About: I’m currently studying to be a dog trainer, I’ve been around many pets my whole life, I love animals. I’ve taken care of family and friends pets, I love all breeds and I’m ready for any challenge! I’m only studying at the moment so I have a lot of time to spend with your pets. Being around pets it’s an important part of my learning process as a trainer. I have a big fenced yard and a dog full of energy that would love to have a friend to play with so your dog would be well entertained. If I’m in another home I’ll follow your schedule and your dogs will have all their needs fulfilled.

“If I could give Marissa 10 stars, I would. From the moment we met at my home for the "meet and greet", I felt at ease and my anxious almost 2 1/2 year-old Yorkie took to Marissa right away. Unfortunately, he's not very socialized with people or other dogs. Marissa was great with him from the moment they met. I had to have surgery, and unfortunately, I had to be at the surgeon's office at 7:00 am, which is 1 1/2 hours away so I had to leave my house by 5:30 am. When I mentioned to Marissa that she had to be here at 5:30 am, she didn't hesitate for a moment. She was not only punctual, but knowing I was extremely nervous about getting there on time, she arrived 10 minutes early. Marissa is very sweet and caring, and Harley was a happy boy with her here. I will definitely have Marissa stay with him again should I need to use a sitter in the future. If anyone is searching for a pet sitter in this area, I highly recommend Marissa! Thank you again, Marissa from Harley and Harley's Mom! ❤️”

“I'm so glad we found Rita. It was so nice to see the dogs run right over to her and bring a toy. ROVER TESTED......DOG APPROVED 😄”

“John was very communicative and sent pictures. Both of the pups were very comfortable with him, including Annabelle who is more shy and reserved. John was also very respectful of my space and would definitely recommend again.”

“Kara was a great pet sitter!!! I had cats, a dog, and guinea pigs that all needed to be taken care of and she took care of all of them. I got pictures daily and an update on how everyone was doing. I will definitely use her in the future and you should too!!!”

About: I love dogs more than anything in this world and they are definitely what I am most passionate about. Since I recently lost my dog, Iam trying to become more involved with helping other dogs. Even if it’s just a few walks a week, I will always treat your dog as if it’s my own. Keeping your dog safe, healthy and happy is my number one priority. I will also take the time to personally get to know your dog and make him/her feel like they’re the only dog in the world! If you have any questions please feel free; thanks! Weekends I am free so that’s never an issue. My work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30 in Bayville at Ocean County Utilities Authority. I can help out with your dog anytime after 4 during the week or even in the morning if I’m done by 6:30. I can always help out at noon too as I am on my break. Sometimes I can miss out on work too like I have for clients in the past as I have the time, so don’t be afraid to ask; I’m always easy to deal with! I live in a residential neighborhood near the water in Lanoka Harbor. My house is located on a long secluded street as there are no other houses. I can walk your dog however long you’d like and will even take them anywhere you might feel more safe if I happen to come to your neighborhood. I’ve walked my dogs multiple times a day throughout the years and have been lucky so far never having any issues. I hope to gain more trust and respect from both you and your dog after each walk!

About: I have had six dogs of my own, one currently as well as a grandkitty. I have cared for friends and neighbors pets as well. I work from 3-11 M-Th and Sat. I am free in the morning, early afternoon and overnight. I love playing with and caring for animals. I do have a fenced in yard, but I walk my own dog five times a day. We play fetch and other games. Pets and scritches are very important. Following a routine is important.

About: Ever since I was born, I was immersed with animals. Ive had dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, hermit crabs, etc. Not only have I been responsible for caring for my own pets, I have taken care of animals for neighbors and family members. I was by my sister’s side from a young age as she was a pet sitter and loved of pets, while becoming a Vet Tech. I currently care for my own dog, cat, and rabbit. I help to teach my nephew how to appropriately care for his hamster. Although I am in the education field, I am truly passionate about animals! I am a teacher and have a ton of availability in July and August. I currently have no other job in line, so this would be all that I do from June 23rd through to August 31st. I have a fenced in yard. All of my animals are incredibly friendly and loving. I am willing to crate your animal if needed! I am open to however you choose to care for your pet and will be accommodating.

About: I have had an array of animals throughout my life, from reptiles to Guinea Pigs and rabbits, to cats (I currently have a Russian Blue named Wesson; unfortunately, we lost his brother Cash to cancer this year) and dogs (I had a Cocker Spaniel named Carter and a Maltese named Calli). I miss them every day. I have experience in administering medications and insulin to cats and dogs (my Maltese had diabetes and required insulin and my cat had stomach issues and required liquid medication and pills), so I am no stranger to giving medications. I am a Stay At Home Mom and I have the flexibility to give your pets plenty of play time and love in your absence. I know how hard it is to leave your pets in someone else’s care and I firmly believe in maintaining a routine. I want to keep your pets’ day as close to normal as possible.

About: I am a remote full time social worker, and have a fenced in spacious yard in a quiet neighborhood of Forked River. It is a pet friendly community. I have plenty of time in between my remote job to walk, play and care for your awesome pet. I have ample time to walk, play, and care for your pet in between my work. I used to have two dogs of my own growing up. I have a fenced in yard and spacious kitchen and living room. I am able to provide line of sight supervision as I work remotely.

“Anthony was very professional and took good care of all 3 of my dogs during an overnight stay. He was punctual and provided updates throughout his stay. We will absolutely use his services again the future. Highly recommend!”

About: I love animals, they are my whole life! I love observing them and getting to know their personalities and how they behave, they tell you what they need you just have to listen! I love caring for animals so taking some time out of my normal schedule would be my greatest pleasure! Relaxing or exercising with them is so much fun! I ask that you leave a detailed note of anything that your pet does that is unusual or potentially dangerous as well as rooms that I may not enter so I can avoid them and be sure that my new friend doesn't go astray.

Steve B.
“Steven is my son who has always been passionate with dogs. He has had dogs his whole life and always put them above all. Unfortunately his latest dog Cali. A rescue recently passed away at the age of 12 with a brief sickness of cancer. The last week of Cali’s like he took off work, was by her side constantly and slept on the floor with her. Steven always took her to parks and would walk her constantly. They were known around the neighborhood. I know Steven would care for dogs as if they were his. He truly has a love for dogs.”

“She owns three animals; a dog, cat, and a bunny. All of which are of the utmost importance to her. Her love for pets and their care is unmatched. She is one of those “my animals are my children” types in the way of making sure the pets are not only fed and walked; but loved, have play time, and aren’t left alone for hours on end. If you’re looking for a pet sitter, there’s no one else I’d go to first! Highly communicative, fair, and an overall pleasure! Highly recommend!”
