We think Emma is great. She is very responsive and prompt. Emma sent us updates as well as a video and photos. Our senior dog Sam was well cared for and she was very attentive to him. Sam can become anxious but was happy and calm when we returned. We definitely recommend her for pet sitting.
Right from the meet and great Stephanie was extremely attentive taking notes regarding our pups schedule, meal plan, and quirks. She was upfront and let us know things she had going on that she would need to step out for a little bit for during her stay and we were kept well informed throughout our time away with updates and some pictures.
