Dog Walkers in Forked River, NJ

About: I have had dogs all my life and absolutely have a soft spot for senior dogs. Currently I have 2 dogs. A Senior Golden Retriever named Skye and a 9 month old Hound-Lab mix named Sonny. Since Sonny is a puppy he pulls on a leash and jumps, I have experience with dogs that have these characteristics. The Dog breeds that I have the most experience with are French Bulldogs and Golden Retrievers. I prefer to work with medium/small dog breeds, however, I am open to working with bigger dog breeds as well. I am a full-time student at East Carolina University in North Carolina studying elementary education. I am residing in New Jersey from May 9th- August 10th. My schedule varies throughout the week. However my schedule is flexible and I am able to work with you on times and schedules that fits you and your pets needs. DATES NOT AVALIBLE: I will not be available from May 24th- 29th or through June 6th-13th. All other dates I am available unless changed. I am used to crated dogs and non- crated dogs. I am very experienced in following directions and rules as needed. I also am used to walking dogs every morning and evening if needed. I do ask that there is a list of all animals and how much they eat, what times they are fed, and any special precautions (medicine, eating in separate rooms, different foods, etc.) that are needed for each pet. Lots of playing and petting is to be expected.

About: Ever since I was little I have been taking care of many animals. I grew up with a cat, and my family adopted a dog five years ago that I helped train! Aside from that, I’ve had chickens, goats, and ducks! I’m a recent college graduate working retail shifts typically at night. I have a flexible schedule and if needed can change things around in order to take care of your pet. Understanding that my presence is different in the pets home, I prioritize making sure they are comfortable with me there and not scared. I aim to make sure they are taken care of and not stressed out in their own home.

About: My name is Madelyne, and I love taking care of pets and making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, feeding schedules, and giving oral medication when needed. Pet care fits comfortably into my daily routine since I commute to college from home only two days a week. I have plenty of time to give pets extra attention, playtime, walks, and loving care so they feel safe and happy. I’m also very able and am willing to work with owners in whatever they may need. I also offer dog walks, I’ve always loved walking and enjoy seeing pups happy and content after being walked. And of course I love seeing them happy on their walk as well!

About: Been taking care of cats since I can remember, I can administer medications brush them,trim nails, even give them a bath. If they are used to it. I currently don't work. So I'm eager to get started. I will be reliable and trustworthy with your babies. I can't wait to meet them. I will care for your pet like I would my own. Keeping them happy and safe. Cats are funny so it'll take a while for them to get used to me. All animals love me.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for over 10 years, not only my own but friends and family as well, through pet sitting, house sitting, walks, feeding, medication administration, and overnight care. My long-term goal is to become a veterinarian, and I’m currently training to become a veterinary assistant/tech while continuing my education in animal medicine. About: I was a veterinary technician for years and I just love and adore animals. I can administer medication if needed, and give a lot of love to your pets. I currently work part time at a restaurant in the evenings so I am free all day. I can also come by after work if needed. I currently cannot care for pets in my own home because I have a dog who is not accepting of other animals in her home.

About: I've been lucky enough to have a dog in my life since I was 8 years old, and now I'm 20! My dog is 13 years old, and caring for her has taught me so much about patience and responsibility. She takes multiple medications, so I'm very comfortable with medication schedules and making sure pets receive the care they need on time. I've also looked after other pets for family and friends like my friend's 3 cats, Rocky, Pepper and Sage, during school breaks, and the cutest dog in the world, Abby. These experiences helped me become confident caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs!! I taught middle and high school English and coached girls soccer & basketball. While I can no longer teach full-time, I still love being in a caregiver role, especially with animals. About: I have spent the last 16 years training dogs…from dogs that were sent for k-9 training, German shepherds, boxers, and Rottweilers to small dogs like bernadoodles and Boston terriers. I am know for having well trained disciplined dogs that are subject to friendly environments where dogs can behave well together I am waiting to go to training for my employment and have a lot of free time to watch and walk dogs. Other than my daily training sessions I can give full time carr I have a fenced in yard with no dogs currently living at this current location so they can have freedom to roam around in the yard and in the house without any safety concerns

About: I have had numerous pets over the years that include dogs of many sizes and breeds. We lost our last pup about 2 years ago and would love to care for your pup in whatever way needed. I have raised puppies and seen my share of canine companions through to the Rainbow Bridge. I have experience with numerous medical issues and giving medications. To be clear, I do not have any professional Veterinary experience from a providers perspective, but am able to provide basic medication dispensing with your instructions. I love to go for long walks and experience the joy that our furry friends get with lots of sniffs along the way. My husband is also retired, so we are both at home most days. We have had numerous dogs over the years that range from small to large. Our home is in a gated development and none of the yards are fenced in, so walks on a leash would be required. Each of us are also available to walk your canine companion in their own neighborhood if preferred. As noted above, I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am happy to walk your canine companion in my neighborhood or yours. I am happy to dispense medications if needed and happy to take your special pet to a Vet appointment if needed.
