About: Growing up, I had 4 dogs and a cat, seperated between households. More recently, I've been much more cat oriented since my partner is a lover of cats. I try to stay up to date on training research, and I'm big on communication! Your pet is your family member, and I want to know how to treat them best! I'm a freelancer so my schedule is always changing! I travel a lot both locally and further so making stops and changes in my plans are normal for me! I like to know exactly how you want your pet treated so expect lots of questions so I can ensure your pet feels safe and happy while their best friend (you) is away!

About: I've had cats and dogs since I was 2. I love animals, whether it's being excited as a dog is when they meet a new friend, or befriending and making a cat comfortable with me I work from home full time, and often have down time where I came come out and check up on your pert, whether it's feeding them, or letting them stretch their legs in the backyard or during a walk while you are at work. Id treat them as my own. I know cats and dogs get curious about things that may not always be the best for them, so I try to put away or hide things that may look like trouble. During walks I avoid busy roads and other dog walkers to avoid pet confrontations. I always look around at my surroundings for vehicles or other hazards while still letting the dogs explore safely.

Shiloh had fear aggression and separation anxiety for the first year with me but i learned A LOT from that experience. Shiloh passed away June 6th, 2026 and if you knew her then you would know she went from being fearful to knowing she was safe. Shiloh was almost 11 and i had adopted her when she was 3. She was the only fur baby that was my own but i learned more from her than my family dogs! My dog walking availability is typically between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM, making me a great option for morning walks, midday potty breaks, exercise sessions, and companionship while you’re at work. I am also available for doggy daycare and overnight stays on a limited basis depending on my training and competition schedule. My home is clean, pet-friendly, and designed to provide a safe, comfortable environment for visiting dogs. I have a large yard that gives dogs plenty of space to explore, play, and burn off energy while being closely supervised. I only accept a limited number of pets at a time so that each dog receives plenty of individual attention and care. Dogs will always have access to fresh water, comfortable resting areas, regular potty breaks, and lots of affection. Whether your dog enjoys active playtime outdoors or prefers a quiet place to relax, I strive to create a calm, safe, and stress-free environment where they feel right at home.

About: Ever since I was little I have been taking care of many animals. I grew up with a cat, and my family adopted a dog five years ago that I helped train! Aside from that, I’ve had chickens, goats, and ducks! I’m a recent college graduate working retail shifts typically at night. I have a flexible schedule and if needed can change things around in order to take care of your pet. Understanding that my presence is different in the pets home, I prioritize making sure they are comfortable with me there and not scared. About: I have always owned a dog, my mom used to breed dogs so I always was around them. I have been taking care of animals since I was little but I would say for the last 10-15 years I actually did dog watching and would watch my grandmothers friends dogs at her house and would also drop in as needed. I have 3 dog babies and they are exactly that, big babies. I rescued all 3 from a rescue as puppy’s and my pitty was a runt and now is a big boy! I also have fostered dogs and helped my sister with her fosters. I can help with basic tricks but I’m not a professional and don’t claim to be! I have lived and taken care of some senior dogs. I’m comfortable with dogs from puppies to senior. I am also comfortable giving meds if needed, I haven’t had to give a dog an injection but I am willing to learn if you are willing to teach! I currently work fulltime as a unit secretary at the hospital, I can leave during my break for an hour. I work 7am-330pm and I am free most evenings after work. I also work every 3rd weekend so I am available on my off weekends. But the weekend I work I am not available because I work 7a-7p. If your pup needs some extra time to get used to people I am more then happy to come over before you book and meet them to make sure I can help make you and them as comfortable as possible. I am comfortable walking 2 big dogs at a time and 3-4 smalls dogs at a time. I don’t mind updating you as much as you need as they are your babies just as mine are to me. I put Shrek and Harry Potter on for my boys so they don’t get lonely during the day. I also make sure anything they can get into that might hurt them is away, and I make sure they have their collars on as well as double checking doors are locked. I am very accommodating so it never hurts to ask questions to see if it’s something I can help you feel more comfortable!

