About: Hi! My name is Alyssa, and I’m a pre-med college student who is responsible, reliable, and passionate about caring for animals. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I’ve had my own dog for 11 years, giving me firsthand experience with daily care, exercise, feeding routines, and providing plenty of love and attention. I am dedicated to ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or simply keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them with the same care and respect I give my own dog. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! Im currently off school for the summer so I have lots of spare time! When I return to school in August, I will be available early mornings and evenings to check on your fur babies :) I have a fenced in backyard and allow my dog to roam both the house and backyard freely. I leave her food out so she can nibble on it throughout the day. She is potty trained to go to the back door when she needs!

About: Since I was five years old when we adopted our family puppy, I have been involved in taking care of dogs. I have also over 350 hours of shelter volunteer experience in walking dogs, giving medications, and obedience training. Since I am hoping to be a vet one day, I am always wanting to meet new animals and give them the best care possible! I am currently a full-time student at Carleton and thus have classes and other extracurricular activities throughout the day. However, I have chunks of time throughout the day that could be devoted to pet care. If I am pet-sitting for you, your animal will be my priority! I do not have the capacity to care for your pet in my house, but I can provide whatever level of care you need in for your pet in your own home! If you need me to stay the night, I can do that. I am a detail-oriented person so whatever your pet needs I feel confident I can provide it.

About: Hello! My name is Kelsey — I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life. I just recently graduated from medical school and have free time till June to help watch your furry family members! I am able to host ( I have fenced in backyard and have two dogs), drop in for outside breaks, walks, or can stay in your home. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to run. We also live in a quite neighborhood that will keep the dogs calm!

About: I have been taking care of animals for 10 years I love taking care of them I love loving on them playing with them cleaning them with the brushes Monday through Friday I can do anytime after 4:00 up until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday I can do from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Keeping the litter boxes clean making sure they have fresh water making sure they have food and loving on them and playing with them brushing them if needed

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I have a cat whom I rescued several years ago. I’ve cared for several dogs and I’m great at keeping animals comfortable and feeling loved! I work full-time but I am available most weekends and evenings. If need be, I can leave during my lunch break to provide your pet with a quick potty break! I am sure to follow the rules of each owner since they know what’s best. I am a huge cuddler, so if your dog or cat needs some extra love, you can count on me. I’ve also had experience with admistering medication to dogs as well.

About: I have always connected deeply with animals & genuinely enjoy caring for other living beings. I have always had pets growing up, of all types and ages. I am a part time student and work part time in retail. My schedule is flexible and I am local to the Huntington area. I am trying to keep things around the Ritter Park/Downtown area but am willing to travel small distances for an additional fee. I make sure my dogs are walked daily, all my animals get a special dinner every night (wet food), regular vet appointments, basic grooming, comfortable places to lounge, toys, clean drinking water.

About: I have been caring for dogs most of my life. Now thatI am retired I am doing it full time. I can care for puppies through senior dogs. I even have a couple of special needs dogs who get along wonderfully. I only keep 2 dogs at a time so I can give them all personalized attention. I also bake all natural treats for them (that really helps with training 😂) I would love to have you for an afternoon, day, week or even if you just need a walk. Let's meet and see how your pup takes to me. I look forward to our first visit. I am home so they will not be left alone or kept in a kennel all day. They will be part of our daily activities. Daily routines may include multiple walks in the park, romping in the fenced back yard, socializing with other dogs, and playing fetch. Lets not forget nap time!!!

About: I would love to meet your pups and make sure they have a wonderful experience. My dog is my life, and I will treat your furry baby’s the same way! I love all dogs of all shapes and sizes and enjoy taking them to the park and even for walks or giving them all the belly rubs that they could ask for. About: I have been taking care of neighbors’ dogs since I was 10. I worked at a student run pet grooming program for 2 years, done in-home pet sitting for 6 years, and have worked at a pet hydrotherapy center for 3 years. I have experience with all dogs, and specifically senior dogs and dogs with special needs. I am a grad student at Marshall and am able to spend time with your pet around my class schedule during the week and I am typically not gone for more than 6 hours at a time. I am more flexible on the weekends. In my client’s home I am mindful of baby gates/dog gates and keeping them closed when instructed. I am also mindful of stairs and help the dog up and down if needed. I make sure the dog is as comfortable as possible while their owners are away by keeping to their usual routine as much as possible!

