive especially because our original daycare plans fell through and he was able to accommodate us so quickly. I got plenty of pictures of our dog Ellie and we can tell after we picked her up that she was well cared for!”

“Amy and her family were very welcoming with our corgi. She has a great safe and secure yard for dogs to run around in and I know our pup was in heaven. Amy sent many photos of my dog with updates. When my dog did act up, Amy had prompt communication with me as we figured out next steps. She did a great job with him in a hard situation. I'd recommend anyone to Amy - she loves dogs and has a great set up to host furry friends! Thank you!”

“David & Betty are simply amazing! My first time using Rover, and I chose David & Betty based on their high ratings and proximity. They exceeded every expectation, with very regular updates (photos and video shorts) throughout the day, great communication, and providing walks and feeding per my instructions. I can tell my dog had a wonderful time with them, and I won't hesitate to use them again.”

“Bryon and Peggy are excellent dog sitters!!! Our Abbey just loves them. She gets lots of play time and gets to sleep with whoever she chooses too! We trust them completely and highly recommend them. Thank you !! Barry and Renee.”

“This was our pup’s second time at Chloe’s and she had another awesome stay!! She got tons of outside time to play, toys to parade around and was given tons of love! Chloe sends the best pictures of our girl too and is our go to for all things dog lodging!”

“Emma stayed with Michelle and family for a week and had a great time! Michelle sent pictures and videos of Emma and Lola to let me know she’s having fun on her vacation and getting exercise so I could enjoy my vacation. I knew Emma was safe and taken well care of. I will leave Emma with Michelle and family again.”

“Great sitter! She took my big dog in with out questioning last minute. Very flexible and made me feel at ease after trying to book a boarding with a Kennel that put me on a waiting list for weeks and didn’t update me at all . Very much appreciate her professional and calm manner. I would recommend her for any of my friends. Thanks again!!”

“We had a great experience with Chloe! She was professional, communicative, and most importantly, our dog clearly enjoyed staying with her. We felt totally at ease while we were away and would definitely recommend her services 🙂”

“So grateful to Christina for watching my cat Annabelle for a week. Christina is great with cats, and Annabelle warmed up to her from the first meeting. She took such great care of Annabelle and the house while I was gone, and even went out of her way to get a new laser pointer for Annabelle!”

I will follow your cat’s routine closely, including feeding, litter box care, medications, playtime, brushing, favorite hiding spots, and any special preferences. Whether your cat wants lots of attention or prefers quiet companionship from a distance, I will respect their comfort level and help them feel safe while you are away.

“Marie was wonderful for our kitty while we were away, she provided detailed updates with little stories and plenty of pictures. “Amazing sitter! It was our first time spending time away from our 2 cats. Mj made this experience so smooth and easy for us. Our cats were in such good hands. Mj made sure she met their special needs and followed their very specific food instructions. She was so gentle and caring with them. She respected our property, left everything clean and in place. She is so good at communicating, she let us know about every detail. She is also a great observant when it comes to heir behaviours as well. Im so happy that we found her. Will be working with her again! Thank you MJ!”

“Courtney was really good with updates that include many photos and also progression of how our kitties were doing throughout the weekend she stayed over, without us having to ask her for updates! The cats felt really comfortable with her and I was very pleasantly surprised that they cuddled up with her in such a short amount of time. She was also very respectful of our home and left everything clean. Will definitely book again with her in the future.”

“Grace kept our cat Butterscotch for 5 days. She took very good care of him and very conscientiously tried to befriend him. He was not cooperative but she was kind and caring throughout. I would definitely recommend Grace to anyone that needs a cat sitter!”

“This was our first time using James and we are so happy we found him! We booked him to do home check-ins for our cat Sage. He was very deliberate about giving us updates on how she was doing every day. We also enjoyed the daily photos he sent! Sage does not warm up to many people, but she quickly acquainted herself with James. We will book with him again!”

“Our english springer spaniel had a great day! Adrienne is so nice and just really great to work with. And she did a great job with our very energetic pup. Also, her place with lots of open space for the dogs to run is perfect.”

