About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life — from dogs and cats to guinea pigs, sugar gliders, and even a pet chicken! Today, I’m the proud pet mom of two dogs (Poppy, a sweet pit-hound mix, and Banks, a goofy Great Pyrenees pup) and one curious cat named Sterling. Inside, my home is set up in a way that allows me to separate your pet from mine if needed, to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
About: We are a loving and lively household where we will snuggle and play fetch with your pup, take them to the dog park, and keep them happy and occupied. My husband and I have a very active goldendoodle, Bell, who is 9 years old. Neither of us remember a time when there wasn't a dog in the house growing up! In our home you can expect a minimum of two 20-minute walks a day, plus more upon request and some leash time in our back yard if they like to hang out and observe the world. About: Throughout my life I’ve helped to care for dogs dealing with lifelong epilepsy to elderly dogs to extra large dogs that are deathly afraid of stairs. I have also previously worked in a pet store so I have experience with a wide range of animals. I currently have a dachshund and do everything within my power to help avoid future back problems like dachshund are notorious for and hope to also help you and your pet needs. I currently have a very flexible schedule and already enjoy taking my dog for walks whether it be around the block or a 5k around the park and would love to see where your little one fits in. With dachshunds being notorious for back problems I start the day by giving him a little back massage before taking him out I like to keep a tidy environment to ensure pups don’t get into anything they shouldn’t . I also have a large fenced in yard and two large outdoor kennels to allow dogs to play.

I have spent the majority of that time working at a small animal practice, but also worked at an emergency and specialty practice for 4 years during that time as well. During my career, I have dealt with numerous c-sections, geriatric, diabetic, and renal patients. Meaning that, injections, SQ fluid, oral meds, etc, are not a problem.. I have also done pet sitting on the side for many years during this time as well. I have always had a love for animals. I currently own a 9 year old mixed breed dog, as well as a cat, and chinchilla. I plan accordingly, to make sure the pets needs are met before and after work shift, and spoil them extra on the days I’m off. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