About: I used to be a kennel technician who walked dogs, practiced training, while offering playtime for them and cleaning up their space. I’ve always loved caring for animals and wildlife and want to branch out on my own. I’m also a college student currently! I have a very flexible schedule right now, all that’s needed is to message me and see how our availabilities line up! I integrate your pets life into mine. I have a variety of treats and food on hand, but will follow whatever diet your dog needs. I also have the time for high energy dogs or dogs that need training through e-collars or etc. I also own lots of toys and a large crate, or litter box if need be. About: I’ve taken care of all of kinds of animals from the age of 13 until present time of the age of 28. I help my friend at her boarding business. I have fostered and rescued many animals. I provide all the love and attention any animal deserves. I have a 6 year old chocolate lab who loves animals of any kind, and a 3 legged cat who’s super playful with other animals as well. As of right now I am not employed so I have endless hours to provide, care for, love on, and play with your fur baby/babies. I have a large unfenced yard at the side of my apartment where I take my dog to potty and play. I also have a friend who owns a dog boarding business with a fenced in yard where I take my dog to socialize and play with other pups as well. My dog free runs at home but if your baby is crate trained I can easily crate them to their needs/routine.

About: I am the biggest animal lover! Everyone I know has relied on me to take care of their beloved fur-babies and you guys should too! I am new to Rover, but not new to animal care! I have had animals my whole life and pride myself in giving the best care. I currently am a high school social studies teacher. As an animal lover, however, I am very much looking forward to incorporating pet care into my daily schedule! I have had pets my whole life and can’t wait to meet your fur-babies! I live in an apartment with two cats—Princess and Lilly. I would be happy to provide in home boarding for your cats or drop in visits! My cats are a little indifferent on dogs, however, so it would take a meet and greet before deciding on boarding a dog! With that being said, I can do walks and drop ins before and after school and on weekends. I will be happy to help in whatever way I can!

About: I am looking to provide love and care to your fur babies when you aren’t able to. I have two fur babies of my own currently and have had many in the past. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all different shapes and sizes! I look forward to meeting your fur babies and caring for them like my own. I work as a bus driver so between my morning and evening run I have plenty of time to make stop ins and check on pet and/or take them for a walk. My partner works from home which provides a flexible schedule. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to care for your pets in my home due to our young children. About: Growing up, my mother ran a doggy day care out of her home and I often assisted her. I have much experience in caring for animals and also handling behavioral problems. I am currently unemployed as I am preparing to begin my student teaching through Marshall this fall. My schedule is open, other than putting time aside to care for my own furry friends. I feel it is important to constantly ensure that the animal being cared for is comfortable. I plan to reassure your furry friends with positive reinforcement and playfulness. I also plan to uphold quality and safe measures while with the animals. I will make it a priority to send you pictures of your furry friend during my visit!

About: I had to put my best friend of 17yrs down last May. I miss the joy of coming home and seeing him so excited to see me. I’ve always had a huge soft spot for pets. I miss being able to interact with them. I work weekends but I get off pretty early. I have Tuesday Wednesdays and Thursdays off from work. So I am pretty flexible most days. I make sure every pet is cared for and exercised properly. Fed on time and will not get into any sort of trouble. I am surrounded by a community of people who love pets.

About: I've trained my own dogs since age 7, mostly basic obedience. Not much experience in senior dogs or high drive but I learn quick. I know how to stop a dog fight and read body language as well as look for threats. I would love to walk your animals when you can't or don't want to. I need to get out more and my dogs are happier at home. I can schedule hikes as well if you would like to set that up. I can walk your dog on whatever path you chose. I can drop in and check on them for potty breaks, or any cat care as well.
