Dog Walkers in Forked River, NJ

About: I have had dogs all my life and absolutely have a soft spot for senior dogs. Currently I have 2 dogs. A Senior Golden Retriever named Skye and a 9 month old Hound-Lab mix named Sonny. Since Sonny is a puppy he pulls on a leash and jumps, I have experience with dogs that have these characteristics. The Dog breeds that I have the most experience with are French Bulldogs and Golden Retrievers. I prefer to work with medium/small dog breeds, however, I am open to working with bigger dog breeds as well. I am a full-time student at East Carolina University in North Carolina studying elementary education. I am residing in New Jersey from May 9th- August 10th. My schedule varies throughout the week. However my schedule is flexible and I am able to work with you on times and schedules that fits you and your pets needs. DATES NOT AVALIBLE: I will not be available from May 24th- 29th or through June 6th-13th. All other dates I am available unless changed. I am used to crated dogs and non- crated dogs. I am very experienced in following directions and rules as needed. I also am used to walking dogs every morning and evening if needed. I do ask that there is a list of all animals and how much they eat, what times they are fed, and any special precautions (medicine, eating in separate rooms, different foods, etc.) that are needed for each pet. Lots of playing and petting is to be expected.

About: Ever since I was little I have been taking care of many animals. I grew up with a cat, and my family adopted a dog five years ago that I helped train! Aside from that, I’ve had chickens, goats, and ducks! I’m a recent college graduate working retail shifts typically at night. I have a flexible schedule and if needed can change things around in order to take care of your pet. About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for over 10 years, not only my own but friends and family as well, through pet sitting, house sitting, walks, feeding, medication administration, and overnight care. My long-term goal is to become a veterinarian, and I’m currently training to become a veterinary assistant/tech while continuing my education in animal medicine. Caring for animals is something I’m truly passionate about, not just a side job. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior pets, high-energy dogs, shy pets, and multi-pet households. I always focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I currently have a pretty flexible schedule. I work at a veterinary clinic around 4-5 days a week, with most days being pretty flexible hours. I’m available for walks, drop in’s and house sitting during most weekdays and weekends. I’m very reliable, responsive, and understand how important consistency and routine are for pets. Your pets safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. With my veterinary assistant training and future career goals in veterinary medicine, I pay close attention to animal behavior, health, routines, and stress levels. About: My name is Madelyne, and I love taking care of pets and making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, feeding schedules, and giving oral medication when needed. I always spend time playing, walking, and giving lots of love and attention so pets don’t feel lonely while their owners are away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they get the best care possible. As a college student I have a flexible schedule and am able to meet anyone’s needs when it comes to their pets needs. I have two dogs of my own and have grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve always had a passion for animals and I’ve loved them since I was little. I have volunteered at a local veterinarian office and really enjoyed my time learning about animals and their health and care. I love bonding with all types of animals and caring for them like family. My two dogs currently, I love taking care of and giving them attention such as walks and cuddles. I’ve also cared for senior dogs, as well as the previous dogs I’ve owned have lived to 12 and 14. About: Hello! I have been loving and caring for animals since I was 12 years old. I am a certified NJ teacher, but unfortunately have had to leave the classroom due to various medical conditions. I taught middle and high school English and coached girls soccer & basketball. While I can no longer teach full-time, I still love being in a caregiver role, especially with animals. I have taken care of dogs, cats, and other pets in a comprehensive manner for two decades now. I would be honored to help care for your pet(s) like they’re my family. I hope to give you peace of mind whether you’re away, at work, or just in need of an extra set of loving hands. I’m more than happy to do meet & greets beforehand. Because I can no longer work full time due to my medical conditions, I am available weekdays and weekends, including holidays! I am comfortable doing feedings, walks (including to parks if allowed by owner), medication administration, baths, litter boxes, and of course lots of snuggling. I am very detail-oriented and I live by “leave every place you go better than how you found it.” I respect clients’ spaces and privacy. I love to help with anything I can while staying in your home, as long as clients feel comfortable with that. I have a calm, empathetic demeanor that animals seem drawn to. About: I was a veterinary technician for years and I just love and adore animals. I can administer medication if needed, and give a lot of love to your pets. I currently work part time at a restaurant in the evenings so I am free all day. I can also come by after work if needed. I currently cannot care for pets in my own home because I have a dog who is not accepting of other animals in her home.

About: I've taken care of multiple dogs in a household, where I fed, walked, and bathed them and made sure they got their fun in as well. Currently working a full-time job, but will be more than happy to provide any after work activities for your dogs in the chance schedules change. I currently have an apartment but can make it a dog friendly environment for a daycare situation. Caring for pets at a client's place during a drop in will be simple as it needs to be depending on what the client prefers.
