When I went on vacation for eight days, they were so good about sending pictures and keeping me posted on her progress. Mia has never stayed with anyone other than family before so I was able to schedule an overnight stay after our initial meet and greet, which I feel was super helpful in helping Mia feel more comfortable. When we initially arrived, Mia Walked right in the front door with a calm sense of knowing where she was, and they were consciously attentive to her needs and well-being - she definitely did not lack in the cuddle department and also made a new friend with their cat, mango! I would most definitely recommend Julianne and her family, most especially for a smaller breed that needs more of that one on one attention. About: I have always loved dogs and they seem to love me too. I create a calm environment while also making sure they get the physical and mental stimulation that they need. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I take regular walks with them throughout the day and very much enjoy the company. I have a fully fenced back yard and a safe, quiet neighborhood. There are two cats that keep to themselves (will stay separated from your furry friend) and two older children who love animals.

We grew up with house pets & farm animals and have had pets of my own since we were kids. Friends and family can attest to our love and care of animals which we have passed on to our kiddos who also enjoy being around them just as much as we do. We work from home and have two pups, Emilio Estevez and Bruce Willis. We enjoy having pups around our home and love watching them run around in the yard. 🐶 When staying with us, your pup(s) will interact with every member of our family; as well as a pup or two from other households. About: I’ve worked with dogs since I was a child. I’ve been exposed to large dog breeds (ex. Rottweilers & German Shepherds) as well as small dog breeds (ex. corgis & dachshund's). I am a certified dog trainer, with 9 years experience and can work in some Basic Obedience work with your dog during their stay or we can talk about some behavior modification and steps to move forward for private lessons. About: I’ve always had dogs in my life and I love them oh so dearly! I’ve stayed in homes of family friend dog owners for a few years now, mostly just taking care of the dogs and going on walks, as well as watering plants when needed. I’m not much of a cat person, I didn’t grow up with cats but I can do what is needed of me. I work part time, around 25 hours a week so I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your babies and make sure they are well taken care of. I will care for your baby in your own home where they have all their favorite toys and comfort spots. I will take them for walks and give them all the snuggles they need!

About: I have been an animal lover since a young age, and have been caring for dogs since 2011. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and all ages in between. I have experience in training my own dogs and in practicing commands as asked when puppy-sitting. I've even trained my cat to give high-fives! I also have experience in administering medication, both oral meds as well as eyedrops. Our 14 year old labradoodle gets eyedrops twice daily, which I administer. I bond easily with animals and love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! I love getting to know animals, and have a knack for bonding with anxious, shy animals. I am also okay with brushing and bathing, etc., as asked if needed. I am typically available all day on the weekends and most Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am in grad school for the next two years in Forest Grove and classes occur around 9am-4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I may have time for quick home visits for potty breaks during lunch on these days, if needed. I am happy to spend quiet time with pets who are more mellow, or to spend time playing or walking with energetic, younger dogs if that suits them best. I typically observe the dog's behavior and notes from the owner when deciding what to do- are they looking tired and calm? Are they a bit riled up and could use a playtime or a walk? I will follow any instructions left by the owners, as well. If there is anything specific or special you'd like me to do for your pets, just let me know!

About: Being raised on a small farm, there have always been cats & dogs around to share in the ups & downs of life. About: I have been around animals, both dogs and cats, for most of my life, so I know what goes into taking care of them (even the ones who need a little extra help). I am currently freelance and remote, so I am able to change my schedule around to suite the needs of both you and your pet. About: Lucky enough to grow up on a farm, my family constantly was fostering pups from birth, senior dogs and raising our own! Responsibility was an extremely important value to learn growing up, since I was young Iv personally learned bottle feeding, administering oral medication and training for not only dogs but farm animals too! Between my two parents households and my own adulthood I have experienced raising pits, Staffordshire bull terriers, a German shepherd, a Great Pyrenees a Weimaraner and a springer spaniel plus temporarily fostering more breeds! Mon-wed I clean houses for 4-8 hours a day. There is always time in between houses perfect for a quick walk or check in. Fri -sun I’m a waitress and both jobs I’m always off and in newberg before 5 pm, perfect for over nights or evening play dates. As an early bird I’m always available before 8 am Mon-wed. Occasionally I have a weekday or a Saturday off where I can dedicate my whole day. With many years of home training experience I can ensure that strategic walking is in place to keep your dog close and manageable in public, I’m familiar with commands and trigger words and I don’t mind tricking your pup with a sweet treat if needed and requested ;) familiar with crating, pull collars and administering oral medication!
About: I have taken care of senior dogs for a while and tend to give medication and special care + attention. I have helped train treat motivated dogs to do basic tricks. I have experienced two dog attacks (with my own animals) so I am aware of animal body language, boundaries, and tend to be very intentional with my care.
