We enjoy having pups around our home and love watching them run around in the yard. 🐶 When staying with us, your pup(s) will interact with every member of our family; as well as a pup or two from other households. They will get lots of cuddles, playtime and downtime as needed. During the day, pup(s) are free to roam around and lounge anywhere downstairs, including the furniture. They also have unrestricted access to our large fenced backyard. At night time, pup(s) will sleep downstairs with our pups in their own crate or playpen. We have plenty of toys and always happy to play fetch or take them on walks around the neighborhood.

About: I love animals and currently have one 15 lb pit terrier mix and an American short hair cat. My family is easy going on pet rules and treat animals as members of the family (no feeding from the table). We live in a pet friendly community with good lighting and many dog potty break stops and stations. Our house is 2 stories with space to put a crate in a secluded place for dogs who need quiet time. On weekends I would love to take them to dog parks (if they are comfortable with that) or on hikes (if they are people friendly). Plus I love to take and send photos! My schedule is very open. About: I’ve always had dogs in my life and I love them oh so dearly! I’ve stayed in homes of family friend dog owners for a few years now, mostly just taking care of the dogs and going on walks, as well as watering plants when needed. I’m not much of a cat person, I didn’t grow up with cats but I can do what is needed of me. I work part time, around 25 hours a week so I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your babies and make sure they are well taken care of. I will care for your baby in your own home where they have all their favorite toys and comfort spots. I will take them for walks and give them all the snuggles they need!
About: I have been an animal lover since a young age, and have been caring for dogs since 2011. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and all ages in between. I have experience in training my own dogs and in practicing commands as asked when puppy-sitting. I've even trained my cat to give high-fives! I also have experience in administering medication, both oral meds as well as eyedrops. Our 14 year old labradoodle gets eyedrops twice daily, which I administer. I am happy to spend quiet time with pets who are more mellow, or to spend time playing or walking with energetic, younger dogs if that suits them best. I typically observe the dog's behavior and notes from the owner when deciding what to do- are they looking tired and calm? Are they a bit riled up and could use a playtime or a walk? I will follow any instructions left by the owners, as well. If there is anything specific or special you'd like me to do for your pets, just let me know!

“Our pupper loved his stay with Stephanie, her husband and Aurora! I think he was on just as much of a vacation as we were! Stephanie sent photo updates every other day or so and was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. She bought treats specificly for our little one to chew on and took him on lots of walks. Aurora the husky is super sweet and was a wonderful playmate for our pup, welcoming and social, our pup who is generally pretty timid in play with other dogs, warmed up and had a grand time. Stephanie and her husband were also very flexible with our scheduling needs and accommodated us to be able to drop off and pick up our pup! We cannot recommend them enough!”
“We couldn't be happier with Andy's care for our two dogs during our time away! Our elderly pomeranian, who has limited mobility and decreased vision, requires extra attention and patience, and Andy provided just that. She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous in making sure our senior pup was comfortable and happy, even going the extra mile when he wasn't eating very well. She worked with him to ensure he got the nutrition he needed, which really eased our minds. Our 1-year-old puppy also had a blast with Andrea, and we could see from the daily updates and photos she sent that both dogs were well-loved and cared for. We truly appreciated the time and attention she gave to each of them, and the peace of mind she provided us while we were away. We wholeheartedly trusted Andrea with both of our dogs, and we will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we need a sitter. Highly recommend her!”

The frequent updates and pictures we received were amazing, they went above and beyond, and we felt so reassured that Piggy was in good hands.