“Couldn't be happier. I was in a bind and needed daycare because my place had closed without notice and I was looking for a long term doggy daycare solution. Mariah and her family obviously love animals and my year old cockapoo has been well taken care of. Lots of room to play and roam. I feel comfortable leaving him with them and don't worry about his care and safety.”
About: Some things that I've done with all my own dogs as well as when dog sitting/walking for family friends would be; Walking, food/water, playing, potty time, and lots of petting. My own dogs (2 past, 1 present): -My first dog was a beautiful golden retriever named Bo. I taught him some basic commands with sign language when I was little. He taught me a lot about how to act and move around dogs, as well as how sweet they can be. -My second dog was my giant baby, a half english mastiff, half short-haired saint bernard named Scar (aka bunny, aka goober). I held him when he was the size of a potato, and then continued to do so when he grew to 150 lbs. I taught him how to stop, cross the street with me, and slow, all with verbal commands. -My third dog is a half black lab, half golden retriever, full fluffy goofball named Buddy. He loves to join any conversations going on with his barks. His smarts aren't always there, but his heart absolutely is. I'm at home most of the time and with a pretty open schedule. I'll have tons of time to make sure pets are well cared for and happy. My own dog is on the older side, but has plenty of energy to spare and share with your four legged family. I have a decently sized fenced in backyard that's great for all sized dogs to get their energy out.
“Trisha was amazing! I left my puppy for the first time and she made me feel so comfortable- gave me updates and sent me pics and videos of my pupp! She will definitely be my go-to from now on!! Highly recommend”

“Jacklyn was great! Sent lots of (very cute!) pictures, walked McCoy, and made sure he got along with her own dog. McCoy was always happy to see her (and her dog) when we dropped him off. Jacklyn was also very responsive to us (e.g. when we had to modify our arrival/pick up time) which made our lives very easy.”

“Sara was sooo wonderful!! Took Sammich during a family event and he had a ball! It was so nice to not have to worry about him for a couple of hours while we were with frail relatives.”

“She is wonderful! Takes great care of our 9 week old puppy, and is very considerate of the fact that he is not fully vaccinated so she keeps him separate from other dogs. She is awesome!”

About: Hey! I'm Tony! We're 2 minutes off Highway 18 and 167, right next to downtown Auburn, so drop-off and pickup are quick whether you're commuting, running errands, or catching a flight. I've loved dogs since before I could walk, and these days I get to spend all day with them. Being home full time means your pup has company from the moment you drop off to the moment you're back. And since I only ever host two guest dogs at a time, there's plenty of one-on-one attention, a big fenced yard to romp in, and a calm house where everybody actually gets to relax. Your dog will be joining my crew. Ozzie is my 12-year-old Catahoula Cur and the chillest dude in the house. He's spent his whole life around dogs of every size and personality, and he's great at showing shy or nervous dogs that everything's okay here. Cleo is my German Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, a year and a half old, and she's all play. Calm mentor, fun playmate. Whatever energy your dog brings, we've got a match for it. Good manners are part of daily life here. We'll keep up whatever your dog already knows, practicing things like Sit, Down, Stay, Place, and coming when called, woven naturally into walks, meals, and play. At pickup I'm happy to share what we worked on together so the good habits follow your dog home. Our days are pretty simple, and dogs love it! Breakfast, then a nice 1-2 mile walk with plenty of sniff time. Play in the yard, then the big midday nap. Afternoon feeding at 3, a little more practice, more play, and a mellow evening. Special diet, strict schedule, daily meds? No problem at all. Both of my own dogs have been special needs, so careful routines are just how we live here. Fun fact: before this I spent ten years as a software engineer at Amazon, so I'm a little obsessive about schedules and details. Your dog benefits. You'll also get plenty of photos during the stay. One family liked theirs so much they framed them. Want a little extra for your pup? Just ask when you book: - Bath before pickup, $30 (comes home fresh and fluffy) - One-on-one manners tune-up session, $20 - Solo adventure walk on a trail or big open field, $10 - Keepsake photo shoot, $25 (edited, high-res shots; everyday photo updates are always free) - Prefilled Kongs for the midday nap, $10 - Meals from our supply if packing food is a hassle, and other little extras, just ask Our girl Olive, the brown Catahoula in our photos, is the reason I do this. She taught us what great dog care looks like, and every dog who stays with us gets the Olive treatment. Anxious, reactive, quirky, particular? Tell me all about them. I'd love to meet your dog! Dog care is my full-time focus, so my schedule is built around the dogs. I'm home all day, every day, and up early, so breakfast is always on time and potty breaks happen frequently. The house is available for boarding and daycare nearly year-round, with the rare exception of a family vacation, and my calendar always reflects that. Whether you need a few hours or a few weeks, your dog gets my full attention the whole time. Early drop-off or late pickup? Just ask, we'll make it work. Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run, and introductions to my two dogs are always slow and supervised. Ozzie is a calm, social senior who's great at helping shy or nervous dogs settle in, and Cleo is a friendly playmate for pups who want action. Your dog is treated as a member of the household for their entire stay, and the only unsupervised time is overnight while everybody's asleep. For sleeping, I have crates in a range of sizes and dog beds everywhere, and you're welcome to send your dog's own crate or bed if that's their comfort zone. If your dog needs a break from the pack, they can have their own room with individual attention and potty breaks. Questions or special requirements? Just reach out, I'm happy to accommodate.
About: We’ve grown up loving dogs since our childhood. We’ve taken care of our own pack for the past 14+ years. We love cuddle time, playing fetch and going out on walks with our dogs. My husband works from home. Your pup will not be left alone while under our care. I work M-F, get home around 5p and get the evenings to dedicate to the pups. Daily walks can be fit into our schedule, either am or on We have a fenced dog proof backyard with plenty of space to play or relax. 2 friendly and cuddly chihuahuas + a loving friendly Husky will make sure your pup feels at home.
“Joyce and her husband were wonderful with our Coco. They know dogs and worked so well with ours. He has a bit of separation anxiety, but Joyce and her dogs took care of that immediately. Loved the large fenced back yard and the fact that her 2 dogs were small so ours wasn’t intimated. Looking forward to working with her again.”

