They have two lovely Beagles and children who obviously love the dogs as well & a perfect indoor & outdoor setting for playing and roaming. They sent me photos and a video which made my day. Nathan even slept downstairs on the couch when my pup seemed worried without having anyone around as it was his first night away from home in several months since a horrific extended stay experience with a facility. Their dog, Jonah, was very well behaved and super friendly. Jonah and Barney were best buds within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. I brought our dog Yukon for daycare to Paula & Bill today, and I were a little worried at the beginning since my dog has strong separation anxiety. To my surprise, Yukon adapted so well in new environment. He felt comfortable very quickly, and had great time with Paula,Bill and their two dogs Marty &Ginger. iIt was clear he was well cared for and given lots of attention. It means so much to us to find a loving, patient, and responsible family to take care of our fur baby. We truly appreciate the warm and safe environment they provide. We definitely will come back again! Highly recommend!
This was my first experience using Rover and I’m thankful I reached out to Rachel. Rachel accepted a last minute request and communicated great and quickly throughout the week. Rachel offered to do a meet and greet prior to my vacation. I felt comfortable that my dog would be well taken care of while I’m away after the meeting. Rachel provided daily updates and pictures and took great care of my dog. Rachel reached out and asked questions to make sure my dog was as comfortable as he could be throughout the week. I have a young dog that can be a handful at times and Rachel was patient and good to him. I initially was hesitant to use this app and Rachel made the whole experience better for me. I highly recommend requesting Rachel if you need a sitter that communicates well and accommodates to your dogs needs!
I am not from the area, and in town for work. Jennifer was so accommodating and great! I felt comfortable leaving my dog Moose with her. She was communicative and has a beautiful yard for the dogs to play. I would definitely recommend and use her again if in the area.
