“Marilyn is great with my pup! Evie is always excited to see her. She’s dependable, reliable, and communicates great. She always leaves a report and lets me know how Evie is and if anything out of the ordinary has happened. Would highly recommend her services.”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I have a cat whom I rescued several years ago. I’ve cared for several dogs and I’m great at keeping animals comfortable and feeling loved! I work full-time but I am available most weekends and evenings. If need be, I can leave during my lunch break to provide your pet with a quick potty break! I am sure to follow the rules of each owner since they know what’s best. I am a huge cuddler, so if your dog or cat needs some extra love, you can count on me. I’ve also had experience with admistering medication to dogs as well.

“Great dogwalker!”

About: I've always love caring for animals, in fact I've pet sat on and off since I was a kid as my very first job. Plus I've always had pets of my own, or my family's, to take care of as well. My professional experience includes being a kennel tech & dog daycare worker. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages. (In fact my own dog is also my multipurpose service dog.) In addition I have experience caring for cats (an assortment of breeds and ages), geese, chickens, snakes, rodents, fish, bats, squirrels, opossums, and foxes. Any exotic animals that need care are welcome also as I used to be a wildlife rehabilitator & volunteered at WalkingWildRescue .org (a fox rescue & wolf-dog sanctuary). *Note: I no longer take feline clients who need medication due to multiple negative experiences. Cats generally need someone they trust to administer meds, & do not take kindly to strangers (meeting once is not enough).* I charge what I do because: 1. I have to work around Rover's cut. 2. I'm willing to go the extra mile to make sure you don't need to worry about your family while you're gone! This is my only job & I love it, so I'm very dedicated & do take it seriously. My routine involves taking care of my own service dog, so it's easy for me to incorporate another! I'm very flexible, please just give me at least a day notice. While I am not currently able to host, I will treat your home with respect! In addition; Leon, who is my professionally trained service dog, is very friendly so can help provide some socialization for your pup if desired. *Important Note for Housesitting/Dog-Walk Clients*: Due to my disability I am unable to stay overnight or go on walks without my service dog--so in order for me to be the right provider for you, your pet must be dog friendly while at home/on walks. However if you don't need overnight & are looking for an extended daytime stay, it isn't necessary that my service dog accompany me & I am very open!

About: i’m a freshman at Marshall University, and I am missing my senior dog at home. I would love to watch/walk your dog in between my classes. I have breaks between my classes, and I have most afternoons and evenings off. if you are located between the Huntington and Barboursville area I can make many quick trips during the day. I have experience in dog walking, dog bathing, administering medication’s, playtime and feeding. and if your pet is a little anxious, I can give them extra cuddle time as well

“Alyxx took great care of our babies and took them on 3 walks this week when we couldn’t come home at lunch to take them. Would definitely recommend and use again when needed!”

About: I have been caring for dogs most of my life. Now thatI am retired I am doing it full time. I can care for puppies through senior dogs. I even have a couple of special needs dogs who get along wonderfully. I only keep 2 dogs at a time so I can give them all personalized attention. I also bake all natural treats for them (that really helps with training 😂) I would love to have you for an afternoon, day, week or even if you just need a walk. Let's meet and see how your pup takes to me. I look forward to our first visit. I am home so they will not be left alone or kept in a kennel all day. They will be part of our daily activities. Daily routines may include multiple walks in the park, romping in the fenced back yard, socializing with other dogs, and playing fetch. Lets not forget nap time!!!

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. I have both puppy, senior, and handicap dog care experience relative to basic feeding, walking, and nurturing, all the way to administering medication 3x daily and even relieving the bladder of a paralyzed dog! During the evenings/nights I work as a commercial cleaner for various locations around Huntington and Barboursville including OVP Dentistry, Marshall's Big Green Foundation, and Ohio Valley Banks. I determine my own hours at my cleaning job, so my schedule and time are pretty flexible to accommodate your pet care needs. Please feel free to reach out with any inquiries regarding availability. I'm happy to work with you to assure a happy client and a happy pet! I will go above and beyond to cater to your pet’s needs and overall comfort. I have been the primary dog/cat sitter for various Marshall University professors and my care comes highly recommended.

About: I would love to meet your pups and make sure they have a wonderful experience. My dog is my life, and I will treat your furry baby’s the same way! I love all dogs of all shapes and sizes and enjoy taking them to the park and even for walks or giving them all the belly rubs that they could ask for. I have a large fully fenced back yard with tones of space to run and play. I will make sure to make them feel comfortable and safe. I look forward to meeting your furry babies!

“I felt very lucky to connect with Megan. I needed someone to let Duke out after some last minute changes to my travel plans. She was easy to communicate with and worked with my changing schedule to make sure my dog was cared for. She updated me with pictures and I could see he was comfortable and loving his walk. I would highly recommend her for any Rover needs!”

About: I have always connected deeply with animals & genuinely enjoy caring for other living beings. I have always had pets growing up, of all types and ages. I am a part time student and work part time in retail. My schedule is flexible and I am local to the Huntington area. I am trying to keep things around the Ritter Park/Downtown area but am willing to travel small distances for an additional fee. I make sure my dogs are walked daily, all my animals get a special dinner every night (wet food), regular vet appointments, basic grooming, comfortable places to lounge, toys, clean drinking water.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young. I have owned both dogs and cats growing up and pet sitting for about 2 years now. I am able to take care of senior cats and dogs with extreme care while proving lots of love while you’re away. I’m working part time-so I’ll have plenty of time for your furry family members! I also live in the heart of Huntington, everything is close! When house sitting I can stay at your house for your comfort if you feel so inclined. I can also pop in 4-5 times a day. When cat sitting I would rather keep the cat in their environment so they are able to be calm and stress free. I also send pictures every time I visit with updates. I also require vet information just in case something were to happen to them.

“Jordan is probably the most caring animal care taker I've met. He has cared for multiple animals in my possession and they have been happy to see him any other time he has come around.
