About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: I have been a dog and cat owner for most of my life. My current fur babies include 2 dogs and a cat, so I know the attention and care needed. I have helped friends and family with their dogs over the years as well with day visits and over night stays. I currently work PRN as a nurse and typically only work a couple days out of the week, which allows me the time to do this! I prioritize safety, routine, and a calm environment when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions to maintain your pet’s normal schedule, including feeding times, walks, medications (if needed), and any specific household rules.

Growing up, my family had several dogs, including a Shih Tzu, two Shiba Inus, and a Newfoundland, giving me experience with pets of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. I have watched 2 Shiba Inus by myself for over a year and have taken care of a Newfoundland for multiple nights. Neither of the homes had a fence but I compensate by taking the dogs out multiple times a day and going for walks. I’m very familiar with taking dogs out to relieve themselves, feeding, and possible medications they might need to take. Whether the dog is energetic, like my 2 Shiba Inus, or more relaxed, like my 10 year old Newfoundland, I make it work according to their needs.

About: Since growing up, I have always lived in a household with at least one pet. Various different types of dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and I also had a pet crab I cared for when I was younger. As I grew older I continuously learned to give them care and love, and now my brother often asks me to care for his cat, and others rely on me to care for the animals while on vacation. My schedule is mainly flexible to take care of your furry ones. I am a college student, and starting in August. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs over the years. I have done overnights, check-ins, and dog walking. I have a family dog named Splash who is my whole world, and I have recently moved away and don’t get to see her as often. I work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays, so I can be with your dog all day on those days. Otherwise I work 9-5 on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday to be with them before work, after work, and during lunch. I am also free most weekends. I would prefer to take care of your pet in your home since I have an apartment but if needed they can stay with me.

About: I am a pet person who has always loved animals, especially dogs and have always had a very close connection with any dog I meet! I will also provide my own leashes, doggy bags, and treats! I am currently in cosmetology school and have Mondays and weekends off. I’d also be available Tuesday-Friday evenings after 4pm. I am also available on most weekends. I currently work full time during the week but have an hour lunch so I am available for boarding during the week and on the weekends and will have plenty of time to play with your fur baby. I have a fenced in back yard and a friendly black lab and golden retriever to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your fur baby if needed as well.
