About: Hi everyone - I was a mom to older English Bulldogs who have recently passed and understand the need for a sitter at times. I used to use a dog sitter myself during the day and understand how hard it can be to get home sometimes! Now that my doggos are no longer with me, I would love to help you out. I work from home so can accept daycare or overnight boarding at my place. I live in a safe neighborhood and have a fenced in backyard for all of the potty breaks and I can also bring them on short walks if requested. I live in a zero-entry, one-level home with no steps which is great for pets with bad joints.

About: I have been around dogs for a large majority of my life and have even earned the joking nickname of “dog whisperer” among my friends. I fell in love with caring for animals with my first dog, Mattie, when I was only 4 years old. Since then my family and I have housed 9 dogs in total over the last 23 years, 6 from rescues. For as long as I can remember I have been asked to dog sit/walk for anyone who knows my love for animals. I am the proud owner of 2 adoptees currently, Baymax and Tator-Tot. Both are well trained through classes at Smoken Dakota Kennels. I am NOT a certified dog trainer by any means, but I am fully confident I can teach some basics or even a set you up with a trainer or training class! I am trained in animal CPR. I usually spend my days taking care of my 2 dogs which includes, walks, going to the park, working on our training and some rest periods in between to keep everyone’s mood positive. I usually bring my parents’ 4 dogs with me, but that is not a requirement of my day by any means. Yes, I typically spend my days taking care of 6 dogs with only 1 being a small. So I am very used to high energy days and having my eyes everywhere at once! I have a fenced in backyard with 6’ wooden fences ,grass lawn and water access. I like to take the dogs out to parks or for hikes as opposed to keeping them locked up in the backyard. For parks I usually keep it to the Sioux Falls area with Family and Spencer being my most frequented. Hikes I will go as far as Luverne but that’s a rare occasion. I usually do leashed walks but occasionally I will let my dogs loose in the off-leash side of family park. While resting we usually just go inside for some A/C, water, and a nap for the pups. Occasionally on a nice cool day we will just stay outside and rest.

About: My family has been fostering dogs through a local rescue organization for a few years. We have had about 30 foster dogs in our care throughout that time. Due to our frequent travel schedule, we have been unable to commit to adopting a dog of our own right now, so we love to squeeze in time with dogs when we are home. My kids love meeting and caring for new dogs! I work from home during the week, so am able to attend to the dogs in our care during the day. Another bonus is that we don’t have a resident dog, so your dog or dogs in our care will get our full attention. We have a fenced in backyard with a 6ft privacy fence. Lots of space to play fetch! I work from home during the day, so dogs in our care would rarely be left home during the day and usually only short stints in the evening or weekends. We love to take walks with dogs in our care and play in the backyard. We have a 6ft privacy fence in the backyard and multiple crate sizes and gates if needed. We do not have any resident pets and would discuss with the pet owners before taking on more than one pet at a time.

I have a fenced yard and it is safe and secure neighborhood. I also have a area for cats only so they can have their privacy if needed.

About: I have experience with cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I currently have three black labs that I’ve had since they were puppies. Rue and Boone had a litter of 9 puppies in September of 2018. They were born at home and stayed until they were 8+ weeks old. We decided we had to keep one and that’s how we wound up with our third pup, Grizz. Separate from Rover, I work full time and have a toddler. I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and I do this to give other fur parents peace of mind. When I come to visit your pet I will make sure their needs are met in whatever capacity you request. I’m happy to take them on a walk or play with them to help expend some of their extra energy! **House Sitting Bookings** Generally, I will visit no less than 3 times, per day, for a full day of house sitting. If your pets bathroom break needs or medical needs require more frequent visits, I will adjust for that. Each visit will entail a minimum of 30-60 minutes spent with your pet. If you would like me to stay the night at your house, please let me know; otherwise, I will do a late night check and an early morning check the following day. About: Our entire family loves dogs and pets. We love to welcome new friends to our house! My children love to be around other dogs and help out. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and caged animals since I was little. I also worked at Petco grooming for a few years. We have 2 Chihuahuas of our own, 2 Sphynx and an Axolotl. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible and open most days. Just let me know what you need and we can work it out! I will care for your pet in your home how you request me to. In our home we are very careful to not let our animals out loose, we take them on a leash if they aren’t in the yard and kennel our dogs when we leave.

About: I have had big medium and small dogs in my life and love them all. I helped care for 3 litters of golden retrievers and golden doodle puppies. I work from home and have a flexible schedule which allows me to be available for potty and play breaks throughout the day. I also enjoy daily walks as part of my morning and evening routine. About: Growing up on a farm, I have had dogs, cats, and all kinds of livestock. Observing animal behavior is key in knowing that an animal is happy and comfortable in their environment. I also have an animal science degree that has given me more insight to general health and diet. I work here on our farm. So my schedule is very flexible and can be adjusted to your pets routine and care. Going for walks or getting outdoors is an easy activity living on an acreage. We have multiple dog beds and allow pets on the furniture. We also have crates available if your pet needs some quiet time or if that is something they are used to.

About: I’ve been around animals and have had animals since before I could walk. I was taught to respect all animals. I am a go to for friends and family who need their fur babes looked after. Currently a stay at home mom with a daughter who is in school. This will offer the flexibility I need to walk and play with your animal(s) while my human baby is at school. I have a dog park less than 2 miles from my home. I’m not far from the hike trails for walks and I have a luscious little side yard for the zooms.
