About: Every pet (and owner) deserves knowledgeable and reliable care! I have been a veterinary technician for over a decade and a pet owner for life, currently sharing my life with 4 wonderful dogs 🐶 Although the majority of my veterinary career has been in small animal (cats/dogs) I have owned and cared for critters big and small. From rodents and reptiles to livestock and other farm animals. Whether you need me to walk your pup while you’re at work, give timely medications to a pet with medical needs, or maybe you need me to stop in and tend to your backyard chickens - you can feel confident that your pet(s) will receive quality personalized care with me. I am currently in school for my CVT (veterinary technician license) with a flexible online class schedule that allows me to work with you and your pets scheduling needs! I am accepting walks, hikes and drop-ins 7 days a week through September 2026. All pet care instructions given by the owner(s) is followed precisely. It’s my goal to stick to your pets familiar routine as much as possible for an overall positive experience. **For pet-sitting and drop-in: I recommend a meet and greet with pets and owners at their home prior to starting a pet-sit and ask for any medical care instructions to be in writing and discussed prior to owners leaving. I do not offer boarding/daycare in my home at this time. **For dog walking: I recommend a meet and greet with the dog(s) and owner prior to our first walk. I always bring treats for positive engagement during walks unless otherwise instructed by the owner. I will always ask if your dog has dietary needs or restrictions ahead of time. **Hiking Services offered for established clients only, pickup/drop off included in service. Details upon request.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life and I love them oh so dearly! I’ve stayed in homes of family friend dog owners for a few years now, mostly just taking care of the dogs and going on walks, as well as watering plants when needed. I’m not much of a cat person, I didn’t grow up with cats but I can do what is needed of me. I work part time, around 25 hours a week so I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your babies and make sure they are well taken care of. I will care for your baby in your own home where they have all their favorite toys and comfort spots. I will take them for walks and give them all the snuggles they need!

About: I’ve worked with dogs since I was a child. I’ve been exposed to large dog breeds (ex. Rottweilers & German Shepherds) as well as small dog breeds (ex. corgis & dachshund's). I am a certified dog trainer, with 9 years experience and can work in some Basic Obedience work with your dog during their stay or we can talk about some behavior modification and steps to move forward for private lessons. I currently work part time and have plenty of time and energy to work with and take care of your pup. I work with my own dogs twice a day but those sessions are very flexible. I don’t currently have a fully fenced in yard, but I have access to 5 private acres I can walk your pup on a long line. I utilize martingale collars to prevent any mishaps or escaping. I utilize positive reinforcement to connect and have clear communication with each dog I interact with.

About: I have been dog-sitting consistently since 2016, and it's something I truly love! My budget and schedule doesn't allow me to have a dog right now, but I love getting to care for others when they need someone reliable and trustworthy to help them out! About: I've always had pets ever since I was very little, I adore all pets. I have had many, and currently have kitties and a puppy! I know a lot on how to care for them, and love playing with them to keep them happy and stimulated. I currently spend most of my time at home with my own pets, I occasionally babysit family as well. I love spending time outside, and hiking with my pets too! When I do in home care or check-ups I always want to make sure the pet is well taken care for so I always check their water, food, and let them go potty if it's a dog. I play with each pet to make them happy and have a fun activity, also walks are great. I can walk for miles if you have a dog that loves or needs a long walk, I'm all about keeping your pet happy and healthy!

About: I've been a lifelong animal lover and have hands-on experience caring for a variety of pets. I've been the primary caregiver for my dog for 8 years and my cat for 3 years, and I've also cared for birds, hamsters, and fish. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of reliable, attentive care and will treat your pets like my own. I work full time M-T and would be willing to do a later evening drop in, but have my Friday afternoons and weekends available any time! Your pet's safety is my top priority. As a pet owner, I understand that every animal has unique behaviors and needs. Having cared for dogs with a tendency to bolt, I am especially mindful around doors, gates, and leashes and always take extra precautions to prevent escapes. I will carefully follow your pet's routine, respect your home's rules, and provide a calm, secure environment while you're away. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable and cared for while giving you peace of mind.