About: Pet care has always been second nature to me! I grew up surrounded by animals—three cats, a bunny, a duck, and even fish! As an adult, I’ve cared for my own cat and two sweet pups, and though they’re no longer with me, the love I have for animals has never faded. Now, I’m a single mom of three amazing kids and share custody 50/50. On my kid-free weeks, I’d love to open my heart and home to your furry family members. I know how much pets mean to us, and I promise to treat yours with the same love and care I’d give my own. Whether it’s snuggles, walks, or playtime—I’m here for it! With my own pets, I did personalized dog training, and cared for my senior cat. As a work-from-home, self-employed single mom with 50/50 custody, my schedule is both flexible and predictable. On the weeks I don’t have my kids, I have extra space in my day—and in my heart—to care for pets. Since I work from home, I’m able to give animals consistent attention, companionship, and care throughout the day, whether that means walks, playtime, feedings, or just being a calm presence. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I genuinely look forward to it! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities. I have a house with a large, fenced backyard. Pets get a calm, cozy environment with plenty of love, attention, and enrichment. I live in a safe, walkable neighborhood that’s perfect for getting energy out and enjoying fresh air. I also keep my space clean, pet-friendly, and clutter-free—no current pets other than a quiet little betta fish! When caring for pets in your home, I’m respectful, reliable, and attentive to your routine. I know every pet is unique, and I’ll follow your instructions closely to make sure they feel safe, happy, and right at home—even when you’re not.
“I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog receives, Irey is incredibly friendly, attentive and truly love animals. Bella always comes home happy and tired, which is a clear sign of a great time! I feel completely confident leaving my little Bella with him, knowing she is in great hands.”

