I’ve also taken care of neighbors dogs in the past as well and they relied on me when they were out of town. In our home, pets are cared for in a calm, safe environment. We live on the second floor of a house in a suburban neighborhood with sidewalks, which allows for safe, structured walks. While we don’t have direct yard access, we make sure dogs get regular walks, exercise, and attention. I also have a senior cat who is naturally shy and takes time to warm up, so I’m very understanding of pets who may be anxious or need a slower, more gentle approach. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet time. I’ve cared for dogs and cats for years and have been the trusted sitter for friends and family throughout my life. I enjoy puppy care, high energy dogs, and dogs who benefit from gentle patience and enrichment. Whether your pup needs an active playmate, a calm companion, or a structured routine while you’re away, I’m here to help. I currently share my home with Laney, my yellow lab and best friend. Together, we’ve completed multiple levels of canine education, from basic obedience to therapy and service animal training. I’ve spent years working with her through structured behavior work and commands, which makes me especially comfortable providing care for dogs needing a little extra attention. Laney is well socialized and she's a registered service animal. She has a lot of pup friends and we're actively involved in the neighborhood dog group - hosting playdates and visits and enjoying group walks and meet-ups at the nearby parks. Here’s what your dog will enjoy during their stay: A large fenced yard (~4,000 sq ft) with a well-kept lawn A deck for sunbathing and relaxing (cooling bed optional) A dog pool for supervised splash sessions and cooldowns Access to quiet walking trails in a friendly, pet-loving neighborhood Consistent care from a work-from-home pup-sitter (they won't be left alone for long) I believe every dog deserves loving care, mental stimulation, and lots of joy while their humans are away. I work from home, running a business and completing my dissertation research. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate different needs. Laney has never demanded a set routine, but I'm generally up early for workouts and coffee breaks on the back deck. However, if your pup likes to sleep in, that's not a problem (Laney has been known to stay in bed late from time to time). I'm happy to discuss options for you and your pet(s). Your dog’s safety and comfort come first. I work from home, so your pup will be supervised, loved, and never alone for long. My home offers a fully fenced ~4,000 sq ft yard, dog pool, and quiet walking paths and parks nearby. Indoors, it’s calm, clean, and cozy—perfect for both high-energy dogs and mellow cuddlers. I follow your routine exactly and I'm happy to provide photo/video updates, so you always know your pet is safe and happy. As a dog lover, I consider pets family members, and I know how important it is to be able to trust in the person caring for your loved one(s).
About: I’ve taken care of my families dog since I was 13 years old. I currently have a maltipoo who’s 2 years old and I’ve had him since he was a puppy. I’ve also taken care of neighbors dogs in the past as well and they relied on me when they were out of town. I am currently working from home on mondays and Fridays so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I can walk at any point in my day if I don’t have a prior meeting scheduled. I love going for walks to keep dogs active throughout the day. Treats are a necessity and positive reinforcement is needed to be the dogs new best friend

I have a Corgi myself and she is super friendly with cats and dogs, so your pet will have a buddy during their stay as well! I am very responsible and will be very prompt in getting back to you with any photos or inquiries you may have. We have over an acre of fenced yard and a huge home with lots of comfy couches. I'd love to play with your dog and take him or her on walks too. Your pet will even have his or her own room to sleep while you are away too, if you'd like. I promise to do everything I can to make your dog feel comfortable. Any questions, please ask. Thank you very much! I mostly work from home and am present - though sometime away due to my kids activities . If I'm away , doggies are safely indoor .