About: I have been an animal lover since a young age, and have been caring for dogs since 2011. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and all ages in between. I have experience in training my own dogs and in practicing commands as asked when puppy-sitting. I've even trained my cat to give high-fives! I also have experience in administering medication, both oral meds as well as eyedrops. Our 14 year old labradoodle gets eyedrops twice daily, which I administer. I bond easily with animals and love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! I love getting to know animals, and have a knack for bonding with anxious, shy animals. I am also okay with brushing and bathing, etc., as asked if needed. I am typically available all day on the weekends and most Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am in grad school for the next two years in Forest Grove and classes occur around 9am-4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I may have time for quick home visits for potty breaks during lunch on these days, if needed. I am happy to spend quiet time with pets who are more mellow, or to spend time playing or walking with energetic, younger dogs if that suits them best. I typically observe the dog's behavior and notes from the owner when deciding what to do- are they looking tired and calm? Are they a bit riled up and could use a playtime or a walk? I will follow any instructions left by the owners, as well. If there is anything specific or special you'd like me to do for your pets, just let me know!

About: I am patient, easy going and a dog mama. I have had my own dog boarding business, and I will take excellent care of your special pet. About: Being raised on a small farm, there have always been cats & dogs around to share in the ups & downs of life. I love leaning into each individual's personality and working with positive reenforcement to catch the animals doing good behavior! I have experience training/working with dogs of all ages. Sometimes our furry friends need extra care. I am experienced in oral medicine administration, wound care, ear & eye treatments (if need be)! I am available for pet care on a daily basis. I care for my cats & dog daily. If ever I need backup support, I have a network of folks willing to lend a hand. When pet sitting, I follow the instructions given by the owner regarding when to feed, how much food, how often they need to go outside. Beyond that, I typically tidy up the space every evening, sweeping/vacuuming, refreshing waters, etc. I try to develop a routine so that the animals know what to expect and can relax into a sense of order. I generally find ways that each animal likes to play and find games that are fun and rewarding.

About: I have experience with different breeds and ages. I have trained a puppy starting at 2 months old and comforted older dogs for their last days. More recently, I taken care of Rottweilers, Corgis, Bulldogs, Springer Spaniels, Jack Russel terriers, Golden retrievers etc. I have given medications to dogs as needed and ensure that I follow every instruction to keep them supported and happy. I have a love for every dog and look forward to seeing the quirks and personality of your dog! I am returning to school full time fully online at the moment, so my availability is very open as I could remain with your pet at all hours. I enjoy walks, especially if there is a pup as motivation. Your dog and I could reciprocate a friendship that relieves stress and brings happiness. I live on a larger piece of land with grass, gardens and wooden areas in the Chehalem Mountains where they can explore away from other animals on-leash, or we can load up my car to head for a park or trail.

About: I am dedicated to the well-being of your pet. I pay attention to detail and will follow your pet's plan to ensure their safety while in my care. I have a full-time job and am typically unavailable between 7am-4pm during the week. I am available most weekends to walk or care for your fur babies. Starting mid-June, I will have more availability during the day. I care for pets by following the plan provided by the owner. I provide time for play, exercise, and rest. When in my care, your pet is my top priority!

About: My house is a zoo. I currently have two dogs and three cats. I'm used to feeding everyone, walking them, cleaning up after them, and sharing all the love! One of my dogs is 85 pounds, and the other is 15, so I'm used to the pulling and excitement! You can trust me to provide the best care to your fur babies! I currently have a varying schedule where I either work a typical 9-5 or a 12-10. I'm available whenever needed and usually have weekdays off and some weekends. I can provide walks, baths, pets, brushes, feedings, treats, snuggles, and whatever else your fur baby needs! You let me know what you need from me and I'm happy to do it!

About: Hi! My name is Carmen Stephens, I am a rising junior at the University of Michigan and home for the summer in Gaston, OR. I am very responsible and have been taking care of animals since I can remember, from rats, cats, dogs, to horses. I helped train both of my family's dogs from puppies and play a role in their daily care. I have experience cat and dog sitting, and managing anxious dogs. I owned a horse in the past which has given me additional experience managing and caring for animals. I am a rising sophomore at the University of Michigan but home for the summer.