About: With 30 years of experience, we've truly seen it all when it comes to caring for dogs. We always strive to include our Rover clients in our daily lives, whether it's during walks, training sessions, quiet time, or playing with toys and chews. Our love for all dogs means we're prepared to meet any needs they may have. Ryan grew up immersed in veterinary clinics, thanks to his parents' profession as veterinarians. As for me, I've worked in vet clinics and volunteered with rescues and animal shelters. Our passion for dogs extends to every type, from the quiet ones to the rambunctious puppies. With Ryan working from home and me homeschooling our kids aged 10 and 12, there's always someone here to shower love and attention on your dogs. As an active 4H dog family, we have agility equipment, puzzles, toys, and even a grooming table. We are well-prepared to cater to any needs your pet may have, and we have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and medical needs. Our priority is happy pets! If your dog is crate-trained, we kindly ask that they have their crates for the stay. If they are not crate-trained, please talk with us so we can create a plan that best suits your dog's needs. Our home is centered around our animals, and we're excited to extend the same care and affection to your dog. Since we homeschool our children (ages 10 and 12), we are home all day with the dogs, ensuring they receive ample attention and engagement. Our daily routine includes walks, playtime, puzzle toys, and chew toys. We view training as a fun activity and have jumps, tunnels, hidden toys, and rally signs to make it enjoyable. Every day, we engage in positive training sessions, and the dogs staying with us are always eager for their turn to play. We tailor our activities to each dog's pace and always have plenty of treats on hand. Your dog will have the option to sleep in bedrooms with people, downstairs, or in their crate at night. For your convenience, pick-up and drop-off times are available between 7-9 am or 6-8 To be able to give each client the time and attention they deserve we have chosen to only take one client at a time. For holidays we do have a 4 day booking minimum. I wanted to share a little bit about the setup we have for your furry friends. We have a great fenced yard where they can take potty breaks comfortably. For exercise, we make sure to take them out for walks and have plenty of playtime. We’ve stocked up on loads of toys for playing fetch, and the dogs absolutely love to play with each other. Our neighborhood is nice and quiet, with sidewalks perfect for strolls and a lovely park nearby.
“Nich was great! Super friendly, took great care of my pup. Video and text updates. Not afraid to ask questions as needed. I would definitely trust Nich again to watch my little monster 🐶. 😊”

About: Update: We have adopted 7/7/26 a Shih-tzu 10lb. I raised both a Shih Tzu-Poodle mix and a Tibetan Terrier from puppies into their senior years. They were truly part of our family, and after losing them, I’m not emotionally ready to adopt again. (My daughter got a dog now-7/7/2026) Pet sitting feels like the perfect win-win your pets will be showered with love, attention, and care, while also bringing that special furry companionship back into our home. I’m experienced in daily pet care, including brushing and coat maintenance. Since both of our dogs had coats that matted easily, daily brushing and regular grooming were essential, and I personally maintained and trimmed their coats myself. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve pet sat for friends and family during vacations, often caring for their pets for weeks at a time. I also worked as a nanny for several years, where I regularly cared for a German Shepherd who became one of my favorites. We took daily walks to the park, and I helped maintain his coat, especially during shedding season. My love for animals began growing up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and frequent litters of puppies and kittens. Being able to witness and help care for animals from such a young age gave me a deep appreciation for them and taught me patience, attentiveness, and compassion. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always care for them as if they were part of my own family. My schedule is very flexible, I work from home in the evenings, the timing is perfect for winding down, they can relax in my office while I work or in our living room or room. In my home: Safety is my top priority. I have a large, fully fenced backyard, that connect directly to our lower living area allowing for secure and easy access for potty breaks. For variety i can take them around our neighborhood for walks and can utilize a large park at a nearby school for additional play time. Pet not good on walks, NO PROBLEM: Having owned a Tibetan Terrier who was incredibly loving with family and children, but reactive to other dogs on walks I deeply understand that every dog is different. If a pet is anxious or not good on walks, we can stay withing our private back yard. In the clients home: I follow the owners established routines and instructions to keep the pet safe and comfortable in their familiar environment, including tailored neighborhood walks.

About: I have had pets my whole life, including large dogs and cats, and caring for animals has always been a meaningful part of my life. I have raised puppies, worked on basic training and routines, and cared for elderly pets who needed extra patience, comfort, medication awareness, and attention to changes in behavior or mobility. What sets me apart is that I understand pets have their own personalities, needs, and comfort levels. I will take the time to follow your instructions, keep your pet’s routine consistent, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you are away. I do not currently have a pet of my own, so I would truly love the opportunity to spend time with and care for other people’s fur babies. I work from home as a consultant and set my own schedule. My availability is very flexible as I can schedule meetings and onsite work around your needs. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I will follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, bedtime routines, and any household expectations. I understand that being away from their people can be stressful for some pets, so I will take a calm, patient approach and let them adjust to me at their own pace. I will give them attention, affection, and reassurance while also respecting their personality, boundaries, and normal routine. I will also treat your home with care and respect. I will keep pet areas clean, make sure food and water are refreshed, clean up after your pets, and keep you updated so you know how they are doing while you are away.

