About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I truly can't imagine life without them. I've owned both large and medium-sized dogs over the years, so I'm very comfortable handling and walking big pups with confidence. Whether your dog loves a long adventure, a leisurely sniff-filled stroll, or just wants some extra love and attention, I'm happy to meet them where they are. I recently worked as an adoption and foster counselor at an animal shelter in St. Louis, where I had the opportunity to work with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I'm comfortable handling dogs who are dog-reactive, dog-aggressive, leash biters, or shy and fearful, and I know that every dog deserves patience, kindness, and understanding. My own two dogs are my whole world, and I know how much trust it takes to leave your best friend in someone else's care. I'll treat your pup like one of my own—with plenty of love, attention, and lots of tail wags along the way! 🏆 Certified in Fear Free Training 🏆 I currently work from home with a very flexible schedule, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. Whether they love extra walks, playtime, cuddle breaks, or simply having someone nearby, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away! At this time, I provide pet care exclusively in my clients' homes, where your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I'm happy to help with everything they need, including walks, feeding, fresh water, brushing, playtime, potty breaks, medication (if needed), and, of course, lots of love and attention. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible—for both you and your furry family member!

About: I've had my own dog for the past 9 years, and caring for them has taught me how important consistency, patience, and love are. Although I'm new to Rover, I'm excited to provide a safe, comfortable home for dogs during the workweek. I work from home Monday through Friday, which allows me to give plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles while following each owner's routine to help their dog feel happy and relaxed. I work from home Monday through Friday, so your dog will have plenty of supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day. I provide regular potty breaks, playtime, and exercise in my fenced yard while following your dog's normal routine as closely as possible. Whether your pup enjoys relaxing, playing, or just being near someone during the day, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a securely fenced yard and one friendly, fully vaccinated resident dog. I will introduce dogs slowly and always prioritize a calm, low-stress environment. If separation of the two dogs is important to you, I can also accommodate that request. I also have three children (ages 16, 10, and 4), who are in school for most of the day. While I'm working from home, visiting dogs stay with me in my home office so they're never without supervision. When my children return home, visiting dogs have the option of remaining with me in my office in a separate area from the rest of the household if they need a quieter space or if separation is the safest choice. I can provide either a crate-free stay or crate your dog if that's part of their normal routine. I'll always follow your care instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special needs, so your dog feels safe, comfortable, and at home.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 16 years old. I am a pup and cat dad myself. I know the importance of finding, trusting, and reliable companion for your loved one. I work in the Hamilton school district and am available weeknights and overnights. I am a pup and cat dad myself. I like to feed my pets at the same time each day to regulate their digestion. I like to keep my pup moving on a daily such as walks and playtime. Ending with affection and positive reinforcement. I provide daily diet and hydration, lots of exercise and play, lots of affection, attention and positive reinforcement. I am open to one time or frequently as needed.

About: After 30 rewarding years of working with children and adults with special needs, I have recently retired and am bringing my lifetime of patience, empathy, and intuitive care to your beloved pets. I understand that every animal is a unique individual. My career taught me how to read subtle body language and provide a calm, reassuring presence. Whether your dog wants to curl up on the couch for endless cuddles or a shy, anxious friend needs gentle space and time to warm up, I naturally adapt to their emotional needs. As a proud owner of a sweet senior dog myself, I am well-versed in the slower paces, gentle handling, and extra TLC that older pets require. I can be available during the week or on weekends in the mornings afternoons or evenings for drop ins, belly scratches, walks, meals, and whatever else your pet needs. I cannot bring pets to my home at this time. Though I have a large fenced in yard, my senior girl might have trouble with company if she’s having a tough day with her arthritis.

About: I have had numerous pets over the years that include dogs of many sizes and breeds. I have raised puppies and seen my share of canine companions through to the Rainbow Bridge. I have experience with numerous medical issues and giving medications. To be clear, I do not have any professional Veterinary experience from a providers perspective, but am able to provide basic medication dispensing with your instructions. I love to go for long walks and experience the joy that our furry friends get with lots of sniffs along the way. My husband is also available daily to help with care if for any reason I need to run out for an errand. My husband is also a caregiver on Rover if you would like to check out his page. His name is James Blankenhorn. I am a former Dental Hygienist that has been retired for just under 1 year. We lost our precious Malti Poo 2 years ago and I miss having a dog to care for. My husband is also retired, so we are both at home most days. My husband is also a Rover member that can help care for your dog when needed if I am unavailable, If you would like to check out his profile on Rover, his name is James Blankenhorn. We have had numerous dogs over the years that range from small to large. Our home is in a gated development and none of the yards are fenced in, so walks on a leash would be required. Each of us are also available to walk your canine companion in their own neighborhood if preferred. As noted above, I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am happy to walk your canine companion in my neighborhood or yours. I am happy to dispense medications if needed and happy to take your special pet to a Vet appointment if needed.

About: I have owned, rescued and fostered many dogs over the last 25 years. My experience lies in many sizes and breeds. I am also trained in CPR and first aid just in case an emergency arises. I have a special place in my heart for seniors and I have provided a loving home to several of them in their golden years. Dogs, like us, have personalities, quirks and mood swings. They can and will test us. My many years of experience and love for dogs gives me the patience and understanding to deal with difficult situations. I am available full time and on weekends to provide the time and attention your dogs and cats need. That would include drop ins, feeding, walking, poop cleanup and YES even baths. I can also administer medications. Dogs require a structured routine with both feeding and exercise. Your dog is your family and I will treat them like a member of my own pack.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always been a dog lover. As well, I have worked at a dog kennel where I was in charge of feeding all of the dogs and letting them out to go the bathroom. The dogs ranged in ages from puppies all the way up to senior dogs which needed assistance in getting up to start walking. There is no dog too young or too old for me. I will embrace and love your best friend like they are my own! We will go for walks and play every night to make sure your best friends does not miss you too much! About: Been taking care of cats since I can remember, I can administer medications brush them,trim nails, even give them a bath. If they are used to it. I currently don't work. So I'm eager to get started. I will be reliable and trustworthy with your babies. I can't wait to meet them. I will care for your pet like I would my own. Keeping them happy and safe. Cats are funny so it'll take a while for them to get used to me. All animals love me.

About: I've had cats and dogs since I was 2. I love animals, whether it's being excited as a dog is when they meet a new friend, or befriending and making a cat comfortable with me I work from home full time, and often have down time where I came come out and check up on your pert, whether it's feeding them, or letting them stretch their legs in the backyard or during a walk while you are at work. Id treat them as my own. I know cats and dogs get curious about things that may not always be the best for them, so I try to put away or hide things that may look like trouble. During walks I avoid busy roads and other dog walkers to avoid pet confrontations. I always look around at my surroundings for vehicles or other hazards while still letting the dogs explore safely.

About: I have had many pets since a young child and also helped my mom rehabilitate injured or newborn animals. My family has relied on me for pet sitting and dog walking. I trained my dog Darla from when she was a puppy and have always had a strong love for animals. She has since passed and have 2 dogs named Willow and Pixie. I also have 6 chickens in a chicken coop in my yard. I am currently available full time from Monday through Friday and am open to sitting on some weekends. I will have plenty of time to spend with your pups. I do have a fenced yard and have a dog door that can be locked if needed. Also I have 2 dogs and one cat in the house.

About: I was a veterinary technician for years and I just love and adore animals. I can administer medication if needed, and give a lot of love to your pets. I currently work part time at a restaurant in the evenings so I am free all day. I can also come by after work if needed. I currently cannot care for pets in my own home because I have a dog who is not accepting of other animals in her home.
