About: Welcome to my profile! I grew up with a wide variety of pets, so I truly understand how each one has their own unique personality. I know how deserving of love every animal is, and I will do everything in my power to make your pets happy. I treat your pets as my own, while also understanding the need to accommodate to every pet's individual quirks and needs. I recently lost one of my pups to cancer, and because of this, I am really yearning for some more furry friends to meet. Maybe your pet can be my next friend! I recently lost my job, so I currently have a very open schedule! I do have a couple of established clients outside of Rover, but my schedule is still very flexible. I live in a condo-style apartment, so although I do not have a yard, I go on many walks each day- whether around my neighborhood or by driving to a park or beach. I also live just down the street from a dog park, for pups who enjoy socialization and time off-leash. Additionally, I have a patio space for pups who enjoy hanging out al fresco when the weather allows. My own pup is a bit of an escape artist, so I am extra careful with doors, gates, and secure leashing practices. I am also aware of how curious dogs can be, so in my home you can be sure of a safe environment where there are no dangers within a dog's reach (or jump). Not only do I treat your pets with love and respect, but I treat your home with the same care. You can be sure I will keep things neat and tidy, and always make an effort to leave a space cleaner than I found it. No matter the service or location, every animal deserves to feel safe, cared for, and loved. I assure you that I put all my energy into caring for your pets, and I will always treat them as I do my own.

About: I work as a nurse - I love humans and dogs! You will find me in the woods hiking with my pups or getting our steps in throughout the neighborhood. Dog walking is my greatest stress relief! I am currently in limbo between jobs for the next month. I would love to get out and spend my days walking dogs while I had the opportunity. Open to anytime of the day. About: I grew up with both dogs and cats. I currently have two cats of my own that I love with my entire heart! I know what it’s like to have pet parent guilt leaving your fur babies alone at home, and I would love to help take that weight off your heart! I am a professional volleyball player. I live here in Milwaukee during the off-season and don't have much to do in the summer. I workout in the mornings at 9am, but after that I am completely free. My gym is out in Wauwatosa, so it is no problem for me to make a trip out to the suburbs every day! I am usually busy on weekends, but weekdays are almost always wide open! I will follow whatever plan/schedule that you have laid out for your fur babies! I would feel most comfortable walking and caring for dogs that are trained on leash!

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, spent my teenage years as the go-to neighborhood babysitter and pet sitter, and today, I’m a proud pet parent to two wonderful Wheatens of my own. ​Because of my personal experience with dogs of all backgrounds, I understand that every animal is unique. My philosophy is to always meet animals where they are at—building trust at their pace while providing a safe, confident, and structured environment. I'm currently accepting weekday appointments for now and will accept some overnights and weekends. I have a flexible schedule at this point and will be able to care for pets multiple times throughout the day and night. I will treat your home and your pets with the utmost respect and try to follow the schedule and routine to make sure your pet is comfortable in their home while you're away. About: I have been a dog walker and pet sitter for over ten years. My last role was as an Animal Care Technician at the Wisconsin Humane Society where I worked with animals with a variety of behavioral and health issues. As a Pet Sitter, I feel it is important to visit animals in their own home (where they are most comfortable) and make their time away from their humans as enjoyable as possible. We spend time playing, taking long walks, and of course snuggling on the couch! I love reinforcing training and watching a dog progress. I find working with animals incredibly rewarding and love that my doggie and kitty clients become my friends! I always visit ahead of time to make sure I know all feeding and bathroom and walking preferences so that the pet stays as close to their normal routine as possible. I think this lets the pet more at ease and feeling more like they are doing their normal thing like if their mom or dad were gone. I work from home from my phone and laptop so I can easily work from your home instead. I will be there a majority of the time. I always try to stick as close as possible to the animal’s normal feeding and walking routine as well as talking to them and playing with them to keep them happy and stimulated.

About: I took canine training at the age of 13 and have taken care of dogs on and off since then! I adopted my very own dog (a beautiful beagle Maya!) for the first time almost 3 years ago and have learned a lot more since then. Maya frequents dog parks, day cares, hiking trails and the lake as much as she can. She is very social and does well with other dogs as well as children! I’m comfortable administering medicine as I’ve had to with my pup in the past. I work from home and take my dog out every 4-5 hours for potty breaks and short walks around the block. On weekends when I’m home we visit dog parks and/or dog friendly trails as weather permits but also love to cuddle on the sofa for a good movie marathon! When your pet is in my home, they have free range of every room and furniture, minus the bedroom. My dog is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night. If your dog prefers to sleep outside of a crate I do have a separate room they can sleep in so they have privacy and don’t have to stress seeing the crate. I will still be able to hear/watch over them from their private room at night!