About: I ensure pets feel safe, comfortable and happy with personalized routines, play time and plenty of love while you’re away. 15+ years of experience of pet sitting/pet owner. I have assisted in whelping puppies and care for my own dog with multiple health issues. I work a typical 8:30-4:30 job in the Ocean and Monmouth county area. But I am flexible with work from home, or traveling for drop in visits. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for running, frolicking and playing. We have had numerous dogs over the years that range from small to large. Our home is in a gated development and none of the yards are fenced in, so walks on a leash would be required. Each of us are also available to walk your canine companion in their own neighborhood if preferred. As noted above, I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am happy to walk your canine companion in my neighborhood or yours. I am happy to dispense medications if needed and happy to take your special pet to a Vet appointment if needed.

About: I've been a dog owner for over 30 years. My dogs are just as much as my family as my three (now grown) children. I tend to go over and beyond...never missed a walk..no matter the weather! Love bringing them joy...their joy is my joy! I don't currently have a pet care fit for my daily routine aside from the fact that there's not a day that goes by that I don't currently walk my two dogs. About: I've taken care of mutiple dogs with different disabilities to dogs with high energy and needs lots of play time. Depending on the age and activity it can handle depends my routine with them. If its a puppy, I will make sure to follow the guidelines set and to practice its skill to not collect bad habits. I am currently a leasing agent. My time spent with any pet will be the same. I will designate my days off to this app to help fellow neighbors Each situation is different depending on housing if it has a fence or how the dog is with people and other dogs. My main concern is being there if the dog needs to go to the bathroom or its daily walks. Then when its an over night visit. I make sure the dog knows its safe until the owner is home. If it were to come to my home I would ensure it is comfortable with the enviornment and bring toys and treats to help the dog settle in.

About: My wife and I love our dogs and would love to help those needing a place to stay while the parents are out. We have a large backyard that is fully fenced! Our typical day with the pups are playing catch and running around the backyard together! Your dog will be well taken care of in the Alfano home. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always been a dog lover. As well, I have worked at a dog kennel where I was in charge of feeding all of the dogs and letting them out to go the bathroom. The dogs ranged in ages from puppies all the way up to senior dogs which needed assistance in getting up to start walking. There is no dog too young or too old for me. About: I’ve had animals all my life! I don’t mind big dogs or cats and I will make sure they are taken very good care of! I am trustworthy and hard working. I’ve served in the military for 8 years as well. Weekday/weekend Early mornings, early evenings, and late nights are best for my schedule. I will make sure to accommodate any special requests or extra time too. I have a cat who is 11 years old and she is afraid of her own shadow. We thought by getting a kitten it would help bring her out of her shell, but it made her very stressed. We had to give the kitten to our best friends to ensure our cat lives a happy stress free life.

I am a loving dog mom that obsessed with my fur baby & will treat yours as my own! I currently work a full time job but I work from home two days a week which gives me more time to watch your pet! I am available weekends & during the week can do early morning, evening, & night time drop ins/ walks. **Please be advised that I work a full time job & am in office 2.5 days a week, this can mean that some days I will not be able to spend the entire day with your pup, please message me with any questions so that we can work something out** I care for your pet in your house as you would! If you'd like, I'll crate your pet upon departure or make sure they are comfortable roaming while you are gone. I provide care in your home so that your pet is comfortable while you’re away. When walking dogs I will make sure all of the accessories you use are used, as well as any other safety precautions I think may be necessary so your fur baby stays close to me & makes it home safely (collar, leash, harness, treats, etc). I promise to make sure to give them a lot of belly rubs, play with them, & let them drool all over me! As a mom of a rescue dog, I understand the patience and gentleness certain dogs need when anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed. About: I was a veterinary technician for years and I just love and adore animals. I can administer medication if needed, and give a lot of love to your pets. I currently work part time at a restaurant in the evenings so I am free all day. I can also come by after work if needed. I currently cannot care for pets in my own home because I have a dog who is not accepting of other animals in her home.

I have owned cats for over 40 yrs and high energy German Shorthaired Pointers for 30 yrs. I like to know the temperment of a pet if taking them on a walk to ensure their comfort and safety. Do they get startled by cars or bicycles - best to avoid areas with lots of commotion. If playing in a client's yard - are there garden areas we need to ensure don't get trampled? If a dog is crated during the day, does the owner want their collar on or off when in the crate. Pet sitting is a combination of care of the pet and care of the pet's surroundings.