About: Experienced and dependable pet sitter with a lifelong background in animal care, having owned and cared for small to medium-sized pets since age 6. I’ve provided pet sitting for family members’ large dogs and cats, handling feeding, playtime, and daily routines with care and attention. I also have hands-on experience raising kittens from just days old, including bottle feeding and monitoring their health. I genuinely love working with animals—especially fluffy ones—and prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. 🐾 I am currently seeking pet sitting opportunities and have a very flexible schedule during the week, allowing me to accommodate a wide range of pet care needs, including visits, feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins. On weekends, I am available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I enjoy spending time with animals and prioritize creating positive, calm interactions—whether that’s playing, comforting anxious pets, or simply keeping them company so they feel safe and cared for while their owner is away. In a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding on schedule, providing fresh water, cleaning litter boxes or any messes, and giving them attention through playtime, petting, or quiet companionship depending on their personality. I also make sure doors, gates, and safety areas are secure before leaving.

“I'm grateful that Linda answered my last-minute request for two drop-in visits. She kept me informed with multiple texts, sent nice pictures, and said she'd love caring for my two little dogs again. Highly recommended.”

“Phillip was so responsive especially because our original daycare plans fell through and he was able to accommodate us so quickly. I got plenty of pictures of our dog Ellie and we can tell after we picked her up that she was well cared for!”

“Bryon and Peggy are excellent dog sitters!!! Our Abbey just loves them. She gets lots of play time and gets to sleep with whoever she chooses too! We trust them completely and highly recommend them. Thank you !! Barry and Renee.”

“My dog had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s place. It was a home away from home for him and he got all the love and attention he needed. Would definitely recommend Jessica for a warm and loving environment for your pet.”

“One of the best sitters we’ve ever had!! Xiatotong was communicative and so loving to our two boys. They got lots of walks and time in the yard and even some tasty treats in their food. We loved knowing the boys were on their own vacation while we were away!!”

“Adrienne was THE BEST! My dogs had so much fun and they were so well taken care of. She sent me updates and pics every day which gave me such peace of mind when I’m away from my pups. Will definitely book her again.”

“Molly and her husband took such sweet care of our pup. They were so relaxed and we felt like they would love piper like their own! We got lots of picture updates and we were able to meet their pups before we left ours with them for a night. Our dog came back calm ready for a nap after having lots of play time with her new friends. We are so excited to be able to leave piper with them again and we are so glad that we found a safe place for our dog to go to when we go out of town! 100% would suggest Molly and her family to others!”

“Booking with Dane was very easy. He responded quickly and drop-off and pick-up were very smooth. Our flight got in late and he and his wife were very flexible with us. Boomer looked like he had a great time and has done nothing but sleep since getting home. I think he was worn out from all his fun! He even came back to us smelling great so a bath must have happened as well!”

“Emma gives Kelli and Ryan 5 stars… she’s excited to see them when I drop her off and makes herself quite at home. I appreciate the good care and pictures to give me an Emma fix while I’m gone. They were very accommodating when I picked up Emma the evening before the scheduled pickup time and when I had to drop her off earlier than originally planned. I will continue to use Kelli and Ryan for future stays.”

“Kristin was very accommodating towards Milo who is a reactive dog! I appreciate her thoroughness in our meet and greet and she did a great job taking care of Milo while we were on our trip. I had no worries while we were away. Will def book again!!”

“Amin was a great sitter for Duke, he took my request last minute and saved me from stress of not having someone less than 24hrs. He was communicative as needed and Duke seemed to have enjoyed himself. I sent dukes bed and it was not so clean because our frenchy is a messy guy and Amin even returned it washed 🥹 he totally didn’t have to do that Great sitter and we would use him again!”

“It's so nice for us to have a reliable, caring dog sitter. We have high confidence in Shay and the care she provides for Kota. We are repeat clients and look forward to the next stay for Kota while we are out of town.”
